I don't mind either way, I just want to know so that I can RP that bit.

Presumably the criteria for the clash will be similar next season as well

Ahh, all right. So... Jolyn doesn't have any more chances for this season's Clash, right?

She could get a pole this season and then confirm her entry for next season's Clash, or get one next season (before the Clash, obviously) and get in automatically.

Also, I propose a fan vote and/or the reigning champ to get in.

Alrighty then, but per NS Sports forum rules, since qualifying has taken place for the Golden Bear 400 and Kohan the 10th is qualified, he cannot be withdrawn until after tonight's race.

This relinquished charter will be given to Hampton Island's James McCurty after this race.

She already used #09 at the Vilaye Clash, so she'll probably stick with that at Jusenkyo too.

She's not interested in any contract that would last beyond the end of the regular season because she will be going back to school in the fall.

Please be sure to read my RP about a major NSSCRA announcement. The most important stuff is in the last two paragraphs.

Also, a couple of date edits were made to the schedule, affected races below:

Race 18 (Aug 21/22)- Jusenkyo Training Ground, Zhangjiajie, Hunan Territory, The Sherpa Empire (Speedway)- This now becomes a Wednesday qualifying/Thursday race, instead of a Tuesday/Wednesday.

Race 21 (Sept 1/2)- Aurora Motorsports Park, Ember Valley, Enera, Esmerel (Speedway)- This will be Sunday qualifying, and Monday race. This is the first race of the chase as well, and be aware that Race 22 will still be Sept 3/4.

I think I would like to apply Marcus for an open charter as well, but... it's not in the list of importance, no worries. I am still fine with my Valentian trio. :P

Handling 4 drivers' RP might be a tad too much for me.

I could postpone the request for Novorali to the next race in Tropicorp instead if that makes things easier - it would just mean hogging them with the other going to Euroli Islander in the home event car

Understood. Sage will also get one of the slots at the Pencurve, with the other still being battled out.

So far #1 (V.R.C. Kerman), #17 (Abbott), #42 (Islander), #63 (Baptiste) and #89 (Li) have confirmed. The offers for the displaced Barkley, as well as Shreeves, are still on the table.

Well, I’m trying to convince Drake if he’d like to run the open charter, if we could get it,” Ken said.

“Yeah, I agree,” Drake said. “I’ll drive your car if NSSCRA lets us use an open charter. I can’t say I can commit to anything other than that, but hell, I think I could give them a run for their money.”

Pending approval, the car would be numbered 71 and would feature a black, blue and green paint scheme.

Can I, please? Thank you.

Seems Cocoabo #23 has also been put on notice :D

They were pushing for an invitational race to be held at the Li River Speedway before the Guangxi Telecom 400, where the winner would get to use the open charter. Sherpa racing fans had a variety of suggestions for who else could be invited to such a race. Cocoabo #23, Drake Stevenson, and Tyler Abbott's names all came up, along with assorted people from the Empire's domestic racing scene.

Yea, that is the one conundrum. Even 03 is taken. Maybe 43, 53, 63 or 98

Signups are technically closed at this point so I don't know how this would be handled - but recall as always, Newmanistan is running the series so you don't necessarily get to 'decree' what happens - You simply get to request something. Perhaps Kohan would be allowed to return as a must-qualify driver to add some spice into that now that most of the big names have acquired charters :)
