If that's not,look at the other proposal made by Pol Lakles.

As you have probably garnered from this thread, your proposal was not fitting with the rules and conventions of this forum, so has been marked as illegal by a member of Gensec. What you submitted was very different to what repeals are supposed to look like, so I recommend looking at some examples. You also need to check the rules.)

Kenmoria is an illiberal yet democratic nation pursuing the goals of communism in a semi-effective fashion. It has a very broad diplomatic presence despite being economically developing, mainly to seek help in recovering from the effect of a recent civil war.
