I realized anotheri thing that keeps bothering me Dr.Stone is that OST feels like it's out of the place in places.

I admit the pirate jaunty seems odd, but that's the only one that is a little out of place.

Has anyone here watched "Science Adventure Series" sagas of animes?

Steins;Gate + Steins;Gate 0 (+ movies)
Chaos; Head
Robotics;Notes

I am. I am just AMAZED!

[Chaos;Head was a quite poor adaptation, alas]

Steins;Gate is superb, how they can make a science fiction history (with only a big "lie"), both entertainment and intriguing. With so (deliberate) limited number of characters and locations is fascinating. It is difficult to say without going to spoilers. The twists they are able to do with a set of rules.
Is like the old Asimov technique with their robotic series; make a set of rules with a future technology and explore what happens with them with some characters in a limited location.

Robotic;Notes I find it surprising. Is like several animes cramped into each other. A complete series could be make of some of the limited arcs explored. Apart from having more or less the same things of exploring with realistic or at least highly plausible near tech developments. The blends of genres even on the same episodes are perfect, and the ability to mash together the different types of animation (like in the video games sequences or the in show anime is masterfully done), not an easy task.

Sorry for the rant. I just wanted to know if anybody else here has watched these shows.

I know what you mean! It's kinda weird. Another thing that bothers me is Senku's dub laugh. It just seems a tad annoying and random at times. I am excited for more Dr. Stone, though.

Dreamy Date Drive from Owarimonogatari S2 is probably one of those OPs with greatest "I'll bawl my eyes out listening to this drunk" potential.

Me catching with Danmachi S2

I've seen Stein's:Gate before, the first 10-12 episodes were pretty boring for me, that is until half way it picked up and it just left me speechless. Very great anime, I still have to make time to watch Stein's:Gate 0.

If anyone wants a good anime to watch, I recommend the following from the past seasons:

Kaiji: Ultimate Survivor (and Kaiji: Against the Rules)
Black Lagoon
Rising of the Shield Hero
Death Parade
Great Teacher Onizuka
Amagami SS
School Rumble
Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo
Aho Girl

Seasonal anime I'm currently following are Vinland Saga, Dr Stone, Fire Force, Takagi-san S2 and a few others I can't be asked to list.

Also 'watching' (i.e. "Just finished an episode, I'll watch another when I feel like it in another few weeks) Overlord, Youjo Senki, Kaguya-sama, Yuru Camp and a lot of other anime I've been meaning to start but haven't because I lack any motivation to start new things when I can't even finish what I've already started.

Haruhime is cute. I like her more than any other heroine of Danmachi so far, except maybe Hestia.

Now that we have had Negligent Mom and Overbearing Mom I wonder what Porter's Mom is going to be like.

I guess ending of Ep.7 for RE:Mom is supposed to be dramatic cliffhanger, but I can't stop laughing at dragon tits.

Black Lagoon: was one of the most interesting seinen that I have watched. Even with the seriousness the made room for some silly antics. The action and the tragedy are very well done.

Great Teacher Onizuka: I liked. It had an unusual take at a scholar anime at the time, but it developed quite well. The choral nature of the characters are a bonus. And the ambiguous morality. There are not a nice people.

School Rumble: I hadn't had more laughs with a high school comedy than with School Rumble. Again the numerous characters all have development! You near know all of the classmates. The structure in small acts, favor comedy.

The rest I have not seen, although Rising of the Shield Hero is an isekai that I have read that it is highly recommended.

Aho Girl is really funny, at the start. The jokes get old, however. By the latter part of the season, I was actually able to predict what would happen just based on the characters' traits and cliches. So, if you just want a cheap laugh, Aho Girl is a good go-to. Otherwise, lots of better comedies out there.

Sakurasou, hmmm. I have mixed feelings about this one. First, it's not a good romantic comedy, and a lot of the "drama" that happens feel forced. On the other hand, I like the characters, possibly with the exemption of the MC. He just feels too generic to be likable, and a lot of his "problems" could have been solved if he just wised up a little. Would I recommend it to watch? Yes. But I advise you not to think too hard about the series. I did, and as a result, it disappointed me.
