THE VALENTIAN DINNER – THE SECOND ONE!
Valentijn stood in his oversized home, looking at the life that’s going on outside. Alongside him was Clarissa, who was talking and chatting to the big friendly giant about the next dinner.
Clarissa Alanis Star Coraline Taissa: We could totally have another dinner, dear! Think about it, seeing all your friends once again, wouldn’t it be grand? I know it will be amazing!
Valentijn Samantha Maxwell Constantine: Oh yeah, Clarissa… I have to admit, that part is fun, and I am okay with that. But see, the thing is… you remembered what happened last time?
Clarissa Alanis Star Coraline Taissa: Haha, oh, right… I think we could avoid it this time, right?
Valentijn Samantha Maxwell Constantine: With careful planning, yeah. The thing is, all the friends we have, they are from multiple universes, multiple tech levels… we have to make sure that they are restricted with what they can do.
Clarissa Alanis Star Coraline Taissa: That will indeed be sensible! I can’t wait to meet my little friends from other worlds again!

The Valentian Dinner – The Rules.
And that was the little introduction to yet another dinner party that the Valentians are planning. With that said, and with the experiences from the last one, let’s get to the rules…
My OP, My Rules
It might just change any time, and I have the OPly rights to change it accordingly, or refuse a nation into this RP. I won’t be too heavy or abusive with this, trust me. Just laying it out here.

PG-13, people! No ERP, follow NS’ OSRS.
No Offensives of ANY kind!
I am going to have extremely heavy enforcement and zero tolerance on this. No offensive weaponry of any kind, which means that you are not allowed to have a device or a weapon that can hurt, incapacitate, or kill someone. No blowing up, no turning the Valentian residence into a warzone, no offensive magic, no orbital bombardment, no bombing, no erasing anyone out of existence. Violators may be kicked on the VERY FIRST OFFENCE. The violating nation and its personnel will be forcibly removed out of the premise (ICly), and potentially banned (OOCly).
Defensive / Novelties are fine!
That is, you cannot use your fire magic to burn people alive, or start a beef with someone, but feel free to use it to roast some marshmallows, or start the BBQ pit. Anything that doesn’t hurt, and does not cause collateral damage, they are fine. Example: Fireworks that brighten up the sky reasonably and won’t burn? Go ahead! A couple of fragmentation grenades that are flung into the air with the potential to hurt? Nope.
Come in! But non-destructively.
It does not matter how you enter Valentine Z. The only thing is, big spaceships and cruisers are not allowed, and you must park them in space and come down with a teleporter (Star Trek style!), or that you will come down with your smaller ship (think Pelicans from Halo’s UNSC). Destructive teleportation is not allowed, e.g. an Eldritch being entering and destroying everything with the teleporter that acts like a black hole.
Guards… please stand down!
Valentians understand that bodyguards and personal defences are important for the leaders of their own worlds. So, you may bring in guards, but the same thing still applies. They can have non-lethal weaponry, and DO NOT USE LIBERALLY; if someone needs to be incapacitated, the Valentians will subdue and knock them out nicely.
EDIT: Changed from Lethal to Non-lethal. Once again, trust the Valentians to keep order, no worries!
So… new rule, and I won’t follow it too strictly, but this basically means that after I have posted, you can post up to 4 times before you need to wait for me to post again, after which it will reset. This loosely enforced rule is not to restrict creation or not to let you guys have fun, but I realised that for the last RP, it moved too quickly, and it burned out people. I will not frown if you exceed 4 posts, but please try to have it below the limit to not go too fast.

Now, let’s party!
The entire party will last for ~ 13 hours, 53 mins, and 20 secs… which translates to 5 Decimal Hours, using Valentine Z’s Decimal Time system. Either way, it will be a long evening and night, and there will be plenty to eat and drink. There’s no sudden endpoint (unless lack of interest, which I will make a closing post before I request a lock), and you are safe to assume that there are no huge timeskips, and no indications of time will be used. In other words, go wild, and just let your characters have fun. It can go on as long as most of the sign-ups are participating.
Puppets are fine!
But please do declare them if you are going to have them inside.
Height limit of 120 meters.
The ceiling is made to be twice as big as Valentijn, and to fit Gwen's Fate of the Omniverse form (though she won't be using the powers).
And there’s that! Canonically, this happens after the Valentians have finished their participation in NSSCRA, and the end of NSSCRA Season 8 itself. Signups are open for now, but please note that this is probably the best worst time I could have been RPing. I have schoolwork and projects coming up, and I might be very slow with this. Very tentatively, I should be able to get started by end of this month, but I cannot guarantee anything, unfortunately. In other words, it might be cut short, or it might go on a short hiatus, or anything else that happens, because this is the only time that I can RP before shit hits the fan for the next few years and beyond.
I’m sorry if the rules are a little too strict. After watching the chaos and drama that happens between other nations in the previous thread, along with many, many things being blown up, this is extremely necessary, I feel. Note that rules might change a little for the final result, but I will try my best to be very fair with these rules and only enforce them when needed. With that said, please do respect them!
