Just two days ago, The Supreme Leader decided to take the pacifists way out of a fight and sends a negotiator to the Cartoon colony of Equestria, which is currently in open rebellion, to resolve the situation thru diplomacy. Many politicians say that this was a cowardly decision made by the Supreme Leader, but he said in an open interview with the Gallagher Herald, he says that “right now, this is the right choice. We can’t be certain if this will work, but it’s worth a shot. The negotiator’s name is Kenny McCormick. A former member of the Order of Mysterio Freemason group in South Park. Retired because of his low economic situation. So our Supreme Leader, being a Freemason himself, called him and appointed him negotiator. He’ll be expected to arrive in the colony in 12 days max on board the troop ship, the CNS Province along with 24 members of the elite force, the Histeria Rifle Regiment. We will soon see our empire restored. Hopefully.

Cartoon military designers designed a new vehicle that will dominate the battlefield. It appears to be a mechanical robot with four legs, and it’s equipped with four Browning .50 Caliber machine guns and two 30mm cannons along with two anti-air guns. They are dubbed the “All Terrain Armored Transport” Vehicle or the AT-AT and its purpose is to transport soldiers to and from the battlefield while defending itself. It has been produced by the State military industry, Hetalia War Incorporated. The new vehicle was tested out today at Fort Briggs against practice targets, both stationary, moving, attacking, and neutral. It was a complete success against all of it’s targets and the government has made plans to order about 100 of these to be place in different regiments. The cost of these things are around 2,300,000 Tooniusas which will be paid straight from the taxpayers wallet. This will be either a great or terrible investment for Cartoonia.

Cartoon naval vessels and it’s sub-unit, The Cartoon Commando Corps, once again crack down on pirates in the Cartoon Protectorate of East Africa, which includes Ethiopia and Somalia. In 1992, when Ethiopia was experiencing another harsh famine, the government collapsed. So in place of that, the Ethiopian Ambassador to Cartoonia asked for aid, and knowing how much food we have here, gave so much plentiful aid, that the old government asked us to annex Ethiopia to our empire. In 2005, Somalia collapsed and durning it’s civil war of 2009, pirates were rampant in taking over Cartoon civil vessels. Looting and hurting passengers and goods. The Cartoon government won’t stand by it, so the Cartoon military got involved and in the same year, invaded and occupied The territory, rebuilding the government and restarting it’s industry. In 2010, after one year of reconstruction, the two territories were merged into one protectorate of East Africa. To this day pirates are still after international vessels, but are constantly being tracked down by the Cartoon Navy patrolling the area, as what the UN should’ve done in the first place. This is apart of Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo’s Supreme Executive Issued Order ordering all available small naval vessels to patrol the East African Coast. “I don’t see why they haven’t sent in ships to combat the pirates in the territory already” Captain Lucy Van Pelt of the destroyer, CNS Gumball Watterson. “This is a totally easy solution, and those blockheads over at the UN are being wimps about it”. These ships launch shells towards the ships, avoiding the pirates on board. The after that of the situation does not improve, The Cartoon Commando Corps steps in and take in the pirates for interrogation. “Well this is what we trained for” Steve Smith, commander of the CCC, says. “If the situation gets tough, we go in and handle it ourselves”. There are still piracy threats in East Africa, but as long as Cartoonia has control over the region, the pirates will no longer be as much of an issue as it has been.

In Era, the Capitol of the Ishgar Province, Siegrain Fernandes, member of the Ishgar Magic Council, the magic ruling council apart of Cartoonia’s Department of Magic, was almost killed today in an assassination attempt. He was shot in the foot and was transported to Era Central Hospital shortly after. His attempt assassin was taken to the local jail where he awaits for trial.

The assassin in question, Millianna, said in an interview that “[she] will do whatever it takes to get that [CENSORED] out of power”. Police don’t know whether she is talking about him or his twin brother, Jellal Fernandes, current ambassador to AHSCA. Jellal and Siegrain were separated in childhood but reunited years ago. Jellal was then brainwashed by some unknown force and once ran for Governor of Ishgar with very radical ideas, but lost to Simon Mikazuchi in 1985. After the election, He tried to take Simon’s life, but failed to do so and was arrested for it. However, Supreme Leader Chad Dickson granted him a pardon and was appointed ambassador to AHSCA. His brother however was appointed head of the Ishgar department of magic. Police still don’t know her motivation, but she will be locked up for a while.

The United Anime Cartoon Regiment of the Anime Army will pass in review in front of the UAC Barracks in Elmore this upcoming Friday. The UAC Regiment is a division of The Anime Army, an international organization defending people’s rights to be an otaku world wide. Cartoonia being a nation that supports the well-being of cartoons and anime gives support to this organization through weaponry, experienced and seasoned officers as well as economic assistance. Through this agreement, a stationed division of The Anime Army was stationed here in Elmore, a statement of unity between the two entities. These men and women are trained under Cartoon officers and under amphibious, guerrilla, and commando warfare conditions to train them to carry out orders of both Cartoonia and The Anime Army. This goes for infantry, tank men, cavalry, and artillery.

To show off the might of this division, The UAC will conduct a military parade on the barracks grounds, the commanding officer, Lieutenant Riza Hawkeye will be commanding the troops into order as the march and pass the Gran-General of the Army, Eric Cartman. The trooping of the colors ceremony, and performances by the UAC reserve band detachment and the 3rd Elmore Regimental Auxiliary Band are included as well. The officers of the UAC have asked the Supreme Leader to join the pass in review, they are in the works of getting the leader of the Anime Army or a senior officer to join as well. They will be waiting for the response but for now, this will be a showcase of Anime and Cartoon Unity.

In the past week, Cartoonia has been trying to resolve a rebellion in the protectorate of Equestria. She had sent a delegation to resolve and negotiate for peace and security in the empire, among them was the King of Danceria, His Majesty, King Aceus. But now, the negotiator is dead. Kenny McCormick was killed off by unknown means two days ago. People speculate that it was the rebels who caused it, as outside sources can’t get into the region due to the state of the rebels and what happens to them when they try to gain sources. His translator, Kyle Broflovski and King Aceus have been safely transported out of the region and relocated to the Toronto Marine Barracks. The Supreme Leader has been informed of the situation as of yesterday. This upcoming week, he will be expected to make a decision that will affect the Cartoon Empire as a whole. Weather the choices what’s right or wrong. It will change the face of Cartoonia forever.

The streets of Gallagher have been cleared out for the 54th annual Gallagher Band Review. Bands from all around Cartoonia will participate in this spectacle of music and pageantry. Hosted by Chad Dickson High School and supported by the Gallagher City Council, it’s a sight to be seen, with more than 50 bands in attendance. The bands included are the Fairy Tail Academy Fairy Sound band, the Elmoe Jr. High School band, the Ouran Music Corps, the Central City Cadet band, the ROGOOO Wabbit Wegiment band, and so much more. There is even a performance from “The Supreme Leader’s Own” Cartoon Marine Band. Everyone is in attendance of the event, the Chancellor, The Attorney General, the Gran-Chiefs of Staff, even the Supreme Leader himself. This display of pagentry has been a Cartoon tradition and this will be the biggest yet.

The Cartoon production of Les Miserables opens this week at the Chad Dickson National Theater of the Arts. The musical of Victor Hugo’s book has become an overnight sensation with productions around the world and has created a movie. Now it has reached Gallagher for the first time for a professional theatrical production. There were student productions around the town and other productions around Cartoonia, but this is the first production at the CDNTTA. The line-up of actors is intriguing and would make one heck of a show. Bartholomew J Simpson plays the role of ex-convict Jean Valjean, Chad Dickson plays the role of inspector Javert, Chancellor Erza Scarlet plays the role of Cosette, Alfred F Jones plays the role of Marius, the Supreme Leader’s wife, Rachel Moore, plays the role of Éponine, and the local Gallagher Opera Society Mezzo-Soprano, Haruhi Fujioka, plays the role of Fantine, along with a wonderful selection of characters filling in the roles. The show opens on November 17 and will go to December 1. Opening night tickets have already sold out, so get your tickets now before it’s too late.

The Future is here, Dexter Vanderguilder, a member of the Supreme Leader’s research team has developed a device that can transport people into the past, or the future in an instant. Just recently, our Supreme Leader, Jimmy Kudo, has received a mysterious letter regarding a dinner invitation… from the 1800s. He asked his team to build a device that can send him back in time to attend this party. And so Dexter completed this task in only two days. Not only does this serve the purpose of the Supreme Leader, but with how fast and easy he claims to have built it. It means that we might soon get our own time machines.

“I wanted to create a device that will help with time travel while being safe and economical” Dexter tells The Gallagher Herald. “This device can transport people to the past and future with just simple buttons. Just select the date, turn the knob weather to interact with the people of that time, and boom ,you are transported to the past”. He wants to put this out on the mass market soon. This can change the face of the scientific community for Cartoonia and the world

Cartoonia mourns the lost of the former American President, George H. W. Bush. He was the president of The United States from 1989-1993. He has helped Cartoonia economically by letting companies establish factories for low amounts of money by granting Cartoonians free travel to America in the 1990s to studios in California which help boost the Cartoon economy as it was going through a small recession. He brought us into the NAFTA with the rest of the North American countries and agreed to downsize both nuclear armaments by the early 90s. He sent aid to the new Cartoon protectorate of Ethiopia and asked for our help in the Gulf wars and the Invasion of Panama. Both wars where successful and led to a military alliance between the two nations in 1992. He was the second president to visit Cartoonia the same year after Supreme Leader Chad Dickson died a year ago and his eldest son, the current Supreme Leader, Jimmy Kudo, Ascended the rank, in a gesture of friendship after attending the funeral a year ago.

After leaving office, relations with America remain an all time high for Cartoonia entering the Clinton, Bush 44, and Obama administrations and levels remain high ever since. But all good things must come to an end. Two days ago, Bush died at age 94. One of the two last presidents of the greatest generation in America. Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo, his wife Rachel Moore, and Chancellor Erza Scarlet attended the state funeral in his honor in Washington. Cartoonians honor his death with a two week mourning period, where all federal administrations, institutions, and facilities are closed, and the Cartoon flag half-raised, as well as all-black uniforms for military personnel. The world would never be the same without him. Rest In Peace former President Bush.

Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo will speak in front of Cartoon House and review all of the goings on that happened the past year. Cartoonia was relatively uneventful earlier in the year. It wasn’t until summer that things started to move. Cartoonia reaches out to more nations by establishing embassies, both in and outside the nation. Jimmy signed more treaties and WA Proposals. He brought Cartoonia back into global politics once again. The economy is boosted and trade is on the rise among other nations. Our people got to enjoy traveling abroad, like some of our friends who traveled to the AHSCA, or our Supreme Leader traveled back in time to attend a dinner party in the Waldenian Empire, and how the “Supreme Leader’s Own” Cartoon Marine Band traveled around the world. It is true that Cartoonia lost imperial power over Equestria via revolt, we lost embassies with one extinct nations, and we lost famous celebrities over the past years, but we persevered through hard times and kept on marching to the beat of our own drum. 2019 is going to be promising for Cartoonia, the primary elections for Chancellor and Attorney General are coming up in June and we plan on going into different conflicts as peacekeepers. Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo calls an emergency meeting of the representatives, secretaries, councilmen, foreign ambassadors, and members of both local, national, and foreign presses at Cartoon House today at 4:30 in the afternoon. The meeting will also go live on both national and international television. Members speculate what this emergency meeting means to them. “Maybe there is new land that has been undiscovered and Supreme Leader wants us to meet to decide what to do with it” Says Gilbert Beilschmidt, representative of Hetalia Town. Loud Kiddington, representative of Histeria Village, says “It could be that a culture crisis is at hand, like in America”. No one knows for certain, but what they know is that this is important, the supreme leader wouldn’t call them at that hour if it wasn’t.

Cartoonia has announced a declaration of war against the Neo-Zeref Cult who are rebuilding the Tower of Heaven in the Pacific. The Tower of Heaven, originally the R-System, was designed to bring the dead back to life. This however required multiple human sacrifices, which were made into slaves. The most infamous one was destroyed in 1959, our current Chancellor, Erza Scarlet, was once a slave held there. She was from a small village, raided by a group of magic cultists. The Tower was infiltrated by Cartoon Forces, which freed the slaves, and became a turning point in the nation's history. This began the imperial age of Cartoonia, fighting for freedom for everyone, and also the first war on slavery. Now the tower is revived and is working under mysterious forces, but still using slaves, kidnapped years ago. Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo has enacted policies of pacifism due to the concern of the international community in the early 2010s. After the failures of trying to keep Equestria in the empire, he can not waste anymore time on diplomacy. This is the moment Cartoonia was waiting for, this is the second war on slavery. Troops will begin mobilization tomorrow. Allies and hands across the seas will also aid in the fight to finish the tower once and for all.

Admist war and battle, external and internal affairs continue in Cartoonia, this is the case with current events. American anime dubbing studio, Funimation, finds itself one less partner, as Cartoon studios, an international studio filming shows for American and Japanese companies, cuts ties and investments upon the firing of fan-favorite voice actor, Vic Mignogna. He is the American voice for favorites such as Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist, Tamaki Suoh from Ouran Highschool Host Club, Spirit Albarn, from Soul Eater, and Greece, from Axis Power Hetalia, all of which were produced for Japanese companies, and the roles of these characters, who are real people in Cartoonia, are pretty accurate in portrayal. In late January, he was wrongfully accused of sexual allegations, homophobia, and being a nazi by two YouTubers, which should have been ignored, but Cartoonia’s most hated group, the SJWs had to go ruin everything and started accusing him too. SJWs are hated in Cartoonia for such reasons. These allegations led to his dismissal from Rooster Teeth’s dubbing of RWBY, which Cartoon Studios already cut ties with, and Funimation ceased ties with Vic as well which pissed off the Board of Directors for Cartoon Studios and immediately after the news spread. Partnership has been ceased. This means that any ties with them will be removed from Cartoonia, and Cartoonia will produce their own english dub for the finished products. Also, any money given to help Funimation will be revoked until further notice.

This isn’t the first time sexual allegations have forced Cartoon Studios to cease productions. After the controversy that was Skyler Page, which was real allegations. Cartoon Studios cut ties with producing Clarence, though the show didn’t last long anyway. The Cartoon Board of Directors say that “We can not, in good conscious, support companies who support SJWs. There was no good reason for Vic to be fired and all the ‘proof’ is merely unsubstantial for us to judge”. Actors of those characters voiced by Vic are also pissed. Tamaki Suoh, head of the Suoh Garment Factory and former president of Ouran’s Host Club, the actor of Ouran Highschool Host Club, was outraged, saying “It’s disgraceful that this happened, I for one can not believe that they fired the person who brought my acting to life because of stupid SJW controversy”. Edward Elric, current Secretary of Agriculture, the Fullmetal Alchemist, and the actor from the show of the same name, is super pissed, that he refused to take part in an interview, remarking that “I hope that their God is benevolent, because they know that they [CENSORED] up everything, I hope those SJWs are [CENSORED] happy”. Cartoon House has plans to raise tariffs on American Anime merchandise, those licensed by Funimation, as they too show support for Vic. America hopes to negotiate with Cartoonia in the future to avoid such tariffs. Cartoonia views this drama as one of the many problems with SJWs. They wish not to become extreme with restricting SJWs to the country but this really stalls everything. They should be ashamed at what they did, the people of Cartoonia hopes that they will pay in due time.

Cartoon famed architect Bartholomew J Simpson has been chosen by King Louis XXV of France et Navarre to reconstruct the Notre Dame Cathedral. A couple of weeks ago, The cathedral caught on fire and was completely destroyed. Some of the original articles remain, but the entire building has been severely damaged. Following the fire, King Louis XXV has asked the international community for architects who were able to rebuild Notre Dame, including Cartoonia’s own, Bartholomew J Simpson. Bart is a well experienced architecture and sculptor. He has been behind some big projects, like the Kardia Cathedral in Magnolia, The statue of Gustav Holst in the Ouran Academy, The new H building for UA academy, and the installations of naval defenses including forts and coastal artillery guns, nicknamed the Simpson Battery, in Gallagher. Bartholomew signed up to take up this challenge to not only show off his skills as an architect, but as a servant to God, given his relgious background growing up Catholic.

On April 7th of 2019. King Louis XXV sent a letter to the international community, stating his approval of Bart as the architect for the new cathedral of Notre Dame, quoting that “His work is different and graceful, but not obnoxiously so, and he keeps to the true faith”. The second design that Bart has submitted is a reconstruction of the old cathedral, given that there is some editing involved changing the floor level and adding numerous details. Quoting from Louis XVV about the alterations, “ The transepts and crossing will be removed entirely for one large circular room. This circular transept will be the base for a massive dome, made entirely of stained glass. This will be a cathedral of light, of heavenly beauty” also adding “The dome itself will obviously be framed in steel with the stained glass, and its imagery shall be resplendent. It shall have a massive image of Louis XIV's sun looking down upon the parishioners at its center, with biblical scenes being enacted out between its rays. At the four cardinal directions on the circle shall be the coats of arms of France and Navarre, and at the Intercardinal directions shall be the arms of the Borgia. The cathedral shall be built out of marble and granite, and its interior shall be gilded and embellished with precious metals in the rococo style… The nave's columns will statues of the kings of France, arms outstretched, bearing the weight that god has put upon our shoulders. The original rose glass windows have been preserved and shall be part of the new structure as well”. The is truly a glorious day for mankind. Out of tragedy brings hope and light for one of the many wonders of the world. This is a great day for Bart Simpson. He will not dissappoint.

The war against the Neo-Zeref Cult, the worst case of unregulated magic in the fifties, the symbol of oppression and slavery, and the Tower of Heaven, is over. Our friends have fought hard to secure peace at the tower and liberated the slaves held there. Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo, who has fought among our boys, has declared the situation has leveled and the leaders have been arrested. He adds that the former slaves will be in custody until they are identified by the other nations and returned home. Casualties lay in 15000 for military personnel, 200000 slaves before and after the war including 2 million freed, and 150 cultists were placed under arrest for kidnapping, slavery, and treason. Their leader, Peter Griffin being detained at the Quahog Maximum Security Prison as he awaits trial. Weapons confiscated include magic staves and soviet era weapons that were transported under American Music Educator, Tony T Nguyen. America’s FBI are searching for him as President Donald Trump apologizes for those actions. America plans to send aid to help those victims as well as help in international affairs to protect people from being kidnapped ever again. Cartoonia will, once again, crackdown on Zeref worshippers in the country and interrogate them thoroughly on their actions. Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo says that now is the time to make sure that the world is safe from destruction, harm, and slavery. He will start a year long military deployment campaign around the empire to enforce the anti-slavery policy. He will ask leaders for joint operations like this today will be known as V-TOH II Day for Cartoonians. Out of tragedy, hope grows. Cartoons will be above all, in a world ravaged by despair. Though many have lost their lives, as slaves or fighting soldiers, thier sacrifice will not be in vain.

Nigel Uno, the current Secretary of Child Safety has announced his running for the office of the Chancellor today in front of the Cartoon National Kid Convention. Party leader Bugs Bunny nominated him because of his civil and military service to his country. Nigel Uno served as an officer of the KND Corps back before he served as the Child Safety Department Secretary. He has seen so many kids oppressed by adult rule, and even if it’s not oppression, child rights are being violated. Children working in factories, poverty, neglect, abuse, and dare we say, prostitution. He has always made sure it’s children first. He wanted military action where kids are being neglected, abused etc. with his running for the office of the Chancellor, he might have a chance of convenience Cartoon House to send troops. He wants kids to be safe everywhere. He also wants to raise the standards of living for all Cartoonians. He will also raise the military to counteract slavery and terrorism not just at home, not just in our territories, but throughout the world.

He has chosen Conan Edogawa as his Attorney General. Conan was born in Beika City to famous sleeping detective, Richard Moore. He moved to Gallagher after his sister, Rachel Moore, married Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo. He will help Nigel with some major education, health, and social reforms. He will also swear to protect the environment in anyway possible. When asked why he said “Our earth is in danger, and we kinda have to thank our previous generations for that, so I want to implement environmental policies that will slow our demise, and I want this world to stay as it was before the early 2000s”. The CNK is excited to say that we stand on a new era, and will be happy to take the lead of this new era. It safe to say Nigel is a great candidate for the party, and the office of the Chancellor.

Chad Dickson, our current Secretary of Defense, is officially running for the office of the Chancellor in the 2019 primaries. He has no relation to the former Supreme Leader. However, his knowledge and know-how makes him a perfect candidate. Besides being the Secretary of Defense, he was also commanding general of the Cartoon Foreign Legion from 1992 to 2001. He also served as a junior officer of the Teen Ninja Corps during his teen years. He wants change, change that will make our motto, “Cartoons Above All”, truer than ever. He wants to expand our empire, after losing one in Equestria last year. One thing he vows to do is take back the internet from the current enemy, or so claimed, Social Justice Warrior, he says “they took Vic Mingogna’s job away because they let American politics get in the way of entertainment”, so his vow to take a stand on that would prevent this from occurring ever again. Free speech is also important. He wants anyone to say anything they want, whether it be offensive, not offensive, or anything really. He states that “Blazing Saddles, Monty Python, or any of the Seth MacFarlane productions would never have existed if speech was limited”.

He has chosen Nelson Muntz as his Attorney General. He was known as the big bully of Springfield Elementary, grown up in poverty, and then becoming a representative for Springfield. He was chosen for some of his political views that align with their rival party, the Cartoon National Kid Party. In a statement on why Chad chose him, his reply was “Because Health, Education, and Social Reform are the key basic building blocks on creating a more perfect society”. He will make sure that by securing these elements, Cartoonia will stand even stronger. He promises that Cartoonia will become a beacon of light and hope in a world of dismallity and suffering. Cartoonia will be the Golden hill on top of rising international tension. And Cartoons Above All will forever be true.

Toy Story 4 came out on Friday, June 21. It’s safe to say that the Toy Story trilogy has come to an end. In honor of the recent film, the city council of Gallagher has decided to unveil a new statue and new square which will be taking the place of Theatre Square in front of the Chad Dickson National Theatre of The Arts. The statue will contain characters from Toy Story 4 in poses the same as their early posters. Also will be engraved the line “You got a friend in me, 1995 - 2019”. Also planned will be statues of the characters from other Disney-Pixar movies. The Theatre Square will be renamed Pixar Square in honor of the studio.

On Monday, June 24 2019, a commencement ceremony will be held at the new square, it will be led with speeches by Mayor Wigglestein of Gallgher, Head Consultant of the CGI Division of Cartoon Imperial Studios Andy Winters, and Chancellor Erza Scarlet. Nigel Uno, current Secretary of Child Safety and the candidate for The Cartoon National Kid Party will also be in attendance. Musical performances will be provided by the Gallagher Company of actors and “The Supreme Leader’s Own” Cartoon Marine Band. This will be an exciting day for Gallagher as music fills the air and shining statues of our childhood heroes are unveiled. It truly is a great way to say “so long, partner”.

The Cartoon Department of Imperial Territories has stated in a press conference alongside with the Department of State and Department of Justice that if the situation at Funimation does not lighten up, Cartoonia will either consider declaring war on the US to capture Texas, or purchase Texas from the US for a hefty price. In case you are not fully aware, Funimation AND Rooster Teeth have terminated American voice actor, Victor Joseph Mignogna, after alleged sexual assault and harassment claims from Monica Rial and Jamie Marchi. In a deposition statement earlier this week from Texas, he stated that he fell into depression after the whole thing blew up and he also stated that he didn’t want this to have happened. It is clear from agents of the Department of Foreign Affairs on this situation that he is clearly innocent but the drama continues on as the big two, Monica Rial and Ron Toye, keep on the lying farce. Cartoonia will not stand by and watch this destroy Vic’s career. In a statement to Cartoon House, Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo states that “if Vic loses the fight for his reputation, then Cartoonia might look into expanding her territories in Texas”. For many Cartoon politicians, this is going to be exciting. CNK member Aka Pella says that “We haven’t had any territorial expansion since… 2010, and man we sure love to expand”. Others, like Blooregard Q. Kazoo, says that “After the embarrassing loss over Equestria, Cartoonia would gladly be interested in other territories. A little bit of regaining of power”. Others just plain out hate it. Like Brian Griffin who stated “There is no room in this modern world for this imperial power”. This proposition was made in the wake of the whole Vic Mignogna Incident. After Cartoon Intelligence revealed shocking things about Funimation, most of the Cartoon people were outraged, putting politics in anime. That is the last thing on people’s minds when they try to relax. Currently, the trial between Vic and Funimation is at work. However, when it’s been decided, this referendum will go through Cartoon House and signed by Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo, whether it’s win or lose. When that day comes, he will talk to President Donald J Trump to negotiate territory and what stays in the US. Cartoonia will then begin to administer Texas as a protectorate of the Cartoon Empire. It really has come down to this, to ensure that these social justice warriors don’t ruin anime for all.

The results are in for the primary election of Chancellor. The many political parties raced against each other to claim the title of chancellor. It was difficult and the many issues clout most of these young politicians, but they stuck true to their beliefs and ended past over others. We congratulate the Cartoon National Kid Party candidates Nigel Uno and Conan Edogawa, the Imperial Party of Cartoonia candidates Eric Cartman and Mandy Darling, Cartoon Party of the Royal Crusades candidate Jellal Fernandes and Kyoya Ottori, and Grand Old Cartoon Party candidate Loud Kiddington and Ciel Phantomhive. The many issues of imperialism, child safety, enviorment, and the ever growing Metoo crisis will not go unheard when these people get into Cartoon House. Congratulations and good luck in the secondaries.

The time for trial and negotiations are over. The whole Vic Mignogna case has been thrown out the window. Hope for his swift justice has been blown away. State judge John P Chupp ruled that all the charges against Cartoon Imperial Studio’s former partner, FUNImation, are to be dropped. It doesn’t help that FUNImation took Toei’s animation, or the work of Cartoon Imperial Studios, and dubbed over with very lulu comments. For Cartoonia, this is outrage of misuse of justice and property. Thousands of people in Cartoonia, most from the big anime cities, are protesting against American relations, but for the government, this means the wait is over for debate on Texas. Cartoon House will go into its next session, and the debate will begin anew on whether or not to purchase Texas or go to war with the United States. Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo stated in a press conference earlier today that “No, America is our ally, and I refuse to see another war against them. BUT. If I have to, we will go to war”. Once Cartoon House figures out if they want to expand imperial territory, the Supreme Leader will go speak with President Donald J Trump and negotiate for ceding Texas. The majority of Cartoon House our for it, so it won’t take long for Texas to be in Cartoonia’s overseas possessions. For now, Cartoon and American relations are turning a tad bit sour, as controversy continues. Former actress Mirajane Strauss commented on this situation by saying “If this is how people treat others, than consider me glad I never took an acting job in America”. This is in fact, very, very, very disappointing to see.

With the great age of electric power, various electric companies in Cartoonia took up the task of connecting cities, towns and villages in the modern age. One of them is the famous Cardinal Electric company, which recently opened a nuclear power plant in the small seaside village of Rurorona, a mainly Demi-human village. This village was established in the 1970s with the rise of Demi-humans, or half human, half animal creatures and the Demi-human civil rights movement of 1969, fighting alt-left opposition on the grounds of beastiality. The conservative government declared them humans in every right and passed the Demi-Human Civil Rights Resolution in early 1970. A migration happened in the Seyaette area of the Melromarc Region located in the province of Western Pacifica.

For years, this fishing village went without electricity until now when Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Electric Aultcray Melromarc, the husband of CEO Mireria Q Melromarc, announced that they will be connecting more towns and villages with the new nuclear power plant in Rurorona. In a press conference, Aultcray explains that “With progress, we want to connect those small, impoverished towns with a higher standard of living that Cartoonia is known for”. However, the actuality is that power is being supplied by the Rainbow Electric power plant in the provincial captiol of Elmore, and only 10% of the Rurorona population even wants electricity in the first place. And with the concerns of nuclear energy (i.e. Chernobyl), there are also concerns for CE to build one in a small village by the sea. “Wind or solar power would have been enough” Lisa Simpson, the director of the Cartoon National Energy Commission says. “There really is no reason for a nuclear power plant to be constructed, there might be a breach in power that could cause a meltdown”. CE just responded with how the power plant will light up the entire region, not just Rurorona. Even though there are concerns, The Cartoon National Energy Commission gone ahead and approved this new plant in early 2017. With the new plant opened, we’ll see if this is the march of progress for this small fishing village.

Supreme Leader Jimmy Kudo will speak in front of Cartoon House and review all of the goings on that happened the past year. Cartoonia had one Helluva year and one Helluva decade. The Tower of Heaven Resurrected which led to an international conflict. Cartoonia’s treasured foreigner, Vic Mignogna, was casted out of Funimation which deterred relationships with the USA, Norte Dame almost burned down, and terrorists are starting to spring up. On nicer notes Cartoonia reaches out to more nations by establishing embassies, both in and outside the nation. Jimmy signed more treaties and WA Proposals. He brought Cartoonian presence into global politics and began making more of an influence in the Greater Díenstad region. The economy is boosted and trade is on the rise among other nations. Our people got to enjoy traveling abroad, like some of our friends who traveled to the AHSCA once again, or our Chancellor took a recent trip to Nouveau Quebecois for the Montreal Winter Ball, and how the “Supreme Leader’s Own” Cartoon Marine Band traveled around the world. We persevered through hard times and kept on marching to the beat of our own drum. 2020 is going to be promising for Cartoonia, the final elections for Chancellor and Attorney General are coming up in April, and we plan on going into different conflicts as peacekeepers. Our Supreme Leader will also travel to meet President Trump to exchange and Annex Texas. Here’s to the future. Have a great new year.
