I think it'll end with a Schönwler-Taylor Presidency and the far-left and far-right uniting against the Democratic and Republican parties in a satisfying revolution of sorts. The fence will be burnt down for the next few centuries, as Taylor and Schönwler begin to turn against each other, and the centrists have all been sent to Gulag Concentration Camps where they are taught to hate centrism and love Zyklon B. An American Civil War will start in Season 7, with the far-left and far-right against each other.
