Might be very misplaced buuuut..... is there any way to get a group to send telegrams to? My region is trying to get unity in WA votes and therefor needs good communication, anyone know if gheres such a function?

There are many options. Click the arrow to the right of the To: in your telegrams.

Can I somehow select all WA members in my region? I do not really understand how....

Filter by Inclusion: Similarly, you can require certain recipients with +. This filters out any recipients who don't meet the criteria. Examples:

region:Lazarus, +tag:WA: Send to all WA member residents of Lazarus.
