Before we finalist these plans it is necessary to clarify two points:
First we are willing to make accommodations for up to twelve people only, you have specified ten specific individuals above but have indicated that you may bring more, "etc.," this is fine as long as, "etc.," does not constitute more than two individuals. On a personal note while we of cores have horses in our country I doubt that you will have much need to deal with or, "handle them."

Secondly, we consider ourselves a compassionate and accepting people and we have citizens of many species races and nationalities, HOWEVER, you should be aware that Trolls are NOT allowed within the borders of our nation. In Ancient times(more than 3,6000 years ago now we were forced out of our original home land and resettled where we now live. In that land we were prayed upon by trolls and in fact gnomes all over the world constitute a significant portion of the Troll's diet(in most places, and when trolls A. are allowed to rule themselves and 2. Gnomes are present and abundant) Our people were eventually pushed out of our ancient place of origin by over predation by Trolls. We eventually resettled in our proud nation of Thugorp and since that time 3,000 years ago have not allowed entry to trolls. I hope that this does not cause you distress. However, I must ask that no one in the party you send be of the species Troll.

However, we need a clarification on the section of forced labour. The Republic wholeheartedly supports every paragraph of the treaty but wishes to reserve the right to sentence prisoners to forced labour to repay their debt to the community. As becomes clear from our human right and political right levels this is by no means a way to practice hidden slavery. Involuntary communal work however would qualify as forced labour. Therefore we seek to have this paragraph removed from the treaty or have it amnaded in a way that the participation in the treaty still allows foced labour (such as community work and similar) as a form of punishment if administered under fair and lawful circumstances. Chairman and CEO Mikel Lambchop summarised the mood of the board when addressing the people.

“Whilst we respect the need for nations to collectively organise themselves for causes most dear, Lambchops Corporation will continue to live their values both freely and uninfluenced by International Treaties. The International Trade policy within Lambchops Corporation will be unchanged post the vote of the board.

Lambchops Corporation is truly free to trade with, there are no tariffs on any exports and imports into Lambchops Corporation, Lambchops Corporation will be completely sovereign in all aspects to its behaviours and its policies.

Lambchops Corporation is unable to join any international treaty where it favours any sovereign nation ahead of another with respect to treaty administration and or behaviours between sovereign nations”

Whilst it was a regret to join such a FTA, Lambchops Corporation will freely trade with any nation wishes to trade here with, in absences of such agreements in line with the International Trade policy of Lambchops Corporation.

"So, Theo, what do you think ofthis Allanean proposal for a consortium of free-trade countries?"

Theodosius said, "Allanea? Oh, Kazansky. Good man. A trifle ambitious for my tastes, but a good man." Looking out the tower window, he continued. "What's in it for us?"

King Julianus smirked. "Free trade, you idiot! No more mind-blowing restrictions, reduction of border problems. Possibly even an eventual common currency."

Stephen de Veurey nodded. "There are pros and cons, but more positive than negative. One thing I'd be concerned about is the attitude toward arms sales. Can't have any of those pissant warlords getting their hands on sophisticated weapons." De Veurey was the head of Grail KIng military forces.

Theodosius shook his head. "No, can't have that, can we? But what about the rest? What do all those nations have that would be of use to us? We've got plenty."

"Well, what little they have will make us bigger and more prosperous. And our resources will go a long way with a lot of nations who have few or none."

Theodosius leaned back in his chair. "Very well. Sounds good to me. You are in agreement, cousins?"

Julianus ans De Veurey nodded. "Good! Send a missive off to Allanea indicating our interest, etcetera, and so on. Have Baron Yerrety deliver it. A contingent of our Knights Keltoi should go with him."

His Excellency, with the advice of the Grand Council of the North American Union and the General Council of State of the North American Union, ratifies this treaty for the North American Union (NAU) to be a signatory to the Reichsburg Free Trade Agreement (RFTA), on behalf of His Majesty Charles III, King of the North American Union.
