With voting now closed, we have a result!

Image

Oh no! We have a draw between Ainaarsi Pekkanen and Sisu Hákkánen! Our seers indicate an even split among the home crowd, so it's time to turn to the international audience representatives to break the tie:

Image

And there we go! With the votes from 5 international reps as opposed to 3, our winner is

Sisu Hákkánen
Robin ft. Kasmir - Milloin nään sut uudestaan

And of course, thank you to all who voted!

VOTING IS NOW OPEN

Jury Voting
You have until next Thursday (12th September) to vote in the Jury portion, where you can use the template below to supply your ranking. Your top ranking entry in the jury will get 5 votes, your second favourite will get 4 points and so on. Please also provide your spokesperson's name and an image of them, with additional RP of speech if you would like. You must have voted in the Jury section to continue and vote in the Televote.

Code: Select all

Ranking from 6-16:

RP Speech:

Televoting
Voting in the televote is open until the 16th September at 20:00 BST. You can find all the information and details about the process you might need here, but otherwise here is a brief explanation. Each nation, along with their puppets, will send a filled out form to the Overseer, who, once all votes have been collected, will send them back to me, ready to be revealed.

Use the TELEVOTING PORTAL to vote.

Notice

Postby Britonisea » Thu Sep 05, 2019 3:15 pm

I'd just like to say that if there's a draw, the system used will be as following;

- Jury Vote (over Televote as the Jury vote has a nation's top 5, more accurate to each user's opinion and it's easier to do the next thing)
- Normal System (Number of Nations, 5-1)

If there's *still* a deadlock, the nation who voted in both the jury and televote first will be the winner as announced in the 47th WHF.

Hello all.

As some of you may know, I’ve been having a little bit of medical drama lately. I don’t want to throw a pity party but I just haven’t been able to even open my laptop and work on anything thus far - or up until the 4th jury vote.

Tonight, I’m going to put out the results, and the winner will be known.

I’m so sorry for keeping you waiting for literally weeks. :(

It's ok for me.

When I hosted the WHF, the last couple of votes were delayed due to I not feeling well so I understand that. I know it sucks that we got a climax during the voting and then you are sick.

You did your best and that is all that matters.

I know i responded late lel

I just realized I haven't posted my reaction to this yet, oops

Thank you all so much for third place, and congrats to Polk for winning! I knew early on that Polk and Brit would be huge competitors for the gold, and while sadly I did not manage to get it, they both had great entries to go along with their tunes. Well, it looks like the triple crown isn't going to happen anytime soon for me, as Izmedu is probably going to win with Ozine Sen next JWHF >:(

But anyway, thank you Besen for hosting (it's all absolutely understandable and you managed to present the results, avoiding a JWHF2 repeat, which is all good in my book :) ), and I'll see yall in WHF 48!
