CALCULATION= -$500 billion
Carbon tax is set at $80 per ton, the carbon annually produced by the US is roughly 5,000 million metric tons. That means an income of $400 billion from the carbon tax.
CALCULATION= -$100 billion
2 executive funds are currently active, to fight ISIS and to build infrastructure. Together costing $500 billion.
CALCULATION= -$600 billion
Deficit Reduction is 10% of expenditure, which puts it at $170 billion.
CALCULATION= -$770 billion
The RLSA gives the Payroll tax to the states, which is revenue of $875 billion a year the federal gov loses.
CALCULATION= -$1.645 trillion
Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid cost $1.938 trillion a year which the federal government no longer has to pay for. So we take that out of the deficit.
CALCULATION= $500 billion
All told their is a budget surplus of $293 billion without cutting a single thing

That’s a big stack of many many moneys..... I’m guessing there’ll be a push for tax cuts, hopefully they’re not budget-busters.
