From the person that brought you EuropEx, I welcome you to PlacEx, the RL Places Exchange! This is a forum where I will buy city, country or landmark cards from anyone! But there are a few rules I need to set.
1. If the card is common/uncommon, I will not accept values above 0.15, but please try to avoid going above 0.10 for commons and 0.12 for uncommons.
2. If the card is rare or ultra-rare, I will not accept values above 0.33, likewise please avoild going above 0.20 for rares and 0.28 for ultra-rares.
3. The only cities I will accept will be the exact name used on the map.
Ex. Tokyo, Los Angeles not Greater Tokyo Metropolitan Area or Greater Los Angeles City
4. Small towns will not be accepted, only cities.
5.Alternate nations from Earth with the likes of Catalonia, Bavaria, etc. can be accepted but the name rule still applies. Which means that names like Greater State of Catalonia or North Island Separatists will NOT be accepted.
