He means nationstates. We are talking in TG's about it, I advised him to ask to move it there. Just for clarification, since I know what he means.

It's actually not the wrong forum. Alliance threads are permitted both in II and NS. If you want to be helpful, point your friend to the sticky talking about voluntary consent, and how they don't get to "declare victory" just because someone doesn't seem interested in roleplaying with them, because they cannot force people to RP with them in any way.

I've moved it based solely on their request.

The OP was directly quoted multiple times, though, despite the OP self-deleting it. Couldn't it be restored through a mod edit?

EDIT: I think I found the cause of confusion. The OP didn't delete it, they simply edited their OP to say "delete" rather than the actual topic itself. The thread is still there, undeleted.
