Pambudian Government Support for Regional Parliament of Perhimpunan Indonesia

MOSKA — support was provided by the Pambudian government in relation to the plan to establish a regional legislative body as an institution that would draft laws in a democratic manner for Perhimpunan Indonesia member countries. Previously, the formation of this legislative body had been planned by representatives of the Pambudian government in the Dewan Perhimpunan as an institution tasked with overseeing the performance of regional government and successfully passed to enter the stage of voting by 20 countries. later the legislative body will have the task to replace Dewan Perhimpunan duties which are considered ineffective in addition to that it also has the duty to draft and pass acts as the legal laws in the region of Perhimpunan Indonesia. Dewan Perhimpunan proposes to name the "Konstituante" as the name of the legislative body based on history. many Pambudia people hope that the laws made and implemented can benefit fellow PI member countries and of course for our own country.

So far the Pambudian government sees that proposals regarding the formation of a legislative body will pass the ongoing stages of the election. This can be seen from the results of the provisional calculation that the majority of 8 countries agreed and 4 countries disagreed about the proposal, meaning that only 60% of the votes came from a total of 20 votes with 40% choosing to agree and 20% disagreeing. the Pambudian government will continue to make efforts to socialize this proposal related to regional decisions where we know that Perhimpunan Indonesia does not have a basic constitution or a charter as a clear law for regulating region and their aspects inside.

Moska's courts have never seen anything like it crowds of students pouring through their doors and packing their corridors. They've been getting a crash course in Pambudia's legal system ever since fellow students began getting arrested at street protests. Hundreds of young people have been detained during this summer's demonstrations, in a wave of anger after opposition candidates were barred from running for seats in 5 September elections for the Moska city parliament. Most of the protesters were released, fined or served short sentences. But three undergraduates are among those charged with a "riot" that even the video evidence produced by investigators does not show. Far from frightening other students off, the tough government response to unauthorised demonstrations has swollen support for the protests.

On the day of Anggara Roem's appeal hearing, dozens of students turned up at the court to support the 21 years old. Their dyed hair, trainers and tattoos stood out sharply among prosecutors in high heels and bailiffs in protective vests; as did a young reporter with a Foucault paperback in her string bag. A politics undergraduate at one of Moska's most prestigious universities, Mr Anggara faces up to eight years in prison for "rioting". His lawyer says investigators now accept that he's not the person they originally identified from video footage, encouraging protesters. But the charge against him has not been dropped.

Shock at what has now been dubbed the "Moska Case" extends beyond college campuses. Ahead of Anggara's hearing, famous artists perched on benches in the appeals court grounds signing statements vouching for his character. The popular Pambudian singer Edwardana was there too, offering bail money. "I think Anggara just said a lot of things that annoyed a lot of people," the musician suggested, in a nod to the student's popular YouTube channel. The blogger's most recent post accuses senior officials of corruption and calls President Vladimir Putin a tyrant. "But that doesn't mean he can be imprisoned at will," Edwardana said.

For many students, this summer's arrests were their first run-in with police and they had no idea how to act. They've since developed a self-help network, run partly by the team at Pambudian student journal Jupus. Used to reporting on the more mundane goings-on of university life, these days they huddle at the back of a Moska cafe to discuss coverage of the protests and co-ordinate help for those who get arrested. Several of those seated around the big table, with their open laptops covered in stickers, were themselves detained briefly.

In an interview with a private TV station a while ago, the Leader of Democrat Action Movement (DAM), and presidential candidate, Monica A. Palms objected to the suggestion that she should be arrested only for owning a petroleum company while providing tax and employment opportunities to the people of Fallenstorm.

She also disagrees with the allegation that she will not be formulating any effective environmental policy due to her background in the petroleum industry. She was optimistic that the people of Fallenstorm would vote for her despite recent polls that saw her party lag behind the ruling party.

The murder of prominent Fingerhawk native-rights activist and opposition senior politician from United Labor Party, Pueblo Landas sent shockwaves through the state on Tuesday (Sept 17), with federal police swiftly forming a special task force to find the killer. Landas, 43, was shot in the neck on Tuesday morning by an unknown assailant with a shotgun while stopped at a Cayhale intersection in his white pick-up truck while campaigning for his party during this states election.

Fallenstorm’s Police Chief Robert Roxmakers said a special task force headed by the state-based Police Criminal Investigation Department (POCID) was investigating the murder and they would be aided by POCID officers from headquarters in Royalbird. “We cannot ascertain the motive of the shooting at the moment,” he said. Political organizations urged police to quickly arrest the killer. Landas was secretary of the Fingerhawk -based United Labor Party and helped native landowners fight oil companies trying to take over their land.

KURAINA — After a long time unknown the separatist group that named them as "Madresia Liberation Army" or MLA carried out a medium-scale attack in the city of Bursk, this attack resulted in 400 people killed and thousands injured. According to the Military, the MLA force when the 4000 personnel attack and equipped with APC BTR-80A and 15 units of PT-70 light tanks.

South Continental tanker attacked: Imperial Government's official response

MAJAKARTA - A tanker vessel registered in and operated by the nation of South Continental was bombed by a group of foreign terrorists as it was sailing on Thursday (19/09/19). The terrorist group armed with small arms and bombs approached the tanker, called Greenfield, by the means of two small boats. A bomb was detonated as one of the boats neared the tanker, damaging the vessel. After boarding Greenfield, the terrorists opened fire on the ship's crew, killing dozens of them. According to official accounts, 79 casualties were reported.

It is still unclear what were the terrorists' motives for attacking the tanker vessel. However, the Imperial government has released its official response to the turn of events in a press conference this morning.

"On behalf of His Imperial Majesty, the Empire, and the people of Majapahit, we hereby condemn the attacks launched by the foreign terrorist group on the Greenfield tanker ship," stated Admiral Ade Supandi, representative from the Imperial Bureau of Defence, "We will do everything in our power to assist the victims of this attack and we shall increase cooperation with the government of South Continental to ensure maritime safety and security can be maintained. Emergency Defense Budget Bill passed

Starting from the sinking of the Greenfield Tanker, and only this morning, the USS Indianapolis (CG-67) was bombed by Terrorists. According to eyewitnesses, the warship was visited by 4 small ships carrying dozens of people. It is known that they carried weapons in the form of AK-47s which were held up and one of them held the trigger. MAJAKARTA - Several weeks after the sinking of the tanker vessel Greenfield, the United States of South Continental officially declared war on those suspected responsible for the attack. However, the Greenfield tanker bombing apparently was just the beginning. Just yesterday, South Continental cruiser USS Indianapolis was reported to have fallen victim to such an attack. The warship was approached by 4 boats with dozens of militants armed with AK-47 assault rifles on board. Once close enough, they boarded the vessel. A bomb was then exploded on the edge of the ship, while the terrorists managed to escape through a hole caused by the aforementioned explosion.

This incident sparked aggresive reaction from the USSC. President Jefferson Rossfell stated in an interview that "we [the USSC] are officially at war with terrorists, they have threatened the sovereignty of countries on the American continent." The USSC then mobilised its military to start operations against their enemies in Madresia, the MLA terrorists.

It is still unclear how the Imperial Majapahiti government will respond to this incident. Experts and political analysts claim that His Imperial Majesty will have to take an active stance against the terrorists if warm relations are to be maintained with the USSC. However, the Imperial Military has issued a public statement condemning the attacks on the USSC warship.

"The attack against USS Indianapolis is an attack on the nation of South Continental. And an attack on South Continental is an attack on the entire region," commented Lieutenant General Edwin Sanjaya, the Imperial Army's Chief of Staff. "We shall wait for further orders from His Imperial Majesty the Emperor, as well as from His Excellency the Premier, and when the time is right, we shall strike back where it hurts the most."

The S.A.C.A Cargo Ship Sank After Being Shot by USS Madresia

October 8, 2019

KURAINA — At dawn earlier, at 05.22 Madresia Time an unidentified cargo ship entered the Madresia sea waters without permission. The Madresia Navy then contacted the cargo ship via radio communication to get out of the territorial waters, but the cargo ship ignored the warning and continued to sail. Not getting a response from the cargo ship, the Madresia Navy then sent USS Madresia (BB-98), USS Henry Eden (DD-92), and USS Kuraina (DD-221) to conduct an ambush.

When blocking, the cargo ship was resistance. Some of the crew fired on USS Henry Eden and USS Kuraina with DShK heavy machine guns, even the crew also fired on USS Kuraina with Javelin's FGM-148 missile launcher. Seeing the situation worsened Vice Admiral Mary Ford, who was at USS Madresia immediately gave orders to shoot the Cargo Ship.

At 6:05 the Cargo Ship sank, USS Kuraina and USS Henry Eden immediately approached the location of the cargo ship to look for survivors. About 10 crew were captured and then immediately interrogated by the Navy, after being interrogated apparently all the crew members were members of the South American Communist Alliance (S.A.C.A). The cargo ship contained a number of weapons transported from USSC to Madresia, allegedly the weapons were sent to assist the resistance of the Madresia Liberation Army in Madresia.

Port Orion Naval Shipyard net Pambudian Lenin-class Frigates

The Pambudian ministry of defense has selected Port Orion Naval Shipyard, Port Orion to work on the delivery of five Lenin-class frigates that are to be built at Fallenstorm. According to a letter of acceptance from October 4th, Port Orion Naval Shipyard will work with a Pambudian navy on the delivery of the ships.

The company said the deal was worth 3.5 billion. Lenin-class frigates will be designed in Fallenstorm with the first two vessels to be built and delivered in 2020. The remaining three vessels will be built and delivered in 2021-2022. The agreement creates a framework with the original manufacturer of the frigates, will provide technical and shipyard support as subcontractors to Port Orion Naval Shipyard.

It will include quality assurance and procurement, on-site technical support, the transfer of technology and the development of the local supply chain. The training of Pambudian navy’s technical personnel will take place in Fallenstorm.

JERVIS BAY - Responding to the explosion of the SACA cargo ship that was sunk by USS Madresia, Madresia's warship, ANZR navy (Australian New Zealand Republic) or Republic Navy assigned ARS Vulture, one of ANZR's aircraft carriers to maintain air superiority in around USS Madresia.

The ANZR Secretary of Defense stated that this act of terrorism was none other than the most severe act of terrorism since the USSC separatist movement, the South American Resistance Forces hijacked the USSC nuclear facility 26 years ago.
