Fall Admissions Proposal

Postby The Hanzanburg Union » Thu Sep 05, 2019 4:16 am

Just summited the Fall admission Proposal for further edit and checks

The World Assembly,

Noting that many countries fail to use trash and energy sources to provide a more clear and clean method for both of the people and the environment,

Further acknowledging that trash and energy sources may refuse to use clean and renewable sources even if they happen to be safer and better for the planet,

Worried for the many negative effects of the trash and energy misuse on WA member states and also the populations, including:

a. harming the environment, due to the production of the greenhouses, gas methane and carbon dioxide,

b. the wastage of the dwindling resources used to power the sources, forcing a rise in the prices of both energy and trash, because of a lack of supply caused by wastage between initial production and final sale, resulting in serious negative consequences for the price of living,

c. robbing citizens of member nations of the possibility of a longer and safer life, because of the vast number of diseases and lung quality caused by the greenhouses of the sources, resulting in worse health and an enormous number of deaths,

d. wasting the labor force that was used to create said sources, which could otherwise have been allocated towards goods and services that would have ultimately been used for the betterment of member nations,

Concerned over the quantities of bad energy and gas due to improper or incorrect numbers of renewable sources, and

Regretting that action has not been taken by this assembly to reduce unnecessary nonrenewable sources, and thus lend assistance to both the environments and citizens of member nations that are damage by the impact,

Hereby,

1. Strongly encourages member nations to create local initiatives that seek to reduce unnecessary nonrenewable sources, including but not limited to charities and clubs;

2. Commands member nations to inform their citizens about how to properly recycle and reuse items;

3. Obliges trash producers and transporters with minimising the amount of trash that, having been produced or brought, is thrown away or reused without a compelling health or safety purpose, as far as is reasonably possible;

4. Mandates member nations to repurpose a reasonable amount of renewable sources into appropriate environmentally, socially or economically viable programs, such as: diverting nonrenewable sources to renewable ones, composting and recycling more goods for reuse, or using and mandating a policy of limiting trash and energy consumption;

5. Orders member states to divert a reasonable proportion of the reused goods, if assuredly clean and safe for sapient consumption, to giving back to those who are unable to procure such goods for themselves or their family, either internally or in the form of foreign aid. This may be accomplished directly or via reputable charities;

6. Extends the authority of the International Renewable Welfare Organisation to include:

a. researching into: the effects of resource wastage, the reduction of this waste, the ways in which used items can be reused, and the points at which unrenewable sources become unsafe for sapient consumption,

b. publishing this data for the benefit of member nations’ governments, renewable producers and businesses, charities such as recycling centers, and the general citizens of member states’ populations,

c. lending aid, in the form of donations from the World Assembly General Fund as well as research, to charities that have proven virtuous conduct and use techniques of strong efficacy to minimise wastage and maximise reuse, and likewise giving monetary aid to member nations - this shall be used only accomplish the reduction of unnecessary nonrenewable sources, either directly or indirectly;

7. Requires all businesses in member nations to take every reasonable step to reduce the number of nonrenewable sources, and implement stock rotation techniques that minimize product expiry, if not already in use; and

8. Compels member nations to implement techniques that minimize resource wastage, based on the research published by the International Use Wastage Organisation, where doing so would not be harmful to sapient health, objectively inferior to current methods, extremely expensive, or excessively difficult to accomplish in a reasonable time frame;

a. where a member state is unable to implement techniques within a reasonable time frame from the IUWO solely due to resource or technology constraints, it must implement them as soon as it is able to do so.

What does the title of this draft have to do with the body of the draft?

Also, lose the “a vote for ... etc” part. Arguments for or against are done here, not in the proposal.
Everything you know about me is wrong. Or a rumor. Something like that.

(OOC: This plagiarises my resolution about food waste. Almost every clause is replicated word-for-word, with alterations to make this about energy rather than discarded food. If you do want to use this, then I would like to be credited as a coauthor, since almost all of this was made in my drafting thread. Also, you should have asked before submission.)
Hello! I’m a GAer and NS Roleplayer from the United Kingdom.
My pronouns are he/him.
Any posts that I make as GenSec will be clearly marked as such and OOC. Conversely, my IC ambassador in the General Assembly is Ambassador Fortier. I’m always happy to discuss ideas about proposals, particularly if grammar or wording are in issue. I am also Executive Deputy Minister for the WA Ministry of TNP.
Kenmoria is an illiberal yet democratic nation pursuing the goals of communism in a semi-effective fashion. It has a very broad diplomatic presence despite being economically developing, mainly to seek help in recovering from the effect of a recent civil war. Read the factbook here for more information; perhaps, I will eventually finish it.

OOC: Uh, crap. Many apologies for not catching that when this was submitted twice. I guess that explains why it was nearly coherent in many places but turned around and treated trash as a valuable commodity (among other weird problems).

Mea culpa. :oops:
