Rogers’ valiant wish to fight bullies wherever they were grabbed the attention of scientist Dr. Abraham Erskine, and he handpicked the idealistic young man for the Army’s Super-Soldier program under his supervision. The serum turned him into Captain America, the symbol of America’s fight against the Nazis during WW2. Captain America took the fight directly to the Nazi villain Red Skull when he led an invasion of the villain’s base in an all-out attempt to break Hydra’s hold on the war. Rogers successfully boarded the Skull’s aircraft as it took off to launch an attack on the United States. But, when his foe’s powerful Tesseract energy source spelled the Red Skull’s doom, the Super-Soldier found himself with no other alternative then to purposefully crash the plane to stop its pre-programmed drive toward America. While Peggy Carter listened through radio communications with the aircraft, Steve Rogers took it down into the icy North Atlantic waters and apparently to his death.

He remained frozen for 80 years. After that time had passed, SHIELD found him and rescued him from his frozen state. Almost immediately Nick Fury recruited him for the Avengers Initiative. Cap remained the leader for a long time, until Iron Man’s death. He has recently found himself incapable of fighting skillfully as his body ages and the serum effects wear thin. He hopes to heroically go down one last time.

Personality: Moral nihilist/cynic - Karoline has seen the worst of Humanity, thus she consider everyone to be of the similar type - assuming the worst in everyone that she encounters; her day-to-day and criminal life haven't helped change her perspective in the matter of humans. Including those consider themselves to a be a hero at that.

Backstory: Long ago when heroes were still somebodies to look up to and trust and the government hadn't fallen down the bit of decay and corruption. Karoline Hope was born. Or rather created by a brilliant scientist known as Dr. John Hope - he was the leading expert in robotics at the time. Namely - Karoline was the product of several years of breakthrough research in the fields of artificial intelligence, biology and robotics.

Her creator had wanted a daughter - but when his own biological daughter sadly was born as a stillborn, he had decided to create one himself. With DNA from his lost daughter - he had it cloned and mixed into creating Karoline-08. She was an amazing child back then - created to be a perfect synthetic variation of a human. Namely she was all but human in appearance and physical make-up. While her parts were different, she was still the same - by creation wise. Over the years as Karoline grew - she learned to improve herself as any ordinary human. She grew to become, as strong and enduring than the toughest human, as fast and agile as the greatest athlete. In time, she also became a hero - in a time, where heroes were slowly but surely choked out by the Superhero Registration Act.

The SRA had become a team of superheroes in itself - modeled after the late Avengers Initiative. However, this one was under the control of designated UN Delegate - by the name of Joseph Huller. The man in question had been an ex-mercenary in service to the United States government. During these times - there was less emphasize on the moral and team-aspect and more on getting results. Most young heroes whom joined the SRA - were either chewed out or became much worse in both mental and physical terms. One of them was Karoline...

She had started being a vigilante in her home-town, after her father retired. Namely after several high-profile cases involving vigilante actions causing massive damage - any and all heroes or hero-wannabees were forced to sign under SRA, like Karoline did. What none of the young heroes knew - was that Joseph Huller was a control-freak. In essence, each and every youngling had a set of 'fail-safes' installed within their bodies, upon if they became a liability they would be eliminated.

Karoline was one such individual - despite her likability, eagerness and wish to do good; her dreams were shattered one by one. As Huller deemed her too unpredictable, unprofessional and not an 'asset'. By that point the SRA had become an almost glorified mercenary band - obeying orders from the UN through the US. But in essence, all the major officers had been former mercenaries - and all they cared about were results and getting it done. Not playing team, doing good or being a 'hero'. In Huller' mind - even the act of embarrassing the SRA was cause for termination.

After Karoline messed up a recovery of an enemy operative - she had succeeded in getting her to safety - but embarrassing the SRA in such a way, that her status as an Agent was stripped from there. Despite her young age, of barely twenty-three - Karoline was demoted to termination. Due to her nature as a synthetic being - she wasn't awarded any legal rights in Huller' mind. He also thought her a liability to her robotic nature - and likely threat of being 'hacked'. As such, with a push of a button - Karoline' synthetic heart was stopped and she was settled for disposal.

Before that, she'd be disassembled and her parts used for improving the 'security and safety' of the U.N. Her father, however - had planned for such an occasion - when Karoline was ready to be disassembled, via a robotic-surgeon - it triggered a terminator viruses embedded in her system. The lab where Karoline was scheduled to be disassembled - suffered a system-crash and due to a fire was burned to the ground. Her body was assumed burned. The once cheerful and eager hero was gone - after Joseph Huller had killed the woman, back in the SRA HQ. Instead what remained was Ghost - a person, whom completely broke ties with her humanity and in essence. Karoline wanted revenge...she wanted justice...

Sadly...another hero would beat her to the punch - namely one hero by the name of Star-Fall. A former comrade of her team and best friend - had killed Huller, after the man had insulted his ability to lead her team and for causing the death of Karoline. Suffice to say, Huller never survived to reap his rewards - due to his death, the 'fail-safes' triggered. Namely killing off over several thousand young and aspiring heroes. The irony being...it was blamed on the superhero community.

In the following years, Karoline became what she was - a Ghost, able to blend in, move without being seen, a haunting presence in the lives of ordinary people. As the years passed and the world turned worse - Karoline become more cynical, she lost her old identity. Able to take on dozens over the years - as she improved herself even further, than her creator and father had assumed.

Only thing known, is that nobody should be in her way...

Powers/Weapons/Tech: Karoline is a chameleon - in essence able to change her shape. Namely able to change her shape and form to anybody - this applies only to their appearance and not in essence their powers. Due to being a chameleon, she is also able to in-essence turn invisible as well.

Weaknesses: Karoline has no friends - and her life as cold-android has left her void of emotions, to the point that she has become more mechanical than organic. It has slowly over the years affected her ability to socialize, have anybody to rely on or be happy at all. While a robot in essence, her body is only on the level of an olympian at best - able to tolerate small-arms fire and fall from heights - but an armored tank she is not. Due to being a machine, she has a weakness towards electrical and electric-based attacks or gadgets.

Skills: Karoline has nearly four decades of combat experience, in unarmed, armed, urban and cyberwarfare. Her ability to hack is very methodical and rapid - able to easily overwhelm even the most experienced electronic-countermeasures. In those times, she has learned to blend in with the crowd, how to avoid detection, cover her tracks and also be an experienced hunter and detective.

Eventually they were stopped peacefully but years later when the government continued to crackdown on mutantkind the group re-emerged and started a rein of terror throughout the Midwestern United States attacking military and government facilities. In 2020 the group raided a laboratory where they believed mutants were being held they encountered a 10 year old mutant child with shock white hair. They rescued him from the facility and raised him as their own.

It was a short time later they realized the truth, the child now named Isaac possessed the abilities of Magneto and his spitting image, the assumption by the Ghosts was that he was either the clone or the offspring of Magneto. Isaac spent a decade on the run with the Ghosts, fighting against the government and their crackdown on mutants until 2030 when the group’s luck finally ran out. All were captured or killed except for Isaac.

Isaac escaped and managed to assume a false Identity in New Jersey. Thanks to technology created by the Ghosts tech wizard he is able to hide his mutant genes as long as he isn’t using them. Since leaving the Ghosts he has adopted a much more pacifistic ideology after being exposed to the teachings and philosophy of Charles Xavier and has made connections with homo sapiens as well as mutants.

Now he seeks to atone for his violent actions, taking the title Polaris and eventually Magneto.

Unwilling to being relegated as an "extra," Gwen went to Big Ronnie's Custom Battle Spandex and requested her own costume to stand out. The tailor Ronnie complied, but she also misread Gwen's form, and thought the young girl went by the alias of "Gwenpool."
Gwenpool's first misadventure involved stealing a virus from the Black Cat and selling it to Hydra for quick cash, believing that the Avengers would deal with any sort of consequence. When Gwenpool attempted to kill Howard the Duck, who had been coerced by the Black Cat into finding the thief, he made Gwen see the error in her nonchalant attitude, which originated from Gwen undervaluing the lives of the inhabitants of the Marvel Universe, whom she believed were nothing more than fictional characters. Gwen rectified her misdeed by infiltrating into a Hydra facility and getting rid of the virus with Howard's help.

Very little is known about the Kingpin before he first took command of the East Coast mobs. He has described himself, however as having been "an unpopular, blubbery child" before he began his lifelong pursuit of bodybuilding. Wilson Fisk was impoverished as a child, has claimed his father was a crack addict and committed his first murder when he was twelve. From the start, Fisk was determined to be the best in whatever he did, and he believed physical strength to be a major factor in building power in the underworld. Hence, he fanatically trained himself in various methods of bodybuilding and personal combat, finally concentrating on the Japanese art of sumo. His sumo training probably led to his interest in the Orient, which would manifest itself in other ways. In addition to his devotion to physical strength, Fisk realized the importance of intelligence. Being from a poor family, Fisk's formal education was limited. He became self-taught, acquiring or borrowing (or sometimes outright shoplifting) books from libraries or bookstores in whatever he could find. Although Fisk learned a great deal in sciences and arts, he became particularly fascinated by political science. He decided that another key to success would be in using political techniques in organizing and directing groups of criminals.

A young Fisk took control of and merged juvenile gangs who were used to run drugs for the mafia families, started a minor drug war and manipulated two mayoral candidates in an attempt to secure power and connections for himself during which he had his first encounters with Spider-Man before he began working for Maggia boss, Don Rigoletto, as his bodyguard and enforcer. During this time, Fisk befriended fellow family member Miles Morales, who saved Fisk's life in prison. Since then, Fisk promised to be forever in his debt. With Morales by his side, Fisk took over the operations of the Don Rigoletto, and had him killed. Some time after Fisk established his criminal empire, Miles left his side to live a quiet life with his lover. Fisk made the necessary adjustments to erase any records of Morales' criminal life. People also started mockingly calling Fisk the "Kingpin" behind his back, a nickname that became his nom de crime.

Powers/Weapons/Tech: The Kingpin sometimes carries a walking stick which contains a concealed laser beam weapon that fires a short pulse of 300 watts, enough energy to vaporize a handgun. The walking stick can also be used to fire a concentrated spray of sleeping gas. The Kingpin's diamond stickpin also contains a small, highly compressed container of sleeping gas which is effective when fired directly into an opponent's face at close range. The Kingpin uses the stickpin gas as a last resort.
Weaknesses: Can be manipulated with his family; will not risk any hurt or harm to them in anyway, even at great personal risk or disadvantage.
Skills:
Peak Human Strength: Fisk is composed almost entirely of muscle that has been developed to enormous size, much like a sumo wrestler, and he possesses peak human strength with only the bare minimum actually being fat. His vast bulk shields him from many forms of injury, either providing padding or causing penetration wounds to only strike him relatively superficially.
Master Martial Artist : Fisk has extraordinary skill in hand-to-hand combat, specializing in a number of martial arts, including sumo wrestling, judo, and hapkido. His fighting skills and unusual agility for a man of his size compensate for a great difference between his human level of strength and that of Spider-Man when the two engage in unarmed combat.
Criminal Genius: Fisk is a criminal genius and a highly skilled planner and organizer. He employs numerous henchmen, scientists, and even superhumans, almost all of whom are fiercely loyal to him due to dedication, fear, or both.
Indomitable Will: Fisk has a great willpower. He was able to resist psychic attacks from Zebediah Killgrave, the Purple Man.

Through unrevealed means, Gwen and her brother Teddy ended up in the Prime Marvel Universe. However, both became separated on arrival, and believed the other hadn't survived the transition. Unwilling to being relegated as an "extra," Gwen went to Big Ronnie's Custom Battle Spandex and requested her own costume to stand out. The tailor Ronnie complied, but she also misread Gwen's form, and thought the young girl went by the alias of "Gwenpool."
Gwenpool's first misadventure involved stealing a virus from the Black Cat and selling it to Hydra for quick cash, believing that the Avengers would deal with any sort of consequence. Liam was born into a immigrant family from Honduras, where crime rates are extreme. He felt safe in America, but with the rise of racism, he tends to hide himself in the dark, worrying about anyone saying racist things about immigrants to him. This is why Liam has such a huge temper. He wants to relocate to the countryside, but peer pressure prevented him from doing so.
His father was a drug addict who was jailed for life for a lot of cases, including drug abusal. His father, Joan, was probably a member of the Mafia. His mother has depression and has had several suicide attempts. His sister, 20 is studying in Spain, where his maternal grandparents live. He tends to look down on his paternal grandparents, and wishes he disn't have a father. He socialises very well, though people tend to view him in a dark manner. Fortunately, the only thing he is addicted to is Oreo McFlurries, which he eats 2 servings every lunch. He is very thankful to his mother for working extra hard to raise him and his sister. Now, they live in a terrace. Though Liam now works, his mother still does part-time jobs.
He got his powers while hiking in West America because he lost a bet. During middle school years, he was accompanied with his friends as they were trying to scale Mount Whitney when a cougar or puma, whatever yiu want to call it, suddenly came out of the blue and attacked it. Not knowing what to do, the friends escaped their own ways. Liam tried ti escape, but the cougar was quite fast and was about to pounce on him. However, the cougar only scratched Liam, instead of biting his neck. Though, it was on the torso and he needed medical asssistance. While in hospital, the scratch marks kept on glowing at night. When the doctors tried to improve the marks to wash it away, it didn't fade away. Shocked, the doctor sent him home instead. After telling his mom, she told him a forgotten Incan tale about 'Montañas Dios', a mountain gods who decided the fates of people who climed the mountains. He would bless several people, like Hillory and Norgay, who were the first people to scale Everest, while cursing others, who would die in the midst of climbing. However, very rarely, it would pass its powers to a cgosen person, and that person would be 'marked'. However, Liam did not buy her story.
One day, during lunch, a gang of bullies came up to him and said, "Why don't you and your family go back to your petty home country?" Just then, the mark glowed, and he slowly morphed(no Animorphs reference intended) into a cougar-human. Using his insanely fast speed, he gave chase. While the other members ran into toilets or the lab, the leader still faced him, making fun of his 'weird body'. Soon, Liam's claws grew. That was enough to see off the leader. Although Liam doesn't know how that happened, he knew that he really did inherit Montañas Dios' powers. Although such a case didn't happen again, it made him popular. He still doesn't know what other powers he yields, but according to the Incan legend, he could have omnikinesis, superhuman strength and the ability to control time.

Backstory: Kate Bishop grew up as the youngest daughter of a rich Manhattanite family. Although her father Derek was an emotionally distant publishing magnate, Kate admired him, and tried to gain his attention and approval during her summer breaks from boarding school. Her mother Eleanor was estranged from her father and frequently absent on vacations until she died while on trip in Boulder, Colorado when Kate was still young. Kate has an older sister, Susan. They have a friendly but somewhat tense relationship, because Susan doesn't understand or share Kate's focus on helping others. From an early age, Kate was frequently lonely and became determined to rely only on herself. She developed a very independent, blunt, and stubborn personality.

One day, 13 year old Kate was attacked and mugged by a man in Central Park. The event initially left Kate traumatized and even more isolated. However, the ordeal eventually motivated her to learn several forms of combat fighting and self-defense. She quickly became proficient in swordplay, archery, and martial arts.

Kate soon tracked down Clint Barton, her hero. He decided to train her, as he was aging. She became as skilled a marksman as the original Hawkeye, and formed a close relationship with him. He was the one who backed her against Cap and Iron Man when she wanted to start a Young Avengers chapter. As the leader of the Young Avengers, Kate became a star in the eyes of the public. She inspired a new generation of heroes to step up. That was all until the death of Tony Stark when Kate was 17. Clint Barton went missing. The world was depressed. And, when the world needed heroes the most, the Young Avengers broke up. Kate's hands have been trembling ever since.
