This Diplomatic Mission thread is created to replace the previous thread. This move is made as per result in rebooting Soracana Islands nation and its relocation into the new Region in Melayu Archipelago.
All the previous Embassies that was created under the old thread will be carried out into this newly made thread and they all are consider established already. Changes is made to the location of said Embassy to resemble the current status and situation of the new capital of Soracana Islands.
And with the creation of this thread the previous thread is officially closed permanently.

OVERVIEW

Before you decides to establish an embassy and/or consulate in our nation, it is better to know a glimpse about our proud nation. Soracana Islands is an islands country that located in South East Ocean of Melayu Archipelago. It doesn't land border with any other countries although it has a maritime border with Klate to the north, Singgahmata to its west, Eraman to its southwest, Mitra and Soma to its south, Hindu Raj to the southeast and Kutai Darul Iman to its east. The archipelago is divided into 2 main groups, Aksaranca Group in the east and Yuhansa Group in the west. It has a total area of around 20,000 km² and a population of nearly 6 millions peoples. The capital city is Gato Uyuri which located in the eastern part Yuhansa Island (the largest island in the country), while the largest city is Nilayam which located in Nilam Bay on the west part of Yuhansa Island. Ruacalu is the largest city in Aksaranca Group.
As a tropical country, Soracana Islands has a usually warm climate all year round. The two seasons, wet and dry, have very little temperature differences. The annual temperature are ranging from 23^o - 32^oC. The archipelago are consider wet with annual precipitation reach 1500 mm.
Soracana Islands is a federal parliamentary constitutional monarchy which consist of 3 regions, Yuhansa, Aksaranca and Uyuri Capital Region. The kingdom was established in 1166 before become a protected state of British Empire in 1886 and gained independence in 1979. The Head of State is given the title High King of Soracana Islands or Hawirajya ing Jili Soracana. The High King has mostly ceremonial role with some preserved power. Much of the nation's daily activities are done by Prime Minister of Soracana Islands or Patrian Anjeng ing Jili Soracana with the help of several ministries. The unicameral legislative are named Supreme Council (Sarbuka Arsad) whose members are elected every 4 years. While the judiciary is consider independent from both the executive and legislative.
Although as a medium sized nation, Soracana Islands could be classified as a developing nation with GDP per capita of around NSD 10,522. Its main economy are fishery and tourism with the contribution of textile industry, crafting, forestry and cosmetics. Although it produce staples food, it still continue to import some of their commodities to accommodate the domestic demand. The nation can be reach via air and water. There are 3 main airports in the country. Gato Uyuri International Airport which service the capital, Nilayam International Airport in Nilayam (the country largest city) and Ruacalu International Airport in Ruacalu (the main airport in Aksaranca Group). Nilayam Port, Gato Uyuri Port and Ruacalu Port also become the main port in the country. Other notable port including Calugida Port, Halangnehu Port, Anaryuha Port, Pasahiranta Port and Bahuakapit Port.
Soracana Islands continue to provide more human rights for its citizens based on the nation constitution. Although having a national religion, the nation promise to ensure the freedom of worship for its citizens. Freedom of press and free speech are held high although hate speech still consider a crime. The nation also already approved anti-discrimination law especially towards minorities, including LGBT community, in every field. But marriage are still restricted between men and women.

EMBASSY AND CONSULATE LOCATION

Foreign embassies are located in the capital of Soracana Islands, Gato Uyuri. It is located in the tip of Uyuri Peninsula, the easternmost point of Yuhansa Island. Previously, the capital was located in Bankaya just north of Nilayam before being relocated to Gato Uyuri to suppress the Aksaranca Uprising.
With a land area of around 200 km², Gato Uyuri is divided into 5 districts. The municipality and the surrounded municipals was once part of Kasi Province in Yuhansa Region before it was created as a separate region. Uyuri Capital Region was created in 1767 to separate the control of Soracana capital city from Yuhansa Region. Uyuri Capital Region is consist of 4 municipalities along with Gato Uyuri itself. Nowadays, it is become the third largest populated municipality after Nilayam and Ruacalu. And it is also one of the densely populated municipality in Soracana Islands.
Every nations are free to select a location for their embassy establishment as long as it is located in the vicinity of Gato Uyuri City. The possibility of Non-Residence Embassy is also considered by the government as Soracana Islands. For Non-Residence Embassy, The Government of Soracana Islands has cooperated with its neighboring countries to give permission for Soracana Islands Non-Residence Embassy in their country.

For consulate location, Soracana Islands Government recommended two other main cities to be selected, Nilayam and Ruacalu. Nilayam is the largest city in Soracana Islands and the main port of the country. It is located in the eastern edge of Nilayam Bay on Nilam River delta. Ruacalu is the second largest city in Soracana Islands and also the capital of Aksaranca Region. It is the main economy center in east Soracana Islands. It has Soracana's main port and airport. Other notable city is Maranar. Maranar is the capital of Yuhansa Region. It is located near the foothill of Anar Hill, the second highest hill in the country.

REGULATIONS

Although the government of Soracana Islands give permission for every nation to establish their embassy, nation(s) who wish to established their embassy in the nation has to know and abide to rules and regulations of Soracana Islands Government. Here are the rules and regulations of Soracana Islands;

Location

• The capital of Soracana Islands will be the location of each and every embassy requested unless the requested nation asked for Non-Residence Embassy to represent them in Soracana Islands.
• In-Residence Embassy will be place in one of the 7 districts of Kayamasa, the capital of Soracana Islands, in accordance with the request specified by the requested nation(s).
• Non-Residence Embassy are as equivalent as In-Residence Embassy to conduct their diplomatic mission with The Government of Soracana Islands. Although the protection and other privilege that being given by The Government of Soracana Islands could not be extended towards Non-Residence Ambassador.
• For consulate location, Soracana Islands Government give recommendation to choose between Nilayam, Ruacalu and/or Maranar.
  Privilege
• The Government of Soracana Islands is abide to extraterritoriality of each Embassy. For entering the Embassy, Soracana Islands official will have to asked permission towards the Ambassador except in time of danger and needs quick response such as fire.
• Ambassador as the representative of a nation are given diplomatic immunity but may be fined for traffic ticketing.
• Attache and Diplomatic Staff are also given diplomatic immunity but may be fined for traffic ticketing.
• Consul are given diplomatic immunity but may be fined for traffic ticketing.
• Consulate Staff are exempted from diplomatic immunity.
• Service and Security Staff are exempted from diplomatic immunity.
  Safety and Security
• The Government of Soracana Islands abide to law to protect each and every Embassy and Consulate from any assault with the permission of Ambassador and/or Consul in charge.
• The Government of Soracana Islands give permission for Embassy and Consulate Security Staff to carry light weapon such as handgun (includes pistol and revolver) and taser. Long gun, rifles and shotgun are forbidden.
• Individual who wish to carry weapon aside from Embassy and/or Consulate Security Staff must have to give their gun control certificate and registered their gun to Soracana Islands Police Authority.
• The Government of Soracana Islands give permission for Ambassador, Consul and its Staff to use motored vehicles such as SUV, MPV and motorcycle. Military vehicles are forbidden.
• Plant(s) and animal(s) that will be brought to Soracana Islands have to pass the security and health check from Soracana Islands Custom Office.
• The Government of Soracana Islands forbids recreational drugs such as narcotics and other addictive substances to enter our country.
• Requested nation has to informed The Government of Soracana Islands for any medicinal drugs that will and have to be brought by their Ambassador, Consul and/or Diplomatic Staff into the country. A medical prescription is required.
  High Crime
• A crime that is consider High Crime by The Government of Soracana Islands are treason, corruption, illegal spying and homicide.
• If the Ambassador, Consul and/or its Diplomatic Staff conduct such a crime, The Government of Soracana Islands will requested to lifted up their diplomatic immunity for trial and investigation purpose.
• If after the investigation and trial by Soracana Islands Court, The Ambassador, Consul and/or its Diplomatic Staff were found guilty for High Crime, The Government of Soracana Islands has a right to imprison the perpetrator in Soracana Islands soil.
• For Ambassador, Consul and/or its Diplomatic Staff who conduct treason, corruption and illegal spying, The Government of Soracana Islands has a right to closed their representative Embassy and/or Consulate.
