Well you go to Congress and petition them to declare war against whoever it is you want to go to war with.

I think he means gameplay, and no, nations don't declare war on each other, but regions can be raided and defended. The last, and only, site to incorporate such a feature failed miserably. Older players will know much more about this than I do. Also, wrong forum.

In the Roleplay forums, find a nation whose player is willing to fight a war against yours: Then it becomes a matter of collaborative storytelling between you.

I will say that this game does not have that feature. But if you wanted, you can roleplay a war by asking a few people or just one player if they want to do a war. If they agree, you got yourself a war.

Just simply declaring wars is not how this game works. :lol2:

War is mainly part of the roleplay sections of the NationStates forum.

However, there has been a special mini-game called the Nuclear Apocalypse, and if I recall correctly, Max aims to run the Nuclear Apocalypse around August-September.

It started as a theme for the annual April Fools' Day mini-game in 2017 (pure pranks were abandoned in 2012 after the hackers fiasco, and the internet is already turning against pure pranks).

Are you sure? He came to nation states to ask them how to declare war, no need to make it more complicated.
