Perhaps F6B721 might work. The sun potentially could be replaced with this one depending on what looks better.

Neither the design of the sun nor the particular shade of gold is the main problem. Gold on white is generally a really bad idea. If you really must have that, then the standard heraldic solution is fimbriation - a contrasting outline to separate the colours.

I like the design of my flag in a horizontal tricolour; starting from the top is a Chartreuse (7FFF00), the middle coloured LimeGreen (32CD32), and the bottom a ForestGreen (228B22)

Design like the flag of Ethiopia, take this circle and place it in the centre of the flag. Excluding the black outline, colour the circle in SpringGreen (00FF7F). Take this tree from Shutterstock and colour the bark and branches of this tree in Wood (3F301D) and the leaves ForestGreen (228B22)

It's quite hard to get a perfect mix, as they all share the same stripe motif just in different colours. Personally I prefer the LightDarkBlue one

I’d like to request a flag based on a design I drew here. It’s based off Roman aesthetics and the design of a previous flag of mine.

I’d like it to include a gladius, an eagle and the laurel wreath found here. I’d like the detailing kept unless it’s impossible, and the combined symbol as a whole centred in the free space and made a reasonable size.

If you’re willing, could you try out the colours listed here and get back to me on what works best for an archaic Anglo empire trying to emulate Rome? If one clicks on the "Raw" at the bottom the colour hexes would be visible. Otherwise design #1 would do just fine.

The flag is a rectangle with a solid azure background that has two overlapping and/or interlocking crosses similar to the UK's St. Andrew and St. George red crosses with one in a sandy color and one in a medium green, with the second cross mostly dominating the other one, in the top left quarter of the flag. The emblem is a singing coyote under a constellation of eleven white-trimmed medium purple stars, as well.

Helvarta needs a flag with the following details to it:

The flag is a rectangle with three vertical stripes of umber, white and blue-green, with a decently-sized hound's head primarily in gold, silver, and bronze on the central white stripe facing towards the blue-green stripe.

Zeelaca needs a flag with the following details for it:

The flag is a rectangle with five equally-sized horizontal stripes of alternating bright green and dark blue-violet. The emblem is a mostly brownish-black hawk with two swords clutched in its talons, crossed, on an NHL-style shield in the center of the flag.

For the eleven star constellation did you want Centaurus? Also how do you want the gold, silver, and bronze on the hound head? And what color is the shield for the last one?

East Asia is pretty diverse in ideology and therefore flag design, could you be more specific? I wouldn't want to give you a Communist China/Vietnam-style flag if you'd prefer more of a Japan/South Korea one

Well my nation is a republic and culturally its a mixture of S. Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan so yeah don't really want to go the communist route. Something 'mon' inspired.

How's this? I looked up Mon architecture and got the idea to use a torii gate paired with the Taiwanese emblem. I realize now that it has a little bit of a religious/spiritual connotation, but it could just be a reflection of culture. Did the best that I could with lack of specifics.

I am currently working on your request. However, I am unclear on how you want the emblems and where you want them. If you could send me an example for some of them. No, the starry constellation in question for Ethardius's flag should be a half-circle arc with between five and eight points for each star, at most. And the mostly brownish-black and medium gray coyote should be at the bottom right corner of the flag, with the stars above its head, and it apparently looking at the star closest to the canton in the top left.

The Helvartan Hound's head should be mostly silver, but also have mostly bronze and gold patch-like spots or patterns or edging for it, where possible and appropriate, so that the silver doesn't get mixed in with the white for it. Remember, the hound's head must be on the center vertical stripe, and facing towards the third stripe for the flag, not the first stripe.

As for the needed shield related to the Zeelacan flag with the hawk on it holding the swords, it should ideally have a reddish-orange border, the background of the shield should be a medium blue, and the Southeast Asian-looking swords should primarily be a moderately dark gray with medium gold hilts. The shield with the hawk on it should look sort of like the NHL shield prior to it changing in color from orange and black to silver and black circa 2005, with no interior lining to the shield between the shield's border and the background if you don't think it absolutely necessary to be present for the shield in question.
