You can, as long as you mark it as recruitment, but it will be frowned upon severely (though it might not matter to you so much), and your region may be subject to retaliatory telegrams.

There is no "IC" in moderation. Several people have used IC and OOC tags in this thread, it's entirely redundant...

Actually, I don't think a GHR is what you should do for this, they say "This form is not for general inquiries or questions."

Anyways, the mods should be happy but annoyed with you Jocospor - you find legal loopholes that the mods can either patch up or leave in the open. So long as you're not spamming the exploitation, although there will be people that will need blood pressure medication now.

If you're promoting or fighting against a WA resolution, you need to tag as Campaign. If there's any doubt, tag as Recruitment since you can't apply two tags. That's the one that's blocked the most.

This. Jocospor, kindly stop trying to find ways around recruitment tag blocks. It's not clever. It's not endearing. It's spam, and it's irritating. I and many others have recruitment telegrams blocked for a reason, and your need to constantly send out "news" about your region to people not in it is beginning to resemble Enadia's near-constant mass-TGs when I was (briefly) a member of that region.

Thanks for the clarification there Fris, but on the above I think you've grossly mischaracterised our operations. No one can reasonably consider what we do as spam. A telegram every two months and a telegram twice daily are two very different things. I don't necessarily know if it's healthy for a mod to make such sweeping statements. I agree in that people might not like what we do and how we do it, but we do get results through this way, and the way I've played NS is just largely unprecedented. As/if more people emulate what the Confederation has started, I'm sure hostilities will die down. Trends come and go, after all. Thanks again for the clarification

Thanks for the clarification, you've answered the confusion I had. One of the mods (I forget who) said that tag:wa wasn't intended for recruitment, which set off alarm bells.
