On Aug. 31, 2019, the Central Bank of Hundredstar issued a redesigned S$100 note incorporating many new and modified anti-counterfeiting features. It was the first of the Hundredstar currency series to be redesigned. The new $100 bill has a larger portrait, moved off-center; a watermark (seen only when held up to the light) to the right of the portrait, depicting the same person (King Xavier I); a security thread that glows red when exposed to ultraviolet light in a dark environment; color-shifting ink that changes from green to black when viewed at different angles, to appear in the numeral on the lower, front right-hand corner of the bill; micro-printing in the numeral in the note's lower, front left-hand corner and on the portrait; and other features for security, machine authentication, and processing of the currency.

September 2019, 8th The Defense Ministry has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Weapons Sales Initiative to the Government of Fallenstorm for Confident-class Minesweeper, Duke Pegasus MRAP, and GACO OPV-1800 Offshore Patrol Vessel. The estimated cost is undisclosed. The Defense International Cooperation Agency delivered this possible sale on August and September, 2019. Fallenstorm has requested a possible sale of two Confident-class Minesweeper, 68 Duke Pegasus, and six GACO OPV-1800 with customer-unique modifications. Also included are training, spare parts, and logistical support, mission equipment, communication and navigation equipment, special tools and test equipment, ground support equipment, airframe and engine spare parts, technical data, publications, maintenance work order/electronic change proposals, technical assistance, repair and return, quality assurance team, and transportation of equipment's. The proposed sale of this equipment will improve Fallenstorm’s capability to meet current and future threats. Fallenstorm will use the enhanced capability to strengthen its homeland defense and deter regional threats. Fallenstorm will have no difficulty absorbing these helicopters into its armed forces. The principal contractor will be GACO Defense Corporation [www.gacodefco.gov] of Abram Cavalier Tower, Bledllyn. There are no known offset agreements in connection with this potential sale. Mittenhawk, Navy) The SURFACE STRIKE GROUP THREE arrived in Innclaus, Fallenstorm, September 9 for a regularly scheduled port visit. The Stormfolks River - class Guided Missile Cruiser HNS Russell Welliberg (CG 79) and the Astonguard-class Destroyer HNS Claymerchant Bay (D 90) pulled into Innclaus September 10, while the Fisherworth-class Frigate HNS Fisherworth (FFG-1004), and Gabhdán-class Fast Combat Replenishment Ship, HNS Greenbooker (AOE 2902) pulled into Royalbird, Fallenstorm, September 9. While in port, SURFACE STRIKE GROUP THREE personnel will have the opportunity to go on tours and participate in several events with the local community prior to starting exercise Kingfisher Attack 2019. The Surface Strike Group is an operational formation of the Hundredstar Navy. It is composed of least one cruiser as flagship, a destroyer element of at least two destroyers and the frigates. A surface strike group also, on occasion, includes submarines, attached logistics ships, a hospital vessel and a supply ship. They are armed with unmanned underwater and surface craft which remotely detect and destroy mines. In wartime, the minesweepers will have to clear waters around naval bases of mines to let submarines out, the Sandcutter daily writes. Minesweepers of Confident - class are new-generation warships for mine clearance in coastal waters. The Navy operates four of them - the Confident-M1, Sure-M2, Definitive-M3 and the Ultimate-M4. Several others are to be commissioned next year. The Confident-class minesweeper is a new Hundredstarian minesweeper class of ships with hull made of light-weight monolith glass-fiber reinforced plastic. The ships are designed to use various flails, as well as tv- guided and autonomous unmanned underwater vehicles and unmanned surface vehicles to disable or destroy mines at safe distances. October 2019, 11th The government does not intend to implement the Goods and Services Tax (GST), but will introduce Digital Services Tax and some tax incentives and exceptions to stimulate the economy, said Finance & Tax Minister Dr. Kathleen Garafola. She said the Digital Services Tax would be implemented on January 1 next year. According to Garafola to ensure a more progressive income tax structure, a new range of taxable income exceeding 2 million would be introduced at a rate of 30 percent, a two percent increase from the existing 28 percent rate. The increase will only affect about 2,000 high-income individuals in the country, she said. Meanwhile, Garafola said the new incentive framework, comprehensive review, and improvement of the existing framework would be completed by Jan 1, 2021. He said the government would provide special investment incentive packages worth up to 1 billion a year for five years to transform Hundredstar's business into the most competitive company in the global export market. She said tax incentives provided to venture capital and discretionary investors would also be extended until 2023 to encourage alternative sources of funding for start-up companies while attracting more investment into Hundredstar. In addition, Garafola said, in an effort to encourage high value-added activities in the electrical and electronic (E&E) industries to transition to the 5G digital economy and Industry 4.0, the government intends to provide a tax exemption of up to 10 years for E&E companies investing in knowledge-based services specific. GACO Defense Corp. recorded several key transactions in October 2019, including the purchase of 10 units of the Kingfisher-class Coast Guard version by the Jorsonnian Coast Guard along with 12 UH1840JS SeaOwl helicopters. Greater Cebu is ordering a huge amount of Taurus-1 and Longbow Mod.1 ATGMS with almost $ 400 million NSD.

The SPH-930 Landgrab Self Propelled Howitzer is one of the preferred weapons in which it has recorded relatively good sales with nearly 550 units sold to the Nusantara and 10 units to the Anjung Batu and six units to Fallenstorm. The SPH-930 Landgrab is equipped with a turret-mounted 155 mm/L39 howitzer, built-in with a semi-automatic loading system. A semi-automatic loading system allows operation with 4 men crew. The SPH-930 is well-suited with all standard NATO munitions. It fires HE, extended-range HE, smoke and illumination projectiles. A home-grown GACO Land System 155 mm cargo round can also be fired. The HE projectile has a maximum range of about 19 km and the extended range projectile of 30 km.

The 24 GACO T-2134 Milita Truck has been successfully sold to ARDS for nearly millions of dollars. The main task of the Militia is to give troops with logistical and utility support. Also, there are some dedicated versions of this vehicle such as Field Ambulance, Radar transporter or weather-gathering vehicle. It is a purpose-designed military vehicle, which can function in tough conditions. It has good cross-country mobility and can travel over difficult terrain. The Militia has a payload capacity and size of a light truck. However, due to its military nature, the Militia can withstand intense use or even abuse, far exceeding that of militarized commercial vehicles or those based on commercial drive-lines. Most versions of the Militia can carry loads with a maximum weight of 2 400-5 000 kg. This military vehicle can also tow trailers and 105mm light artillery pieces.

Meanwhile, in a related news, Hundredstar MoD Land Armour Testing Unit, have a first tests of the MBT-1706A Main Battle Tank, of the Praetorian Scorpion Program, took place on the proving ground of the Coalledge Valley Land Warfare Training Center in Queenborough at the beginning of Oct. 2019. June 2021, 13th Hundredstar Centre for International Agricultural Research (CFINAR) As Hundredstar’s specialist agricultural research-for-development agency, CFINAR, Hundredstar Agricultural Institute, Ministry of Foods, Agricultural & Fisheries actively contributed to the overall aid objectives by improving the productivity and profitability of agricultural systems in countries of our region. CFINAR supported economic and public diplomacy through improving agricultural competitiveness and sustainability, increasing value chain efficiency and effectiveness, alleviating regulatory impediments in relation to domestic and international markets, and capacity building. CFINAR managed research partnerships in the areas of crops, livestock, fisheries, natural resources, forestry, and socioeconomics and policy which generated new technologies and systems, innovation at the farm level, and greater capabilities in research and production. A number of examples highlight CFINAR’s contribution. In Oscarius Bay, researchers pinpointed substantial areas of underutilized land where, with support, agroforestry could succeed. In Bentwind, Bankfoords, and Globin Isld, CFINAR research has helped to diversity seaweed industries. Cultured pearls are our region’s most valuable and highest priority aquaculture commodity. Pearl culture is compatible with traditional lifestyles and provides several opportunities for generating income. Research on pearl oyster mortality, and the establishment of a giant clam hatchery, have helped Bentwind to recover from the ravages of disasters. Smallholder farming families are the backbone of food production in Stormguard Island. To provide support to these families through the transition from subsistence practices into the cash economy, CFINAR has funded a Hope Link program, which has shown that men, women, and youth working together as a family unit lead to more gender-equitable and effective farming practices, and these, in turn, result in improved family livelihoods. Galip nut is a marketable product with strong consumer demand and acceptance in Stormguard Island. CFINAR funding is helping to expand the domestic market, with the promise of also developing an export market Onions are one of the most important and profitable crops that smallholders can grow in Tylerspade, but farmers risk harming themselves and their environment through excessive use of agri-chemicals. A clean seed system for onions grown in Steelranch is leading to healthier, more productive onions. In the Sullivan Sounds, smallholder farmers are learning how to reduce the impact of the highly destructive Fusarium wilt TR4 on banana yields by adopting disease control practices introduced through a CFINAR funded project. A CFINAR funded agroforestry project in north-western Rockshields is improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers through higher income from produce, more fodder for livestock, and better management resulting in less soil erosion. Also in northwest Rockshields, CFINAR projects are working with ethnic minorities including the local people to improve the production and marketing of traditional green leafy vegetables, targeting the market.
