Am I Going To Be An Ex-Nation Forever?

This nation is one of my puppets that I have just refounded a few days prior, and it still comes up as an ex-nation on the forums. Can this be reset please?

We had an expired certificate just a few days prior that caused forum sync to fail. I've resynced.
