Disagreed. Giving the power to regulate speech to the government is dangerous, because one may never know who will come to power next or what he/she will restrict. No, the First Amendment must not be infringed.

Capitalism may have many little flaws, like poors and the ultra rich; but Commuism has a larger flaw: under true communism, a stateless society where the economy is run by the people, people will still have greed, and will want to be above others. This can lead to many things, including crime and violence. And since there is no state to keep order, it ultimately descends into disorganized madness.

In response to Strahcoin: If people don't want free speech regulated for the sake of ensuring we don't have a "fire in a crowded theater" scenario, then Anglo/Latino cultures need to overhaul their current anti-academic attitudes because 21st century geopolitics is interconnected and even a single anti-academic country will bring harm to billions of people outside their border. The lives of billions are worth more than the opinion of a few thousand anti-vaxxers or climate change deniers. Liberty and Democracy can only sustain itself so long as the average citizen is well educated and taking a look at Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and the US, it doesn't look so good.

Technically, you are allowed to shout "FIRE" in a crowded theater - if there is a fire in the crowded theater. The reason it's illegal to shout "FIRE" in a crowded theater without fire is because it directly, deliberately, and unreasonably brings physical harm to others. And the people can only be educated if they were allowed to freely speak and exchange ideas without fear of punishment.
