Let me put it this way, the more focused your insurgency is the more powerful you are, I’ll let you be all over Africa but your influence in any one region is going to be weak. Do you want to be spread thin but be everywhere? Or concentrated in one area?

I'm not all of Africa as a government, but as an insurgency. The main government is focused in South Africa and Belgian Congo, and so is insurgency. We just claim all of Africa, even though the actual troops are focused in the former two regions and Angola.

Well Spain just gave you something to do with Gibraltar. You also have the Malyan Emergency, and you still occupy Libya due to Italy in WW2, which became independent in 1951. Not sure of anything else though, besides Norddeutschland.

And speaking of which, I made a temporary map. I'm not sure of Norddeutschland's territory, and I know France had Wallonie and East Switzerland, which will be added once everything is sorted out. I'm unsure of the exact borders for China as well.

I also want to gauge interest on the idea of an Events System, where countries would have situations they have to deal with. For example, the UK could have issues in Malayasia or Africa, or Japan has protests over something. Your responses to the events can cause more events to occur, or it can end there.

Taiwan and mainland China are two completely different eggs to fry. China is still massively destroyed from its war with Japan you are in way going to be able to fix your economy, make growth, introduce social reforms in the largest population in the world, and purse a Nuclear program in just 4 years of ending the war more closer to 3.

6. these are the same economic reforms that led to the Korean economic miracle, the japanese economic miracle, the west german economic miracle, the Taiwanese economic miracle, Trente Glorieuses, the Chilean Economic Miracle... I could go on.
7. At no point have I said China has gotten crazy powerful (unlike Brazil), just that it is growing and making economic progress
8. the IRL Chinese nuclear program started development around this time
9. I don't know when you think WW2 ended but clearly this meeting occurred in January of 1950 as I have indicated in my post
10. Japan had 2 atomic bombs dropped on it and was bombed into submission by the Americans, by 1960 it was the second largest economy in the world (USSR excluded)

You should actually read your sources. Japan, Korea, Germany, Taiwan and those countries affected by WW2, are only such economical powers because of America. And in this, you do not have America supporting Taiwan, China, or Japan. So you can't have it both ways.
