Although the event is a white tie event, are the Royal Guards allowed to wear their formal clothing? (it's a customary thing, and a protection reason). For nationality, is it the country which they were born in, or the one they're aligned with? (odd question I know but Rose is English technically). Due to imperial law, you don't mind playing the full thing, bc technically you have to, but if not that's ok i don't really care about that part.

Medals can be worn on gowns, but I question the appeal of it. All weapons can be concealed or openly carried, but regardless, all weaponry (period) must be declared to Quebecois on-site authorities. Bodyguards are permitted to wear formal uniform, but they will be stopped if seen in combat gear. For nationality, both are preferable. I'm not sure what you mean by the "Imperial Law" part. What would you like me to play?

Imperial Law is just the laws that must be followed when it comes to the Imperial and Royal Family (the Zaccaria Family). I meant the full lengths of both anthems (God Guard Our Land and Rose Our Empress) (bc laws and ic stuff) but I don't really care (Never really roll played before, and I don't want to put too much of a burden on you). Personality/Biography: Born to then King Cleone III and Queen Valencia de los Lagos, the third son and child of the two and oddly enough the one that Cleone III would name after himself. Growing up in a lavish life, from an early age he liked to play rough, punching too hard or tackling too rough. Since NO ONE who is male is exempt from the compulsory two-year service, like many noble teenagers, Cleone was entered at around 16 years old, compared to the standard 18. Rather then get it out of the way, he seemed to enjoy it and stayed an extra three years. Much to the relief of his brothers, at age 21 he was asked by his father to succeed him, to which he accepted after some thinking and given the Grand Duchy of Amaglione as his princely throne. All clear, and a fantastic application I must say, but I certainly do recommend you stick around for more then just the Dinner Dates. There will certainly be a lot more Montreal has to offer, I can assure. Since you requested the application not be played formally, I'll refrain from adding it to the songlist. Personality/Biography: The 12th Earl of Hollington, as known by friends as Lord Ed, is known better in high society as "The Emerald Earl". If not for his spectacular set of family jewels, then it is because of his reputation as vibrant socialite gracing all the major events throughout the Isles. From ballrooms to art galleries, Lord Ed has turned his extroverted lifestyle into something of a tabloid fantasy. As the only son of the 11th Earl of Hollington, who also sported quite a popular and public persona, it was no surprise when Lord Ed also began to forge his own reputation.

Unfortunately, even while seeming to live a joyous life, the Earl has already faced several challenging periods in life like the early death of his parents in a private plane accident, and almost facing personal bankruptcy. Regardless, the Emerald Earl has emerged mostly unscathed. He has befriended many well-known personalities, including none other than Prince Alexander, who is currently 3rd in line for the Imperial throne.

Thankfully due to wise investments in the last few years, Lord Ed now concerns himself with building his reputation in Gristolian high society and, as of last year, abroad as well.

Full Title: Captain-General of the Confederate-Continental Armed Forces (None if non-Fallout)
Appearance: Same as in the factbook, except he has no beard. He'd be wearing a red, shin-length, and ruffled strapless dress that flares out and has a ribbon and detached sleeves. And, black stockings and lace gloves as well.
Gender: Male Female
Marital Status: Single
Date of Birth and Age: March 15, over 250 years old. (25 if non-Fallout)
Personality/Biography: An eccentric, vulgar, and reclusive programmer for Mr. House, Pickett survived the bombs by putting his brain into vat and creating a bunker in Mount Jefferson in Oregon. From there, he initially impressed tribals into electing him as the leader of the 'Minutemen'. Using a war between the cruel Washington Brotherhood and Cause as a distraction, Pickett and his Democrats seized power in the Feburary and October Revolutions respectively. From there, he reunited America under the RCAS. His personality is best described as unfiltered and chaotic, shifting between extremes rather quickly. He is a good actor however, and his 'role' is being a 'lady'.

Alternatively: He could just be some American ultranationalist who happens to slip into the ball as a 'socialite'. Same personality though.
