The Archives of the Martian Senate document resolutions, decrees, and acts that have passed the Senate and subsequently become law. The Martian Senate itself has a long history, serving as the principle legislative body for the Martian State for 147 years. As such, the Senate is comprised of the most senior officials that are most knowledgeable in Martian government and affairs, and are tasked with setting national policy not only over the Republic, but the Conglomerate and its territories as a whole.

I. RECOGNISING that a state of war currently exists between the Martian Conglomerate and the Nyteborne.
II. NOTING with CONCERN that Nyteborne aggression against the Martian Conglomerate has continued despite MCN retaliation.
III. UNDERSTANDING that the MCN in its current state is lacking in sufficient numbers and manpower to counter the Nyteborne threat.
IV. RECOGNISING the diplomatic efforts by the honourable Prime Minister to secure diplomatic ties with foreign allies.
V. NOTING with APPRECIATION that the honourable Prime Minister's efforts have attracted a treaty proposal with the Menelmacari.

This body HEREBY SUBMITS the proposed treaty and agreement by the honourable Prime Minister and honourable Menelmacari delegation as followed in further documents to the floor of Senate.

As DECLARED by the honourable Speaker of the Senate, this august body hereby PASSES the proposed legislation and treaty by way of 25 FOR and 5 AGAINST. As ANNOUNCED and REAFFIRMED by the honourable excellency, the Senate Magistrate provides Royal Assent by grace of the Sovereign. Thus shall it be declared that this legislation is HEREBY VALID and LAWFUL and shall be submitted into law IMMEDIATELY upon signing.

This august body in summary hereby;

I. RELEASES £400 trillion in spending by the National Treasury of the Martian Conglomerate by order of the Martian Senate for the needs specified in the proposed treaty.
II. FORMS the Executive Committee of Menelmacari Affairs and the Treasury and Finance Committee of Martian-Menelmacari Wartime Production and Production Committee of Military Designs and Exchange.
III. SHALL ACQUIRE 970 warships a month of light and medium class by way of Menelmacari leasing via the Yavanna Shipyards.
IV. SHALL ACQUIRE 53000 MKIV Combat Androids a month by way of Menelmacari leasing via factory production.
V. SHALL RELEASE the purchase of War Bonds to the Menelmacari Banking Establishment and Menelmacari Government's Economic Authority.
VI. SHALL PROVIDE military designs of necessary equipment for the production thereof.
VII. SHALL AFFIRM AMICITIA by way of the Martian Foreign Affairs Corps with the Menelmacari in satisfaction and gratitude.
VIII. SHALL RELEASE the obligation of Menelmacari tariffs to that of 0 in accordance with the treaty.

Revocation Of Civil Law For Gamma Territories

I. NOTING that the ongoing Nyteborne-Martian Conflict continues to be waged in the Gamma Quadrant
II. CONCERNED over the ability of Gamma territorial bureaucracy to remain functional during this conflict.
III. UNDERSTANDING that in times of such conflict, sacrifices must be made to benefit the nation and its interests.
IV. FURTHER NOTING that due process by civil officials may struggle during the aforementioned conflict.

This body HEREBY SUBMITS the proposed legislation by the honourable Senator Gaius Santiago as followed in further documents to the floor of Senate.

II. ESTABLISHES the Martial Law Code for the Gamman territories for the duration of 6 months, at which time it MUST be renewed or rescinded.
III. REVOKES Commercial Law Code for the Gamman territories for the duration of 6 months, at which time it MUST be renewed or rescinded.
IV. ESTABLISHES the EMERGENCY OFFICE OF WARTIME MARTIAL MAGISTRATE for all judicial matters of the Gamma Quadrant.
V. AUTHORISES military officials of sufficient rank and office to carry out justice as they see fit.
