Within 3 hours of an expected strike, the President and their Cabinet officials, the Speaker of the Commons, President Pro Tempore of the Lords, State Govenors and their Lieutenants, State and Federal police heads and other important figures will mobilize into the limestone caves of Mansfield to await further instruction once the fallout has receeded.
