Katanda, central Africa
60,000 BCE

One man trudged on the grass, while blood oozed from his right forearm. He clenched his teeth as air flew quickly in and out of his nose. In the middle of his right forearm were torn flesh and skin, with the wound no larger than what could be created with a decent bite. The pain from an animal attack still stung with an unforgiving repetition, though the man didn't understand what still happened. The attacking creature was surely untamed, yet it bore the appearance of his relatives and his friends. It looked human, yet it hunted and crawled as if it were savage.

The man stumbles onto a hill, his eyes locked onto a few other people already on top. A few individual grabbed hold of him, helping him step on the sloped ground of grass and dirt. While walking upwards, the man could not help but notice that his other people looked nervous. Their hands were already occupied, filled with sticks or rocks, either unpolished or sharpened. They glared below the hill, as though they were wary of an impending beast. As someone shoved a rock into the man's hand, once he took a glance at the bottom of the hill, he realized what was happening.

There were at least a dozen people - creatures, rather - stumbling towards them. All of them had horrible skin, shriveled and coated by sickly dried blood. The creatures let out ghastly moans, audible to the frightened, armed humans on top of the hill. They sure looked like the creature that attacked the man earlier. Another yell blasted through the air. It was another man, his left arm up in the air and his left hand grabbing a jagged piece of rock.

Without much thought, the tribe charged.

The humans thrashed away at the monsters. Some pushed or forced the creatures away. Others smashed away at them with whatever weapons they had. The creatures lunged forward, hoping to get a few bites and scratches of their own. Furious cries, screams of agony, and deathly groans rumbled across the world. In time, blood scattered across the perfectly-green surface of the ground. The bodies of both humans and monsters littered the grassy field beneath the hill. Any creatures hoping to grab a meaty snack were instead bashed by the tribe - or what remained of it.

All the cannibals laid on the ground, with no hopes of coming back to life again. As the tribe kept on watch for any more of the creatures, it could at least claim victory for itself. Many family members, friends, and relatives perished to the monsters. The surviving individuals, however, stood as a testament to the superiority of the humans. But the virus responsible for the creatures remained - for more than 60,000 years...

Chongqing, People's Republic of China
December 1, 2019

It was supposed to be a simple checkup for Kwang Jingshu. As a doctor with the People's Liberation Army, Doctor Kwang expected no more than a routine inspection in Chongqing. His patient? A little boy, described as frail and "cursed," and supposedly out with his father to visit the Yangtze River.

Instead, Doctor Kwang and his colleague bore witness to a minuscule devil and an atmosphere of fear. Even the strongest or most muscular of his assistants feared the boy - or the monster. The doctor also inspected anyone that the patient had attacked, scanning the bitten flesh and scratches of several assistants closely. Without much thought, Doctor Kwang knew this was beyond the illnesses he diagnosed and treated.

He left the room and called for a lockdown, while his colleague tended a grey-skinned creature (already tied down) trying to bite at him. Soon he watched as several Z-18 helicopters approached the compound, a swift response to an emergency lockdown. Multiple personnel in HAZMAT suits began to emerge from the helicopters. However, just before the patient was to be quarantined for the National Health Commission, Doctor Kwang moved back into the room to check the boy again.

The doctor was shocked at the boy, now silent and tranquil. His head was nowhere to be found, and his chest and stomach were sliced open with linear precision. A cavity laid inside the corpse, resulting from some removal of the internal organs. Doctor Kwang's colleague and the other assistants were nowhere to be found as well.

Though there seemed to be new fresh blood splattered in the room.

Rabies Strikes British Columbia

An unexpected rabies outbreak has struck the southwest of British Columbia, with three people reportedly being infected. While unusually unseasonable, especially in Canada, rabies has been seen in the southern parts in the US border provinces, mostly in Ontario.

While not expected to spread from the isolated town, government officials still do warn about nearing possible infected. Symptoms include foaming at the mouth, hydrophobia (fear of water), aggression, and finally death. Rabies is spread through infected animals, primarily mammals, such as bats and canines. Remember to stay away from possible infected areas and report any infection to your local authorities. Remember to also vaccinate your children and yourself for rabies, to not just protect yourself, but also your family and your community.

The Kremlin
Moscow, Russian Federation
December 3rd, 2019

The economy of the Russian Federation has been stable for the past few months. Tensions with NATO countries have cooled down. While president Vladimir Putin is watching some news after a hard day's work of running his nation, some odd news catches him off guard.

RT News Broadcast
This is RT news from Moscow with some breaking news. Violent attacks have been reported at Vnukovo International Airport. Eyewitness reports appear to match symptoms of the rabies virus. Police have been despatched to the airport in an attempt to begin quarantine measures. This is only a day after similar attacks were reported in Canada. The Ministry of Health and President Vladimir Putin are yet to speak out about the incident. However, the State Duma has announced an emergency meeting to discuss courses of action to deal with this rabies outbreak. In other news, Moscow's Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has reported missing. He was last seen at his home unconscious just last night, and has appeared to have left. A 30,000 Ruble bounty has been announced for the first to report his whereabouts to police.

United Kingdom, London

In London, things were going on as usual - people walked the streets, headed to work in the commercial district or private sector. The city itself seemed untouched, although there was a hint that things weren't all well. Namely the United Kingdom was still in the middle of sorting out Brexit - one handed to them by Prime Minister Johnson. Sadly, with the controversial figure in power and Parliament as divided as it was - the deadline for it had been reached and No-Deal Brexit had been sorted out.

Even now, months later the situation in Britain was less than ideal - many had lost their jobs, a few lost their homes and returned to their native countries, a lot of people were angry at parliament in-general and public trust was at it's lowest - not helped by the string of several politicians being egged or worse, as one Member of Parliament had been almost run over and hospitalized. Still Boris Johnson kept up his usual rhetoric, calling up the European Union on their 'less than ideal treatment of the people of Britain' - this itself was mixed with his usual tough-man stance. Most importantly he was raving against the flow of illegal migrants and other illegals that were making London and other parts of the country unlivable to ordinary locals.

The recent attack in Germany, by a man claimed to have bitten someone and had been reported of being from the Middle East was a small example blown-up by the populist PM - whom didn't waste time raving against Chancellor Merkel and her ways of alienating ordinary Germans in favor of migrants, whom had no desire to assimilate or accept their new home. Still, the predictions for the United Kingdom had been low yet not unavoidable. The markets were in turmoil, the economy experiencing a slight hiccup and the Channel Tunnel being filled with trucks and cars, awaiting to be processed. Still Boris Johnson promised to tackle things with a firm and straight hand - even though many newspapers and social media sites were reporting the limited damage of Brexit on the good workmanship of Jeremy Hunt. All in all, things continued on among the English.

Several years Later

The room the interview was conducted was rather simple - a familiar reminder of a world once that existed and many could have experienced. Now, it was a luxury that was slowly being recovered, yet one that many lacked. Considering the place had a couch, a coffee machine - granted an old model, and also with research papers and other notes all across the place.

The woman, looked less like the researcher and more like some survivalist pulled off an island after spending years on it. In some ways, it happened and to many people - some had managed to regain themselves after this survival, others not. Vera Martinez gently lit the cigarette - slightly groaning at the bad taste, the new cigarettes produced were foul and barely gave the buzz at all. But it helped to calm her nerves, for old memories to emerge.

"That December. I remember it too much like usual. Florida. It looked so peaceful then, Christmas coming, shopping to be done. How much was hidden from us then? How many had been infected and walking the streets already before we noticed what had happened," she muttered, her eyes staring off into the distance - as she recalled events, so many years ago yet sometimes felt like yesterday.

"We can stop if you wish..." said the man, an average one, whom had a recorder on the table and a notepad in hand - the only notion of his identity being his lastname; Brooks.

"No. Just takes a bit of time," replied Vera. "Nobody expected this. I know you're thinking. Why didn't the internet see this? The media? Or the government? Or us? You have to understand. People are people. We like normality, we hate anything that ruins such a moment. A crisis, a war. We sure like to talk about it - but I swear any politician would shit themselves if they heard war was coming to our shores. And...a war it was..."

"The internet back then was grinding out shit that even Geroge Martin couldn't imagine. If you'd read some of these 'conspiracy and truth sites' you'd imagine we'd be getting hit by meteors, flying dinosaurs and aliens every day. The news was barely trusted at all - left or right; both saw it as lies or 'false news'. You'd have someone attack the other, and people focused more on who they were, what they wore, who they liked to fuck, or what skin color they were. Nobody asked why? Why did they attack..."

"The government? Hah," she laughed. "You saw whom was in charge back then? The people would've likely believed President Trump was an alien-communist-fascist-traitor before the idea that cadavers were eating people. Plus, the whole country was on the brink all the time. Antifa, Proud Boys, parades for every ideology imaginable and everyone hating the cops. What did you expect? The fact everybody had a gun was even worse. Couldn't tell friend from foe...not before it was too late..."

"I remember that day. We were called out. Someone got bit on the hand. Didn't seem that strange. People get bit all the time: fleas, rats, snakes. I know that look. Not, people? Of course they will bite. You get a guy jacked up on drugs - he can take a shotgun to the chest and still pound you down. In my life as a paramedic, I have seen plenty of weird stuff. Plus, this was Florida - weird stuff happened all the time," she continued. "We arrived at his place. His wife had called. Guy got bit by some homeless man. We didn't think much. He was lucid, not mad. Wound was a bit festering. But what you expect? The human mouth has plenty of germs. The skin was broken and bad. I assumed, the typical - nothing super serious; he had fixed it himself yesterday with some antiseptic and bandaged it up. Called it in, got the guy on board and brought him to the hospital. Nothing strange or wrong happened to him. He got sweating on the way there. I assumed sepsis at worst - had seen such symptoms before, in some barfights. Got an IV in him, readings were normal. Nothing told me, that this guy - this regular middle-aged postal worker, was gonna be starting..."

Vera didn't look at the interviewer - almost feeling ashamed at that memory. "Can we take a moment...I need to gather my thoughts..." she spoke, the cigarette in her hands forgotten.

Welcome to Radio Free Earth! You can count on us to deliver 24-hour news from across the world, as well as information to make your world go round. Here are some of the top entries for this week.

Rabies Makes A Comeback in Canada and Russia

Canada and Russia are recently alarmed by an unusual return of rabies. On December 2, three people in Vancouver are reported to have been infected with rabies. Just a day later, law enforcement forces rush to contain an attack in Vnukovo International Airport, south of the Russian capital. It is believed that the attacker or attackers have also come down with rabies. The State Duma in Russia is preparing to discuss a response to the recent rabies outbreak. It is expected that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Russian President Vladimir Putin will address the rabies incident in their respective countries.

Attack in Munich Leaves Many Without Ease

The residents of Munich are in shock today following a terrorist attack in the city. Witnesses described the attacker as a man of Middle Eastern origins who attempted to bite at other residents. It is confirmed that at least one person has been bitten and injured in the attack. The man is believed to be apprehended by the Federal Police and the victim is currently receiving medical treatment. While German officials such as Chancellor Angela Merkel have yet to comment on the incident, other leaders such as the UK's Boris Johnson have taken the opportunity to criticize the German refugee policy.

China Asserts Dominance in East and Southeast Asia

Following a show of force from other countries, such as the passage of US Navy ships through the Taiwan Strait, China has taken extraordinary steps to project its power in the region. After entering service, the new Type 001A aircraft carrier has passed through the Taiwan Strait on December 3. This has prompted a vigorous response from the Taiwanese government. Chinese President Xi Jinping has affirmed that only one China can exist and that the PRC has the rightful claim to nearby disputed territories. China has also warned other countries such as Vietnam to not interfere in Chinese claims and activities.

United Kingdom, London

BBC NEWS - NEW APPROACH

Prime Minister Boris Johnson, soon appeared in interview with BBC - discussing his future ideals for the British people, with Europe and the EU itself dealing with the aftermath of Hard Brexit - Johnson has taken a new approach that he has hope would help revitalize the slowing British economy. Namely he addressed the public with his idea on re-approachment with China and establish new relationships with the growing Asian Giant.

"It is my belief, that Britain should look towards the ways that always kept it great. When the British Empire ruled, we didn't achieve greatness by focusing our issues on troubles happening in Europe. We did things our way, as Europe bled among themselves - we carved out an Empire larger than the Mongols or the Tsars of Russia. I don't mean that we should start repeating old imperial ideals. I mean to say - we should start focusing less on what happens in Europe and more on the World itself. What has Europe ever gotten us? Two wars and a commitment that left us playing second-fiddle to the Germans..."

"If Winston Churchill saw us now, I am sure he would have let the Empire sunk centuries ago. In that light, I am eager to seeking deeper relationships with the People' Republic of China."

The interviewer already asked the Prime Minister about the details of Chinese expansionism and lack of human rights as always. "Expansionism? Since when was doing business a crime? We British did that all the time. America is still doing it, except their method is through by the gun. The United Kingdom can't remain playing fiddle again. We didn't become an Empire, because we solved the issues of Europe. We ignored them. We let them be. We should do that again. China is subject to becoming the next global power. One would say, making friends now rather later can pay off. Our history with them haven't always been sunshine and daisies. But Britain has much to offer, China has much more to offer to us in return. Huawei was already set to build up 5G in London. Why didn't we accept? Cause the Americans, said no? Excuse me? Who is Queen here? Is it Trump or Elizabeth? Britain should be allowed to make what it wants - without someone telling us otherwise."

This recent interview received mixed statements from both politicians and public figures alike - as many criticized Boris on the idea of making friends with Xi Jinping, others accusing him of trying to mimic the 'Chinese populist' and other statements pertaining to his lack of a moral compass. Granted some responses were positive - approving of Boris' choice of establishing new independent relationships free of EU or US interference, increased business hope between London and Being. In that regard, Boris had stated - his hope is mostly economical and one do strengthen the position of the British Isles. In that regard, the Prime Minister has released the Royal United Services Institute report to the public - which points out to 'flaws' yet not any outright spyware inside the telecommunication company software or hardware. Thus, Boris has reached out to China in having Huawei resume in building the 5G Network in England - while also urging Canda in releasing Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou - going so far as demanding the Governor General of Canada hand her a 'royal pardon' and 'being puppets of Trump'.

"Thank you for showing up, everybody."

Prime Minister Trudeau addressed members of the press, with cameras snapping his picture left and right.

"Prime Minister Trudeau, is it true that the influx of rabies in British Columbia is from a black market trade?"

The Prime Minister stiffened.

"There is no evidence that the recent outbreak is from any type of black market trade." Trudeau straightened his tie, cleared his throat, and pointed his finger. "You there, in the yellow."

"Jack Nicholson, CBC News."
"Good evening, Jack."

"Good evening, Prime Minister. Is it true that more and more people are being infected with rabies within British Columbia, and that it has spread to Vancouver?"

"There is no evidence to show that it has spread to Vancouver, but it is true that more people have been infected. For now, though, the current outbreak has been contained." He pointed again, to the back. "You there, with the brown fedora."

"Hila Brown, CTV 2."
"Hello, Hila."

"Hello, uh... is it true that the current infected in the hospital have died?"

"Yes. This is sadly true, but the 3 people who have been infected in Cumberland have died."

A man shot up his hand. "Mr. Trudeau! Please!"

"Yes? What was your question?"

"How do you respond to Prime Minister Johnson demanding Canada to release Meng Wanzhou, Huawei CFO, and calling us 'puppets of Trump'?"

"I have this to say. We are puppets of nobody, and we are no longer a Dominion. We are a sovereign nation, and if Johnson violates that common trust, then we do have the foremost powers on our side. That'll be all for now."

"Mister Trudeau! Mister Trudeau, please! One more question!" The people in the audience called out, but Trudeau retreated backstage. "What happened?"

"Sir... it seems to be that the 3 people have only gone into a coma."
"A coma? Really?"
"Yes, and they've come back, much more violently. Two of them had to have been put down, and one is still in a coma."
"I thought they had no vitals."
"They didn't, but it must've been something in this new strain of Rabies. Here, we'll talk about it more on the plane..."

RT News Coverage of President Vladimir Putin's Press Conference regarding the rabies outbreak and the disappearance of Moscow's Mayor.
December 8th, 2019
.

Journalist: Has the quarantine of Ynukovo International Airport been successful?
Putin: Yes. I would like to thank the first responders, police and medical staff who arrived on the scene. Without these brave people, many more lives would have been lost.

Journalist: Are the whereabouts of Mayor Sergey Sobyanin known at this time?
Putin: He was found after reports of attempted breakings and enterings in one of the Moscow suburbs. He was found to have the rabies that was found at Ynukovo International Airport. He has been detained by police, although several hours later, he was found dead. No reports of injuries from him have been received. A new mayor will be appointed in the next 2-3 days.

Journalist: Do we know where the rabies came from?
Putin: First responders found that one of the rabies victims had a People's Republic of China passport. His name was Dr. Lu Yao Wang. Police officers discovered that he landed at Ynukovo from an airport in Chonqing in China. We also discovered that he had several human organs in his luggage, suggesting that this was the source of the rabies. All flights to and from Chonqing have been cancelled. All flights from China as well as British Columbia in Canada will undergo testing for rabies. Any planes containing even one rabies case will be quarantined.

Journalist: When will the airport reopen?
Putin: The company that owns the airport says that Ynukovo will reopen in a month. This press conference is officially over.

Munich, Germany
Jack Roiter

One day after Munich terrorist attack
Jack Roiter stacked up closest to the door, Hessner behind him, Nickolson and Smith on the other side. Breaching charge was set and team two was ready on the windows the repel into the building. After the suspected terrorist attack Munich was in a frenzy and the police were looking for answers, the apartment about to be raided was the suspected terrorist headquarters. Hessner tapped Roiter on the shoulder, Jack clicked the safety off on his M870 and made ready to be the first one in.
''3. 2. 1.''

The charge went off and the door was blown wide open and led into a dark hallway, Roiter pushed in switching on his tactical light attached to the barrel of his weapon.

''Police! get on the ground!'' He shouted in Deutsche while scanning the room, it was empty except for a knocked over table, burned out TV, and sprays of blood across the walls. A second later he heard windows shatter and more calls from swat team members. Nickolson and Smith went down a side hallway. The room was colored red and smelled like something was rotting all around him, Roiter turned a corner and saw why, a dead body ripped open at the stomach and completely pale from blood loss. A trail of fresh blood led to an open door with light pouring out illuminating the dark hallway, Jack approached the door and saw reflected in a mirror a man of pale brown skin, foaming at the mouth and covered in blood but his eyes were what got Jack's attention. They were almost dead and glazed over and above them a a deep gash covered stretched out across his forehead.

''Come out now!'' He yelled at the man. Slowly he turned and stumbled out the door and started walking towards Roiter.
''Stop and get on the ground now!'' the man kept walking towards him ''Final warning I will shoot you!'' still he pressed on and Jack fired. Twelve gauge buckshot flew from the barrel in a brilliant flash and embedded itself in the mans chest knocking him to the ground and putting a hole straight through his chest.
''Control, one target down another dead on the ground before we arrived request...'' He stopped talking mid sentence as the man he just put a hole the size of a base ball in started getting back up. He pumped the shotgun pushing another round into the chamber. '' Stay down.'' He ordered the man. He got to his feet and started shambling towards Roiter. He fired again this time taking the mans left arm off in a spray of red mist, still he kept coming.

''What the fuck are you?'' He screamed at the blood drenched freak. He fired one more round, this took a chunk straight out of the creatures head and he dropped but this time didn't get back up.

''Get the hell off me!'' Jack heard from behind him and turned to see Hessner engaged in hand to hand combat with the man that was previously lying on the ground ripped open.. Jack charged and shoulder bashed the man to the ground knocking him onto the table and slamming his head into the TV which sent a shard of metal into the man's head.

''What happened?'' Roiter asked.

''I pushed up behind you and took position in this room when that guy got up and bit me.'' Hessner responded and showed his leg with a bite mark that went through his combat pants. It wasn't deep but was definitely not sanitary.

''Get it checked out by the medics but it doesn't look like much'' Roiter ordered him and went down the hallway past the room the man had come out of checking it for anyone else. In the other room there was broken glass and furniture all around the floor. Three fellow GSG 9 operators crowded around two bodies both with shots through their heads, another looked at another operator's wound on his shoulder, same as Hessner, a bite mark.

'' What happened here?'' Roiter asked

''We broke in through the windows and these two just stared us down, didn't respond to calls or anything. Traust attempted to move closer to make an arrest and they bit him in the shoulder, how weird is that? After that we fired but they only went down with head shots.'' One operator responded.

''Same thing with my team except one of them was ripped open, organs all over the ground but still he got back up and even bit Hessner.''

''Send your guy in well have Corser take a look at him. What could have made people like this?'' asked the operator.

''We might have a new super drug in the hands of terrorists, lets hope it doesn't get any worse.''

Arthur Wilhelm
December 9, 2019
London, England - UK

Arthur stood by the door as his sister locked up the Café. The air was cool as people walked down the streets, each wrapped up in warm clothing as winter approached. He held his own coat around him as he let his thoughts wander.

"Arthur? You alright?" Sophia's voice caught him, his sister looking at him curiously.

"Hm? Oh, I'm alright, just thinking about the coming winter. Did you need something?"

Sophia began to walk down the street as she spoke, "I asked if you'd been paying attention to the news. About Minister Johnson?"

"Oh, yes. I don't know how I feel about it. It seems fairly insulting of him to question the Queen's rule over her people, and I wouldn't say it's a great idea to start antagonizing the Americans. But I'm no politician, so these matters are beyond me."

"Well, I was curious about what you thought about the Chinese. If it's true that they are on a rise to power, and with this whole Brexit ordeal, he might be right to think about befriending China for the foreseeable future."

Arthur nodded in acknowledgement, but made no comment. They got on the train and made the short ride over to their station, then got off and walked over to his sister's apartment.

Arthur opened the door for his sister and they both stepped inside, the door closing behind them. They both shed their coats and hung them by the door before they both went into the kitchen.

Sophia went over to the stove and set a kettle to boil some water for tea. "Will you be staying for Christmas dinner this year, Arth?"

"I… I don't know, Sophia."

"Seriously, Arthur? You can't keep avoiding Mum and Dad, y'know. I'll let it slide that you just got out of service the Christmas before last, but they were really disappointed when you didn't show up last year. I was disappointed."

"I know, Soph. I just…" He was at a loss of words, conflicted at what to say.

The steam of the kettle rang out high in the air and Sophia quickly removed the kettle from the stove. They each let the silence hang between them for a moment as they thought.

"I just need time to think, Sophia. I don't know if I'm ready to face them, but I promise I will soon."

She sighed. "Fine. Whatever. Do you want your usual cuppa?"

He smiled at her. "Sure. And thank you."

The Kingdom of Spain

Yet again a minister had been killed, a building destroyed and another day dragged by in Madrid. From his small table just outside the El Lazzarillo café Filipe could see the slow decline of Spanish society in all it's miserable glory, along the walls socialist rhetoric had been scrawled yet just the street across the black flag of the Falangists flew proudly. Ever since the uprising it had been street upon street, neighbour upon neighbour, brother upon brother and just to think that the year prior Filipe had thought the whole Catalonian debacle was going to blow over. He chuckled to himself as he sipped on his coffee, he had lived in the country for his whole life and not once had he felt the urge to move or visit another nation, even when fascism was thrown off Spain and some massacre was occurring every year he hadn't the slightest worry that his life or his nation was in any danger yet back in those days he didn't think that 1936 was going to commence again.

A little further down the street a gang of rowdy looking youths armed with knives and even one or two with what appeared to be revolvers were marching about barking at people. They all had a black and red badge proudly displayed on the front of their black shirts, so these lot must of been Falangists then not that they actually understood what Falangist meant or the concepts behind it all they knew was that Spain had gone to shit and that some man on the internet was telling them to wear a certain uniform and shout a certain line and to kill certain people. If only the damn king would speak up but no those bastards in the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party kept him silenced and locked away saying only what the wanted him to.

Filipe did not consider himself a particularly political man yet he would take the Falangists over the damnable socialists in a heart beat, at least the fascists had some manner of respect for their God and their King, the socialists sought only to tear down all that made Spain what it is and then raise up a morally corrupt and despicable state in it's place. Rather abruptly a cry came out from the street, Filipe looked out from his coffee and saw that some crazy looking crackhead had somehow managed to bite one of the ruffians and was now getting thoroughly beaten down. Filipe let out yet another bitter chuckle at this point really how much worse could it get?

Krystyn Warecki
December 9 2019

While he was eating breakfast the news reported about strange cases of rabies all around the world Krystyn commented something, but, the job called, Krystyn finished eating breakfast and got dressed up in his uniform before driving to his station. As hours pass by nothing was coming, it seemed like another day that nothing was happening, Krystyn was near a coffee dispenser holding a cup of it. He asked a colleague of his

"Have you heard about those rabies"

"Yeah, wierd, I know"

"What about this terrorist attack in Munich"

"Was it confirmed that the attacker had ties with terrorist groups?"

"No, no, I don't think"

"So, he was just some random psycho, probably nothing to worry about"

Krystyn took a sip as his colleague named Bartosz commented further

"You know the media, anyway, you've heard about this incident on Russias airport"

"Yeah, pretty much"

"Why the f*ck would a organ smuggler attack anyone, the types like him are who would stay quiet than attack"

"Well, who knows, maybe he was just a distraction?"

"Funny"

"Yeah"

Their conversation was cut short after another officer came into the cafeteria

"Quick, there is an attack on Chopin Airport, we're the closest station"

Krystyn and Bartosz rushed towards armory, an attack was a serious deal, they got a bulletproof vest and a pistol, as well as a taser, pepper spray, batons and finally handcuffs, they then got into a vehicle that drove towards the airport, the attack happened near the place where you got your luggage from, it was a flight from Amsterdam, but Amsterdam is a big transit airport, the destination that the plane arrived from in Amsterdam was somewhere in China. Krystyn and another five policemen rushed into the airport as people inside panicked, about two policemen began redirecting the crowd as three men and Krystyn got sight on the attacker.

He was biting someone, what the hell, leader of the squad said to him

"Leave that person and rise with your hands up"

The figure did rise up but walked towards them

"Raise your hands"

The man did not respond and only kept walking, the leader gave a signal and someone fired off a taser, the taser hit but figure seemed to be unaffected, one after one the policeman fired of their tasers to no effect. And the figure managed to get very near.

"Apprehend him"

As soon as two policemen moved to apprehend the attacker, the man bit into the shoulder of one of the policeman, fortunately, the vest protected him and the second policeman managed to put handcuffs, two policemen managed to finally apprehend him and the attacker was cuffed, but, he was still trying to attack, the victim was secured and was already transported towards the ambulance. Eventually, everyone was secure and the attacker transported into a temporary holding cell. After the action, Krystyn got to go to the home faster than usual, of course, the news was already on the case.

Xinhua News Agency - XinhuaNet

President Xi Jinping warns Japan: "China will not be subverted"

BEIJING, December 10 (Xinhua) -- China has responded strongly to recent aggressive moves from Japan regarding the Diaoyu islands.

Prime Minister Abe had recently ordered the deployment of a carrier group to the Diaoyu Islands, with the Japanese Self-Defense Forces describing the deployment as part of a larger operation. President Xi Jinping has condemned the move as a "violation of Chinese sovereignty."

"Prime Minister Abe and his government must be aware that China will not be subverted," President Xi asserts. "Should the vessels of the JSDF be deployed to Diaoyu Dao and their affiliated islands, there will be severe retaliation from our country."

It is confirmed that a small carrier group, led by the Type 001 carrier Liaoning, will be deployed to the Diaoyu islands to protect Chinese territory and deter further Japanese actions.

National Health Commission addresses concerns about rabies

BEIJING, December 10 (Xinhua) -- In light of unusual appearances of rabies in several countries, including China, the National Health Commission is taking precautions to prevent the spread of rabies.

Ma Xiaowei, the Minister for the National Health Commission, has discussed questions and uncertainties related to the rabies virus. Notably, the minister has rejected claims that China is to blame as the source of unusual series of cases elsewhere.

"We have reviewed the facts and evidence," said Minister Ma. "China is not alone in addressing these cases [of rabies]. We have the capacity to contain and thoroughly investigate any incidents involving the virus. It must be stressed, however: the claim that the rabies incidents originated from recent developments in China is unsubstantiated."

China has also acknowledged additional screening requirements implemented in Russia. Over the past week, several countries have noted outbreaks of their own, particularly Canada and Russia.

UK Prime Minister Johnson open to friendly ties with China

LONDON, December 10 (Xinhua) -- The UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has expressed his interests in enriching mutual relationships with China.

"China is subject to becoming the next global power," Prime Minister Johnson stated in an interview with BBC. "One would say, making friends now rather later can pay off. Our history with them haven't always been sunshine and daisies. But Britain has much to offer, China has much more to offer to us in return."

Among other subjects, the Prime Minister is receptive of Huawei's potential projects in the United Kingdom and has called upon Canada to release Meng Wanzhou, Huawei's Chief Financial Officer.

Foreign Minister Wang Yi has applauded Prime Minister Johnson's intentions, saying, "We look forward to developing a friendly, fruitful, and long-lasting relationship with the United Kingdom."

President Xi has invited the United Kingdom to several mutual ventures, including greater participation in the Chinese-led Belt and Road Initiative.

Operation Ribatipasu | Japanese Freedom of Navigation Operation
Senkaku Islands

As the waves clashed with the shores of the Senkaku Islands, a large formation of ships began to appear from the horizon- Escort Flotilla One and Two of the Self Defense Maritime Force. A large helicopter carrier, the JNS Izumo stood out from the rest of the ships. But this time, it was different. For the first time in it's history, VTOL-capable F-35's- were deployed by the Japanese which were stationed on the Izumo itself. However beyond the Japanese fleet lies a bigger threat there on the opposite side of the metal maritime vehicles are what seems to be a another fleet however this fleet had markings that of a red star with Chinese characters. It was the Chinese carrier Liaoning. A carrier larger than Izumo itself, it projected strength and power over the Japanese fleet. Despite this, the Japanese were undaunted, in a show of force, the Japanese flew three F-35B's in a dance of jets, showing off, it flew over the Chinese fleet. As a response, the Chinese began to deploy their naval fighters to chase the F-35B's.

Admiral Tsuda Horiuchi stood on the deck of the Izumo gazing at the chase. The jets flew past him, and landed vertically on the deck of the Izumo. The Chinese jets flew past too and with extreme speed they turned around going back to their fleet. The standoff continued for the rest of the day, with Japanese vessels sailing close to the fleet and then turning back with Chinese vessels chasing them. It was a game of cat and mouse, with both fleets sending ships going back and forth to their lines. At dusk, the Japanese set up large speakers on the deck of the Izumo and taunted the Chinese with Japanese Pop songs and mockingly playing the Star Wars' Imperial March.

JAPAN RESTRICTS CHINESE TRAVEL, ORDERS REPATRIATION FOR JAPANESE CITIZENS AND ISSUES TRADE EMBARGO AS NAVAL STANDOFF CONTINUES

Japan has also issued a repatriation order for all Japanese citizens. Government spokesperson Mizusawa Nobuhiko issued a stern warning to China saying that "If China continues to block the JSDF from conducting the Freedom of Navigation Operation around the Senkaku Islands, they will order all diplomats to go home from Beijing."

Statement of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe

For years, Japan has been reluctant to deal with Chinese incursions on our territorial waters and sovereignty. But we say- no more. We are raising concern of the Chinese' aggressive expansion through their deceptive belt-and-road debt trap. The recent Chinese violations on the sovereignty of Japan and its allies have prompted us to respond with a heavy hand. My allies in government has convinced me to take drastic efforts to curb China's encroaching influence over the innocent and powerless states in the South China Sea. As such, I have ordered all travel between our two countries to stop and have issued a trade embargo on China. We will only lift these sanctions if the People's Republic of China engages in trilateral talks between Japan and the United States of America. We will not stand down until China acquiesce to talks with us and if they agree to curb their aggressive expansionism in Africa and Eastern Europe. I call upon the nations of the free world to stand with Japan and stand together against the Chinese' efforts to overwhelm the nations around it. The Freedom of Navigation Operations will continue for three months, the JNS Izumo will be joined by JNS Kaga- another Izumo class Helicopter Destroyer in a couple of weeks.

Black Tuesday

BBC NEWS - NORTH KOREA

For those living in 2019, the events that followed would signal to the world that the upcoming Christmas and New Year's Eve for 2020 would come with a bang instead of a celebration. What would called 'Black Tuesday' would happen in a way that nobody expected. As the Korean Central News Agency - was once more broadcasting a speech by Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un - whom was giving a speech on the upcoming meeting between him and President Donald Trump on the progress that the two statesmen had made in lifting some of the sanctions and providing aid to North Korea in exchange for gradual and proven steps to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula. While many in America were calling out this as another 'take and forget' method used by Kim Jong-un in the past - a few other and more educated personnel were stating the otherwise, as agents from the United Nations had confirmed actual material being disarmed and made inert.

Although, these movements would have the opposite effects as many experts would soon realize - as barely two minutes into the speech, a shocking turn of events would happen. As namely, without warning Kim Jong-un was shot on state television - as the camera itself fell upon a General, holding a handgun and screaming 'Death to the Traitor of the Revolution' - before absolute pandemonium was unleashed and the sound of gunfire itself was heard inside the Supreme People's Assembly; before the feed was cut.

Two minutes that had made the entire world stop for a moment, the previous rumors and stories about an outbreak of rabies quickly being replaced by the news of what had happened in North Korea - as thousands of people were asking if the video was a fake, if the leader of North Korea had actually been shot or killed, what would happen next and much more. As things were - the International Community didn't have to wait long, as just two hours later - the first tanks were rolling out, helicopters were in the skies and soldiers were marched out in full combat uniform and loaded with lethal ammunition. As the Korean Peninsula was suddenly engulfed in flames, three artillery shells already falling upon Seoul, shots fired near the North Korean - Chinese Border, while satellites from orbit and spy planes in the skies would witness Pyongyang on fire - signaling the start of the North Korean Civil War.

Fox News Live Report

President Donald Trump walks up to the podium to speak to reporters in the Rose Garden, "I'm here tell you about the crisis in East Asia and the growing relationship between our ally the UK and China. First I will speak about what is happening in East Asia. As you heard, Japan is sending a carrier group to the Diaoyu Islands or as it is known in Japan the Senkaku Islands. Today my administration has made the decision to recognize Japan's claim on the islands as such we will be send 3 carrier groups to the East China Sea. To President Xi, I'm sending you this warning, any attack on Japanese or American military forces will be considered an act of war. All American Armed Forces have received orders that they can only fire if fired apon. I call on Prime Minister Abe to give the same order to his military forces as well. On North Korea, as you have seen on tv, Kim Jong-Un has been shot but his condition is currently unknown at this time. This assassination attempt has led to what appears to be a North Korean Civil War and my administration will be keeping a close eye on the situation. Now we turn our attention to the growing Uk-China relationship. I'm appalled that one of our closest allies would do this with a nation the US government recognizes as it rival in economic and military strength. In the UN, we will be opposing China's Belt and Road Initiative at every turns and warns the British government that they will be getting any support from the United States in the UN if they decide to cozy up to China. We call Prime Minister Trudeau to not give in to the demands of handing Meng Wanzhou also ask that she be extradited to the United States on fraud charges. Thank you and good day." President Trump walks off platform and into the White House.

Three carriers, The USS Ronald Reagan, George Washington, and Gerald R. Ford, and their escorts are deployed south to support Japan's Freedom of Navigation operations and help defend the Japanese fleet in case of attack. The large fleet of ships dubbed Task Force Sirius plans to stay in international waters with radar on full blast in order watch for any Chinese warships and military aircraft. Destroyers and sub form an ASW ring around the carriers to repel any Chinese subs that could possibly be in the area.

BBC NEWS - EAST CHINA SEA, NORTH KOREA, RABIES

Once again, Boris Johnson was spotted in interview by BBC News - this time, with several topics to discuss. "...I highly doubt President Trump has the authority to recognize anything that isn't owned by the United States of America. This is like with Israel and the Golan Heights - instead of meaningful discussion, he has literally taken the bulldog to the barn and locked the door."

"Do you think his promise of war is legitimate?" asked the interviewer.

"I doubt that. Mister Trump has nothing but a big stick, and I warn him now to watch where he swinging it. Otherwise he might find himself hit with it instead. But on realistic terms, the President doesn't have the authority to call war with another sovereign nation, that power is only at the hands of Congress - seeing this I do hope both Democrats and Republicans act smart and pull back this 'overgrown colonialist' before the situation in the region is made even worse."

"Secondly. China isn't some backwater in the Middle East, they are global power, the engine of the global economy and a nuclear power as well. If Trumps thinks he can write his name in history, the only thing he will get is the title of 'dumbest President in American history'," added Boris.

"What is your opinion on North Korea?"

"A situation we should have resolved years ago. Mister Trump told us all, he had achieved a great victory here? Well? Where is it? I only see is a conflict that has the risk of destabilizing the Asian region even more than ever. North Korea has had years to develop a nuclear weapon. Even a minor one could demolish Seoul and cause catastrophic damage to the global economy. But what does Mister Trump do? He starts picking a fight with China. Right at the very moment when the International Community needs to be united and working together. Let us not forget, the danger of having these WMDs of falling into the hand rogue actors. Or the tons of military equipment that is likely being looted as we speak. That isn't even counting the millions of people likely to flee the fighting into China..."

"What might be your reply to Trump' threat against the United Kingdom?"

"Horseshit, it is. They will be cutting us support? What support? Last I checked, the United Kingdom had been playing fiddle for years now to the United States. When they went into Iraq and Afghanistan we followed after them, we shared intelligence and cooperated on many fronts. This is the thanks we get? Don't forget this. We don't need you, you need us. You're the people starting a fire in almost every continent on the world. The United Kingdom will not partake in this farce of picking fights with the largest economy of the world. Especially with North Korea in flames."

"I'd ask Mister Trump to look first to his own house and their broken healthcare system. Is this the medieval age, I ask? That we're having rabies, something that had been kept under a lid for decades now re-emerging?" he quoted. "I say, Mister Trump is just grasping at straws. He is no doubt set to lose the 2020 elections - he is trying to act like a strongman, but barking up the wrong tree I say..."

"What do you say to President Xi Jinping' offer with cooperation with the Belt and Road Initiative?"

"I accept, rather openly. I know many people will question me on the matter? Let us be honest. How many times has war, force or intimidation worked? We tried that with years in North Korea, in Iraq, in Afghanistan, Kosovo? Look at those places now. They are a mess. In my opinion, the best way to facilitate cooperation and progress is through trade."

"In that regard, we will be blocking the Americans attempt on strong-arming the United Nations against this. This a purely economic and trade matter, the United Nations has no right in this matter. Furthermore, if Mister Trump decides to go through with this - we will be filing a complaint in the World Trade Organization..." he added.

"Since when did we need a reason to make friends with the people of the world? I think, the United States should look first to it's own allies, before accusing us of playing unfairly with them. In that regard, I shall accept the request to Xi Jinping in Beijing and discuss both the Silk Road Initiative and the situation developing North Korea..."

President Trump stares at TV watching Boris Johnston is interviewed on BBC. He looks at his Secretary of State Mike Pompao and Vice president Mike Pence with a frown on his face, "He thinks the UK is running the show then he is wrong. I am only defending our East Asian ally from an aggressive neighbor. Alright next time they have crisis, they are on their own. Now this rabies thing thats starting to pop up, what do we do about it because this certainly isn't the rabies virus as I have seen it."

Mike Pompao speaks up, "Well Mr. President, Boris took everything out of context. You never said you would go to war with China. You said it would be an act of war if China attacked any American or Japanese Armed Forces."

Official Press statement from US government

US government has not nor will not ever play fiddle with United Kingdom. Prime Minister Johnson's criticism of our defence of a close US ally is uncalled for as it our right to defend our allies from an aggressive neighbor. The President never said he was going to declare war on China. He said it would be an act of war if American or Japanese Armed Forces are attacked by any Chinese armed forces. The President has ordered that all US military units will be in a defensive posture and will support Japan's Freedom of Navigation operations around the Senkaku Islands while units of the US 7th Fleet will remain in international water watching over things.

Putin's speech regarding the Senkaku Islands crisis and the civil war in North Korea.
Moscow, Russian Federation
December 13th, 2019

Putin: Good evening, everyone. On to the first order of business. The Senkaku Islands crisis. We have decided to stay out of it. These silly conflicts between the Chinese and the Japanese will only cause international tensions to heat up even more than they already have. I'm calling upon Chairman Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to end this crisis, as this will lead to nothing but war and devastation.

Now, on to the second order of business. The North Korean civil war. We do not want a civil war in a potentially nuclear armed nation. So, we are sending around 100,000 soldiers and 300 tanks to the North Korean border. We will use these to end the civil war and to stabilize the DPRK in a humanitarian aid operation. Once North Korea is pacified, a new, stable government will be created in the area.

Welcome to Radio Free Earth! You can count on us to deliver 24-hour news from across the world, as well as information to make your world go round. Here are some of the top entries for this week.

BREAKING: North Korea in apparent civil war

Open rebellion grips North Korea as a stunned world watches on. Kim Jong-un was shot during a speech and the Supreme People's Assembly descended into chaos. Just hours after the incident, it became apparent that North Korea has fallen into a civil war. It is reported that Pyongyang is in flames, with any leadership uncertain at the moment. In response, South Korean president Moon Jae-in has put his country on maximum alert, and the WATCHCON level has been raised to level 1. Meanwhile, Russia has deployed a force of over 100,000 soldiers to its border with North Korea, and UN Secertary-General António Guterres has called for restraint from all sides.

China and Japan in Senkaku/Diaoyu Islands standoff

China and Japan are trying to solidify their claim to the Senkaku/Diaoyu islands. Japan had announced a Freedom of Navigation Operation, deploying a carrier group led by the JS Izumo to the Senkaku islands. In response, China also deployed its own carrier group - led by the Liaoning - to the islands, where both the Chinese and Japanese fleets are taunting each other. The United States is supporting Japan's operation, and it is expected that the carriers USS Ronald Reagan, USS George Washington and USS Gerald R. Ford will be part of the fleet deployed by the US Navy.

French Govt. reaction to ongoing issues around the world. Korean Civil war, conflict between China and Japan, recent rabies outbreak and raid in Munich.

Recent events around the world have caught the attention of french prime minister Edouard Philippe and several other heads of government. Not least among these is the recently started Korean civil war beginning with the apparent assassination or at least attempt of Korean dictator Kim Jong-un. Just a few hours after the attempt on live TV the Korean military was attacking itself in several major cities around the country as well as action on the Korean-Chinese border, satellites have already confirmed full military action throughout the country. In addition to this it appears Russia is making ready to secure their borders against possible attack and has even threatened a possible invasion to ''end the civil war and to stabilize the DPRK'' what this could mean for the rest of the world in unclear but it appears world war three could be just around the corner. The French government has released a statement earlier today about the rising threat to world peace.
''The situation unfolding is one of extreme importance and interest in all areas of the world. The threat of war including possible nuclear conflict from North Korea's nuclear program if it should fall into unfavorable hands, we do not know the full story yet and as such we have decided to take no action but remain on full alert status in military installations in the area as well as preparing for any possible outcomes at home.'' Stated President Emmanuel Macron.

In other news there has been conflict between China and Japan in the East China Sea. A naval standoff between Chinese and Japanese fleets including aircraft carriers and their escort fleets, the standoff began with the fleets showing off their fighter craft in aerial chases. The show started with Japanese pilots showing off their fighters and skills even flying over the Chinese ships, China responded by scrambling their own fighters to chase the Japanese planes. This has been occurring for several hours and it is currently unknown if any thing more will come of this but it is believed that there will be escalations and perhaps even open battle between the two navies. Japan has also issued a travel ban and trade embargo on China in an effort to bring attention to Chinese policies of belt-and-road debt traps as well as what they see as expansionism in Africa and Eastern Europe. In the same announcement as the Korean civil war statement President Macron also stated.
''We are in agreement with the American government on this issue about Japanese aggression against the Chinese nation. While unable to militarily intervene in the area we do support the Japanese actions in the area and Plea for China to halt expansions and come to the table for peaceful negotiations before any real harm can occur.

Another story that has been on the news recently is the cases of rabies breaking out across the globe, most notably in China, Russia and Germany. A believed terrorist attacks in Germany has now been confirmed linked with the new strain of rabies potentially originating in China. The suspect attacked and bit people in the streets of Munich and a raid of suspected terrorist headquarters by GSG9 operators has uncovered a possible drug den where a new super drug could be responsible for both their apparent willingness to cannibalism and their noted resistance to bodily harm. It is reported that suspects took several shots to their bodies before they were killed. Prime minister Philippe assuared the public there is nothing to worry about.
''There is a perfectly reasonable explanation to these events. It is believed that needles infected with rabies were used to inject a new form of never before seen drug into the terrorists bodies making them unable to feel pain and allowing great resistance to blood loss and other causes of injury or death. There is nothing to worry about and it will be over in a matter of weeks.''

In other news it is unknown how recent developments will affect the 2020 Olympics supposed to be held in Tokyo, Japan but they are expected to resume as normal...

Socialist Republic of Vietnam

The Socialist Republic - Prologue

For more than 44 years, the Communist Party has remained supreme over the Vietnamese politics, but little do the outsiders know about the strife from within, between the many factions of the party. In September 2017, the political crisis reached its peak after President Trần Đại Quang succumbed to poison, and six months later, Secretary Nguyễn Phú Trọng was poisoned during his visit in Kiên Giang Province. Factions took this opportunity and tried to claim the empty thrones for their own good, while some secretly removed their opponents through many dirty methods including assassinations.

Colonel General Phan Văn Giang.

On the morning of 15th April 2018, Colonel General Phan Văn Giang commanded the Vietnam People's Armed Forces to overthrow the government and end the political instability forever. Caught by surprise, the government didn't have enough time to react and all officials of Hà Nội were captured before any evacuation efforts. By the evening, the army has occupied major cities such as Sài Gòn, Hải Phòng, Đà Nẵng, Cần Thơ... and by tomorrow, they have controlled the whole nation. Shortly after, Colonel General Phan Văn Giang went live broadcasting his speech on the national media, he announced the success of his coup d'etat attempt, the dissolve of both the National Assembly and the Communist Party, with the establishment of the National Governance Commissariat (NGC) as the new government of Vietnam.

The changes shocked and angered the populace, violence broke out like wildfire across the nation with peoples utilized everything they got to combat the military, from Motolov cocktails to makeshift guns. In the end, the troublemakers surrendered to the terrors from the military onslaught. The total casualties were calculated to be around 560 deaths, with seventy percent belongs to the mutineers. After Vietnam has been stabilized, the NGC began to focus on rebuilding the destruction by caused by the previous event, while investing in the national infrastructures and planning the direction of Vietnam carefully. Many political observers stated that the military coup has significantly damaged both reputation and the economic potential of Vietnam, while many others claimed the fall of Communism in Vietnam is a great change for the country. What future will this so called National Governance Commissariat will lead Vietnam to, only time can answer...

Somewhere on the horizon, a storm is coming toward us...

Bodies of the National Governance Commissariat

The National Council of Overseers (NCO) : Responsible for defining agendas, planning for future events, creating policies and making laws.

The National Council of Ministers (NCM) : Responsible for managing different aspects of the government, also supervising NGC owned companies.

KOREAN CENTRAL NEWS AGENCY

It would be around five days before any news from North Korea would be received. Thus on Saturday would new information come forth. Namely this one was read by an officer with the rank of General.

"My name is General Kim Byeong-Ho. I regret to inform everyone, in our Homeland and abroad that our leader, Kim Jong-un has died. He was presumed dead five days ago..."

"Until now our country has fallen into civil war. This is in part caused several rogue Generals attempting to cease power. I am the last in the line of succession as leader of North Korea..."

"Though I am not know abroad, I have been part of the government for years now. Furthermore, under my authorization is also the nuclear stockpile of our country..."

"My loyal forces has seized control of all installations containing these weapons. As well as any WMDs in stock. I do this in the hope of exchanging these weapons for aid in food and potential intervention in our country..."

"Our lands are bled and people are dying by the thousands everyday. I ask the International Community for aid. In return, I will cooperate with South Korean authority in removing our nuclear weapons from the civil war, less they be used for darker means..."

Thus the words of the rather average and unassuming General of the Korean Army would be spoken. Whether or not his words were true or false fighting that was occuring from the 38 parallel up to Pyongyang was slowly dying down - with munitions directed at Seoul completely ceasing. Everything else north of Pyongyang was No Man's Land.

Already underlings from said General would be heading across the border to South Korea - namely with documents pertaining to the scale and number of warheads in possession and type. As well as the number of chemical, biological and nuclear weapons in their arsenal - as a sign of goodwill and trust.
