Change in flag ratio and colour.

The current ratio is 1:2, I would like the new ratio to be 2:3. The blue colour changed to Cobalt.

To pile another request onto the pile, I'd like a french style feudal kingdom flag with darkish blue and gold. Black and purple can be used too if you want. Mainly, I'm just giving you a theme to be creative with, since I have absolutely no idea what to use for Castenor.

This is a vectorized option I put together. Less pixeley but it smudges where there just weren't any clear shapes in the original image.
