Any lost profits could hypothetically cover an entire lifetime of labor. It would be in the seven figures and would not be a fair price at any of your own markets. These are not people legally enslaved. We are willing to compensate those holding them for their losses.

The rules? We are discussing people taken illegally. We are making inquiries into the welfare of our own citizens who do not belong with you but home with their families. You tell us smugly that they're better off but also that you don't know who you have. We are trying to settle this peacefully, not rush to war. You would charge anyone far less at any market in your country. Less than the initial sale price.

Joint Resolution of the National Assembly of Indotsina
The National Assembly declares that: owing to government policies of enslaving any persons who illegally reside in the Nation of Indotsina without permission, in addition to indiscriminately placing into involuntary bondage the Chinese and all non-Cebuano persons born on the island of Mindanao, befriending other nations with similar policies is a priority for the diplomatic services of Indotsina.
The National Assembly thus recognizes the importance of aligning with the Pro-Slavery Alliance to shield the nation from any radically opposed nations who stand in clear opposition to the institution of slavery allowing for the growth of the Indotsinan economy and common prosperity, which would by extension threaten grave harm to the markets of Indotsinan exports and the entire economy.
The National Assembly in accordance ratifies and enacts the decision made by the government, as such, that membership into the Pro-Slavery Alliance should be officially sought - in the name of protecting the interests of all public and private practicers and benefiters.
Passed by the National Assembly of Indotsina

Premier Cédric Lésage
Office of Global Affairs, Greater Montréal Region, New Québec.
Sent: August 30, 1996.Greetings, Lord President George Fenwick II, or to whom it may concern,
The New Quebec State is wholly impressed by the gallantry and determination of the Government of Munkchester in their pious fight for eternal sovereignty.
Following the Munkchestrian show of force against the international tyranny of the Lucialans, pious Quebec would be remiss to not voice their full support of Lord President Fenwick II and his actions to defend his national sovereignty and uphold the Munkchestrian state as well as it's interests.
Though we must be honest and clear that we are repulsed by the act of slavery, such affairs can most certainly be overlooked.
The New Quebec State wishes to join the Pro-Slavery Alliance as an observer or non-participant role. Additionally, Quebecois Religious Missionaries hope to be dispatched to bring faith and fidelity alongside Munkchestrian 'Slavers' in their economic ventures. We hope to participate in allegiance with Munkchester in the diplomatic frenzy against the Lucialan oppressors who wish to enact their rule abroad.
We hope to hear from you or your government with haste.
God and Sovereignty Forever, Lord President.
Prayerfully yours in Christ,
~ Premier of New Québec, Reverend Cédric Lésage.

The Free State of Muskegonia wishes to join this alliance of nations. The peculiar institution of slavery, odious as it may seem to uneducated outsiders, is part of the bedrock of our nation. To remove that keystone would be to inflict all the sufferings of anarchy on the whole of the population, free and slave. Any efforts by foreign meddlers to assault the institution of slavery must be resisted.
With the approval of the Senate,
President Leland Newton
