Forsittend Marcus is an Intellectual leader. He has used his interests in science for the benefit of his people. I applaud his ability to bring prosperity to the region he governs from his scientific achievements.

Marcus is a fair leader. He invests state treasury in areas of importance for the benefit of his people and that can be respected. I consider Marcus to be a friend of mine and my opinion of him remains positive.

I'm so interested in this one, he seems powerful and yet friendly.
