Type: De jure, 3 or 4. De facto, 11.
Power Comparator: Anywhere from 10.3 to 0.18. If this is in a military context, then it generally escalates to the latter.
Special Notes about your civilization: Not quite a nation, so much as an independent think-tank and research conglomerate. Controls no land area, and is based almost entirely around a singular space vessel the approximate size of a large city, inhabited by a few dozen million individuals. Said individuals primarily consist of trans-humanist, questionably-sane and nebulously-motivated scientists, who regularly mess about with the laws of reason, physics and reality, simply because "science".

In possession of some scarily advanced technological capabilities (which, in their devotion to progress, they constantly strive to make even scarier), alongside a highly varied system of pseudo-magical "Auras", which are often integrated into their tech. Since Auras are not universally usable, and their capabilities vary wildly from individual to individual (think JoJo stands), the magic level of the Syndicate as a whole is somewhat tricky to pin down. Will happily respond to declarations of war using their R&D nightmare of a military branch, and tend to treat said declarations as access passes to field testing "volunteers".

For such reason, frequent users of magic have to muster up their physical and mental strength to output their amount of power they can take. In many cases, alchemists and mages completely collapse after their focus and energy are completely drained from exerting excess power. This rule is applicable to all species who possess a concentrated essence energy.

Special Notes about your civilization: Aurevbush is a global power in the planet Ercorabia with excellent civil rights for humans and a fistful of segregation for animal human hybrids (NHS), emerging from a period of civil disorder, authoritarinism, and war, Aurevbush is an active player in the global arena and a key developer of the world's information and intelligent technology. Mages once ruled the nation in its pre-Ascension days, scattered and shunned historically, now concentrated essence makes a comeback in the pharmaceuticals and in martial arts.

Tier: 7 - The entire nation is based solely on thousands of Earth orbital stations, and flight between Earth, Federal stations, and even the Moon (not under Federal control) is cheap, fast, and easy thanks to "hydrogen drive".
Level: 0 - No. This nation is vaguely inspired by The Expanse, so it's all fairly realistic.
Type: 7 - Not a lot of planetary influence, but controls tens of thousands of stations, each with millions of people aboard. Also, if planetary influence is necessary, can threaten to drop an accelerated rock if compliance is not fulfilled.

Special Notes about your civilization: Again, basically zero planetside territory apart from some spaceports. Everything is based in orbit. Capitalist economy with asteroid mining at its heart. Although it technically has the technology to colonize other planets within the solar system (hydrogen drive) it's still just a bit too slow to reasonably hold on to any colonial territories, and there's also no economic incentive to push back the frontier.

Special Notes about your civilization: Dagnia is a single-system nation in a galaxy of mostly multistellar nations. We have a lot more influence than one would expect as our corporations have massive holdings all over the galaxy, many of them having bought entire system, we are a creditor to a lot of nations' debt, and many of their reserve banks are private entities controlled by Dagnian companies or the Dagnian government (our own reserve bank is owned by our own government, so it's harder for others to buy us). We guard our independence and the integrity of our space, but have no desire for expansion. The level of magical ability achieved by Section 4 of our intelligence agency is a 6, yet the typical Dagnian can do little more than read thoughts, though it's not something they can do without the person being read knowing and being able to guard themselves. It's also illegal.
