I'd like to further raise the privacy concerns of this whole concept Enadia is introducing.

1. First and foremost, your privacy policy link, located at https://euhubs.enadia.xyz/ossn/site/privacy is empty as of 2019-06-19 T 20:45-0500

1.1: Based on my training and experience, and using Open Source Intelligence Methods (OSINT) I can assume that your website is hosted in the European Union by a (IRL) EU identity or organization, and per Article 15 of the ​Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC​ (the “GDPR”), you have no such contact to process data erasure and access requests.

2. Your user's profiles are publicly exposed, and using the bio page can directly link a user to a nation and any information they may have inputted without an account

That's only from a brief look at this weird deployment. You also seem to collect email addresses on one or more pages that don't have a clear opt-out function.

Relatedly, I am fully within my rights to criticize your stuff regarding privacy and information whatnot considering that I have not and do not plan to ever have a Facebook (and am on record in multiple places expressing my lack of liking for them) or any other social media except maybe LinkedIn.

- abrasively violates recruitment decorum
- ignores standard Administrative best practices
- is so problematic that Libcord literally banned them for problematic content in their discord
- writes off valid community criticism as griping and baseless
- chooses to for some reason create a social media network
- has so many leadership issues that their web admin said fuck it and quit
- actually styled their region as “pg-16”

I am not accusing anyone of doxxing, but your forum is a HUGE SECURITY RISK, and looks like someone can easily self doxx themselves (if they register to your forum using their real name, then make posts. Anyone can see their real name.) You realize how unsafe the internet is right?

Also, many NS players are dumb enough to do that, so you probably should not give room for risks like these.

For example, people can see that a certain Nation has registered to your forum, click on your forum and see their Real name, and can find their nonNS social medias.

In an unprecedented move, the Rorschach Administration called a regional wide and "unexpected" referendum.
The only question in mind "Should the EU comply with the Arnhelm Treaty Accords?". For the past two years, previous EU's administrations have received international pressure to fall into compliance with the accords, a decision which was usually blocked by the Parliament or past Presidents who campaigned on an EU-first platform. The Enadian parliament would deny any consideration of voting in favor of the accords, as they were widely seen as a measure of political austerity. Despite previous policy-reform attempts, the social and political atmosphere in Enadia prevented any sort of changes that would or could pose a potential danger for the Union and its Member States.

After a long and significant time of campaigning, the Enadian Union goes finally to the ballots. President Rorschach called in for a 10-Day Referendum to gather every MP's votes and the results on just the 2nd day are incredible. The Yes votes are leading by 71%, while No is standing at 29%. The current results are promising for an EU change on a Foreign Scale that will benefit also a plethora of UCR's.

By the conclusion of the regional referendum on the 15th of August, if the Yes votes win the majority of the Parliament, the EU|07 administration will initiate all the necessary procedures in changing the structure of the Enadian recruitment policy.
