It's not something that anyone has proposed to my knowledge, so there's no need for me to have an opinion on it.

If you're curious, there is legislation passed in United States (California and New York) that touch on this, and have been passed. The former deals specifically between heath care workers and their patients at hospitals, retirement homes and assisted living facilities. The latter deals with workers and customers (landlords, and all businesses and professionals). In addition, there was a bill that, to my knowledge, was also passed in Canada. This one is similar to the New York one, but it goes more in-depth in modifying how people can interact in general.

This act doesn't even go past a page in length and merely amends two previously passed pieces of legislation to add "gender identity and expression" to the list of prohibited grounds of discrimination.

So, none of these actually specifically legislate on the grounds of pronouns (unless I've badly missed something in the first two) and merely prevent discrimination based on gender identity. That could be used as a legal justification for a case against someone who misgenders frequently in one of the places in which discrimination is considered, but it doesn't actually mean much on its own. The only issues with these would be misapplication of the law, which is possible with many pieces of legislation.
Therefore, I am in favor of protecting gender identity in the manner in which these bills have done.

Definitions including more categories, which I prefer to use, make it impossible for trans women to be biologically female within the current bounds of medical science.
