My name? It's Sasha Daniels! I just turned 18 and have left home for something new. I'm the oldest of my family, of course I was expected I'd take over the family farm in the heartland of the Empire. Be a good humble citizen, be true unto God, cultivate the land have children, all that good stuff. But I kind of want more. More than a peasant farmer, I want to join the armed forces. Well I could join the Imperial Forces of home for Conscription but this is an actual Officer's Academy. I could start off as a boot licker and slowly claw my way to the top or I could go in for training. Well I had to still start at the bottom, but it was a start. I'd get to see the world, sail the angry seas, wait, why didn't I just stay at home and do that? Oh gee, I just blew my life savings for this. Well now I'm here at this new school. "An Islamic School?" This was news to me. I was Christian, should I really be here? Well there is an option for Two religions so I suppose it's okay. Am I going to need to cover my head? I guess it wouldn't be the worst thing ever, I like my lovely blond hair though but I'm a visitor here I guess I should be polite. But now was the question, where was I supposed to go and who was I supposed to talk to?

A tall and muscular, hazel- eyed hijabi woman of about 35 years of age greeted her “Hello Midshipman Daniels.
My name is Captain Khadijah Al-Arab, I teach at this academy and am in charge of the ship where you will do some of your training.”

“Your first class will be military leadership, which I will teach” she said, then she walked over to to the building marked General Leadership.

“Follow me” she said.

Meanwhile a number of other, male cadets, mostly fresh out of university or even high-school stare at them both, Overawed by them, who they considered beautiful.

“Could you please head to class?” A polite but strict young(23-25 year old) Ensign named Suleiman Sa’id told them.

Lieutenant Yunus Ibn Khalid Al-Arab was disappointed with Robert Fenwick’s non-attendance at his class,
He was a proud and principled man, the son of a low-ranking but decorated navy sailor and the grandson of a well-respected but struggling fisherman, who served as a sailor and then Petty Officer before being promoted due to partly to his courage but also the losses of many more privileged officers.

He then got promoted to Lieutenant due to his hard-work and stayed a Lieutenant despite the restructuring due to his incorruptibility; he did not take bribes, he did not pull strings to get his sons and daughter into university, he never drank a drop of alcohol and since getting promoted to Ensign he only slept with his three wives.
During peacetime when he was a Lieutenant the Navy let him study History at university.

So ,naturally, he valued the subject he taught “As-Salaam Alaykum Robert Fenwick,
Since your new and in a strange land you can answer this first: What ethical values do you consider essential in a military leader?”

The cadets who had attended their classes, spent their free time discussing naval leadership and ethics before eventually spending some of their free time discussing girls, girls from back home and girls in the Naval Academy, it was never misogynistic though it was a risqué at times.
They often mentioned Midshipman Sasha Daniels and her “hot country girl innocence” in their conversations but also mentioned a few female teachers as well as the Azadistani and Al-Saranidi female aspiring naval officers
Meanwhile many of the female Volunteers Per Order were talking about Robert Fenwick, though in the sweet, cryptic way girls often discussed such matters in Azadistan.
