Feel free to post bids directly against the cards. I'll sell most cards to anyone with a bid at junk or higher when I am farming, but I can't be bothered to stop, link, and post here. I think Ballo or TNL posted a searchable list.

Edit: you could put in bids of 0.02 on all 129 10KI commons for less than 3 bank and 194 Uncommons @0.06 for less than 12 bank. That would be a good place to start.
