Adding to the fact that warning shots were fired, as well as riots in Sherpa Empire, amongst many other threats.

In international grounds, this is going to be a huge concern for those that are going to visit Newark lest they get arrested, and vice versa (for innocent Newarkians to get arrested or checked because of their now-previous government's actions).

If it's meant to be off the coast of the Sherpa Empire's Chinese Territories, please RP it in the IC thread when you have a chance.

If it's the North, then I'll just ignore it.

(The Sherpa Empire's northern border is the Yangtze. Northern China is independent.)

I'm moving it just south of Beijing, but she will have a fleet of 20 following behind by 50 or so Miles.

That other fleet has a CVBB and will likely go into Sherpan waters in a effort to save time.

So err... what happens after the regular season? Will there be like a cutoff of the racers by points, and perhaps maybe 20-30 drivers making it to the next bit?

Everyone will still be able to race, I'm pretty sure. The series will do something similar to the NASCAR Chase/Playoffs that has been in place since 2004.

Yeah, NASCAR's championship system got a bit complicated after the 2004 season, and even more so after 2013. Basically, the points reset for the top 16, then the top whatever, and then the top four drivers have their points equalized for the last race of the season, and the best-finishing driver gets the title at the last race. Or something like that.

I OOCly don't care about the open charter at Ember Valley, just thought it ICly made sense for Li to ask.

So don't be shy about submitting competing requests or giving the charters to other people.

We didn't outline much of the Chase and it didnt matter last season since everyone only won 1 race - but are we doing 5 playoff points per win? :P

So Gilli'i will start with 2015 points instead of 2000?

I was proposing this, but with just 3 points for every win.

I was looking at this from last year and was surprised that I didn't add the three (not five) bonus points from a win for NSSCRA 7. I would like to be doing that, so will start with that here.

This is what I think. Let's use Gilli'i as an example again. He won thrice in regular season, so 2015 (or 2009 if just three points). If he wins twice in the first round, he starts second round with 3010 (or 3006). And so on. No bonus points in the PG500, to be fair, just as there is no point for pole position in that race.

Thoughts?

I would like to implement that as well (three points for a win). If anyone does not want that to be in effect please speak up now!

I don't mind! Just that I don't really know what those 2000+ points beside are for. Are they from the previous seasons, or...? But my drivers got it too, so... can't be last season additions.

I am okay with anything, just confused.

No, the points resets are to ensure that those who advance will have more points than those who don't. Those in the Round of 12 start with at least 3000, then in the Round of 8 it becomes 4000 and for the Championship 4 it becomes 5000.

Congrats to Stacie for the regular season championship (just two points over her buddy!) and Lexi for making the Chase on points.
