I'm amused that TNI was quite literally resurrected to fight a Condemnation of them.

Yes, they've offered a defense of their right to perpetrate coups against Feeders and Sinkers, specifically The North Pacific, The East Pacific, and the Rejected Realms, as well as offering up outright deception in regard to acts of subversion and aggression against the South Pacific, Lazarus, and Osiris.

They would, in all likelihood, have been better off remaining dormant and silent. Now they've proven not only are they alive enough to respond, and thus unquestionably alive enough to be condemned, but that they also have no remorse whatsoever for their acts against various Feeders and Sinkers. Not to mention user-created regions like Concosia, which has remained locked down as a trophy of TNI for years now for the "crime" of opposing Gatesville.

As you stated, I really don't see any differences between the old defeated one and the new one, so I am fully against this.

Strongly against this proposal; we do not need to condemn a region of crimes if it has been dormant for at least a year.
