I wouldn't have minded the somewhat disturbing subject if it was actually a serious nissue. However, as I've pointed out, while it does happen in real life, it's very rare, so singling this out as a talking point does feel like it's intended mainly for shock value rather than to highlight a real problem that needs urgent attention.
