Backstory: M.O.D.A.K started as George Tarleton a scientist at A.I.M chosen for intelligence enhancing mutations after A.I.M had made a major breakthrough. The mutations increased his intelligence but mutated his head's size to monstrous proportions. Originally he was used as a supercomputer for A.I.M scientists, but he got ambitious and killed all of his superiors to take control of A.I.M. Captain America caught wind of his plot and begun to foil the A.I.M's plots. From that point onward M.O.D.A.K and A.I.M would be an enemy to the Avengers and whoever their allies may be.

His last encounter with the Avengers was the most humiliating defeat and also the most costly. A.I.M amassed an army of vibranium armoured adaptiods which were meant to be invincible. This obviously wasn't the case as the Avengers came into the A.I.M base and completely decimated the A.I.M forces and landed most scientists and high ranking officials in the Hague for human rights violations and M.O.D.A.K was thrown into the Raft Super-prison. Now that the Avengers were scattered and their replacements were preoccupied with other smaller matters now would be the perfect time to strike
Powers/Weapons/Tech: M.O.D.A.K has psionic powers allowing him to talk telepathically and create force fields along with being able to mathematically predict your next action almost flawlessly. His suit which holds up his massive head known as the Doomsday Seat comes with missiles and lasers along with a headband which allows him to fire mental-beams that are extremely powerful. He is also a genius in his enhanced state
Weaknesses: M.O.D.A.K is arrogant. Every plan he has ever conceived could've succeeded if he had just been less arrogant about its perfection. This usually leads to oversights which leads to failure. He also isn't that creative meaning that a creative person could go around him with an innovative or unexpected scheme

After their defeat at the hands of Avengers, they retreated with what they had and hid inside Rhode Island in all ways they could. They now wait with what technology they have.
