The camera switched to outside of the arena in Kalosia, where the Leader immediately appeared in view to give an announcement of his own, however he is visibly drunk, making it a wonder if he's reliable.

"Right! Sorry about the shit performance, but it looks like I need to take WV76 off to get my creativity groove back! However, I'm here to announce that Main Nation Ministry is in the process of creating a bid for the host nation for WV76. We promise that it will take place in a much bigger theater near the size of an arena. So you can bring the extra kids along! A fun theme! Fun everything! Fun shit! Fun-"
"Leader, sir. Please. We need to take you back to the plane." a soldier from his nation stepped him to escort him back to the airport.
