Pain, it was all that Hyztlet felt for a couple of days, weeks, months, years? It didn't feel the time passing by, it didn't know where, and when, it was, there were only a few thoughts in the charred remains, at first they were insults at Kona then only on thought was in its remains, "I must scream, but, I have no mouth" that singular thought started the process of creation again, dust, previously clumped together scattered on the wind, made a sharp turn and formed an oval shape which soon became fleshy, it was a new cocoon of the King of Insects. The cocoon slammed into the ground burrowing itself in it, Hyztlet knew its body won't be the same, it already knew everything about its new body, it looked much more human, yet, disturbingly wasn't, it had the outline of the human but the skin of black chitin and mouth of an insect and wings of a dragonfly and eyes and nose and ears of an insect, but, this was to come, now, the King of Insects was but a speck in its cocoon.

Action: create himself new body

Laab'as, The Wheel of Mortal Magic

The Rings-Within-Rings turned with extra vigor today. Their fellow minor god, Hytzlet, lord of insects, had been struck down with a heavenly bolt from the Lord of Atherius. No love was lost, Hytzlet was proving to be annoying to the Gods and harmful to mortals, so a righteous smiting was the correct course of action. However, in the death of Hytzlet, a lesson was learned - do not push the higher gods too far. Laab'as harbored within them some form of fear - perhaps their first move in the mortal realms would draw the ire of those above them, but they disregarded this as soon as they decided on a course of action.

The Elves, hitherto untouched except by the Fire God, were naturally skilled in the use of magic and though they were few in number, they most certainly could play an out sized role should they be properly instructed. Laaba'as would descend from on high to one of these people, perhaps a group, - a village, maybe? - and instruct them on whatever magic they sought, in exchange for becoming a sage-prophet for the Wheel. One needed followers in the mundane to secure a position in the heavens, this Laaba'as had learned from Hytzlet's downfall. The lord of insects had sought to do the same, though his temper got the best of him, and he was struck down. Constructive interference with mortals was needed, and perhaps these empowered mortals would aid in satisfying the Wheel's curiosity through discoveries and innovations of their own.

Action: Go into the mortal world (in mortal form), seeking elves that wish to learn more about magic.

Vaxilis, God of Pestilence

The God of Pestilence sat upon his heavenly throne, nursing a large worm infected with a million diseases. He saw the turn of the mortal age, and felt that he needed to establish a domain on Earth. Bacteria and worms weren't enough: he needed a full domain of disease. He saw the conditions of the hot, wet equator which was extremely friendly to disease, and so he established his earthen realm. Fungi, which released several thousand infectious spores, were the best bet to producing a fast-growing deadly population. He forged a new species of fungi known as Clodorthoria, which would infect mortal beings through the lungs with millions of microscopic spores and grow roots over their bodies. It strangled and paralysed its opponent, and would soon become one of Vaxilis' main weapons.

Action: Create a large equatorial 'forest' of Clodorthoria (see above) in order to establish Vaxilis' domain over Earth.

CYRRUS
Goddess of the Clouds

As a minor God, Cyrrus never had much to do but paint the skies each day and night, painting the skies with tales and myths of old. She had few followers to please and few responsibilities to uphold, she did as she pleased in the sky, where she spent her days. She'd often watch the lands below, humans spreading and flourishing where no man has gone before, and paint them in the skies. However, she'd rarely interact with them, uninterested in interfering in their lives. She'd just watch and paint. But yet, much her time was spent wandering aimlessly across the skies, over lands untouched by human hands. Where animals roamed free as the clouds themselves. Away from the constant squabbling of divines and humans.

Cyrrus wandered aimlessly in the North-Western mountains, passing the snow topped mountains that scraped the sky. Life was scarce around these areas besides trees and shrubbery, and the odd elk herd. It felt cold and barren, yet warm and homely, in a way Cyrrus couldn't describe. She wasn't sure what she was looking for in these parts, but the freedom she felt as she traveled alone was enough to lead her on this winding path to nowhere.

Action - Continue to wander through the North of Terra.

Crexus, God of Madness

Finally, this game of cards was coming to a close. Crexus gazed down upon his hand for the dozenth time or more. It was good hand, but one that was questionable, any of the men around him had quite a fair chance of beating it. With the pot as high as it currently was however, it may have been worth the risk! The Mad God's ears twitched as the man across the table from him finally spoke up. "You going to play that hand, or not?" With a quiet sigh, Crexus murmured, scanning over the cards once again. Was the risk worth it? A veritable fortune lay on the table in front of him, and yet, a better part of him spoke against it with a voice that he could not ignore. "No...No, I suppose I won't, sir. Fold."

His cards placed facedown on the tabletop begrudgingly, his eyes at last turning to look to those around him at the table.

Unfortunately, the players, and their cards had decayed long ago. Skeletons in the tattered fabrics of jesters and one in the what could have been the rags of a convict sat idle in the rotting wood of their chairs. Cobwebs filled their bones from what could have been decades of buildup or more. The sight sent a chill up the spine of a god that gave a wispy sigh through the hollow room. "Why is it always the good players that seem to die on me...? Shame..." Crexus stood, his head bowing in a silent respect for the perished souls before taking a glance around the dwellings, a room that housed only the remnants of their game and a ladder, leading through a hole in the ceiling leading towards the faintest light, perhaps miles away the start of the climb. Crexus had made his way over, starting up the length of the ladder towards the hole at the very top.

The ascension up the ladder took a mere minute to complete, or so it felt. As Crexus peaked the ladder and stepped out into the rolling fields of mortal, golden wheat the hole behind him had sealed over behind his heels with thickly padded dirt and wheat as grown as the crops around it. Suggesting, perhaps, it had never even been there at all. The sun beat down warmly across the god's skin, his empty eyes scanning the bright landscape around him. With his worshippers in the cellar laid to rest, and their game having gone incomplete, Crexus yearned for entertainment. Surely where there was a field, there was farmers.

Action: Find a mortal.

Averios

The deity of fire soon traveled westward, across the Great Spine, to the western plains. Here he found a small settlement of humans, nestled on the golden grasses of the continent. They were dressed in furs and lived in tents made of animal skins. Their lives were one of hardship and survival skinning game and gathering berries. The tribesmen were bewildered by the fire deity's behavior. They had never seen a man act so strangely before, but they carried on with their duties ignoring him for now. The village elder would greet Averios and ask why he had come to their humble village.

Arboreus

The Dragon God continued blasting his green fire of life onto the desert wastes. Soon the grasses began to grow, and a wave of green washed over the desert wastes created by Hytzlet. It was a miracle beyond recognition as the advancement of the Great Desert was soon halted and reversed. Soon clouds gathered in the heavens above and rain showered the land, completing the rejuvenation of the grasslands. Arboreus had succeeded in restoring life to the land.

Murr Quhalden

Deep into the abyss of Maelstrom Murr Quhalden traveled into. A realm of pure and absolute chaos, it was absolute hell, and he was struck by forces of lightning, and fire nearly perishing in the mayhem. He traveled through storms, and absolute destruction seeing things that would melt the mind of a mere mortal. The destruction and recreation of worlds, monsters the size of Terra, and bigger, and the shattered remains of objects and beings beyond comprehension.

From the fires of hell, the Furies emerged, horrifying Ladies of Torment, wielding chain and blades of pure hellfire. The leader of the Furies met Murr with a look of contempt and righteous fury.

" You should've never come here, Murr Quhalden, servant of Lord Malacar that is before you betrayed her! Oaths are not easily broken beast you swore on the Maelstrom to serve the Mother of Monsters till the end of time."

The Furies then teleported behind Murr Quhalden and whispered into his ear.

"Your sins are unforgivable beast but we know what you seek, come willingly and we shall grant your desire of a future where monsters are free from the influence of the Maelstrom all that you have desired through the millennia shall be yours finally if you submit yourself to our authority".

Kibadi

Kibadi soon blessed the monument to the gods in Khemet. The people were astonished when Kibadis magic caused the structure to glow and glitter. The people soon began to worship her, the priesthood would make her a chief deity in the pantheon that Khemet worshipped. As long as the faith in Kibadi held strong the temple would never decay or collapse. Slowly the worship of Kibadi would spread across the desert sands of Khemet.

+82 Worshippers.

Kona

The King of the Gods continued blessing Talinus to become his prophet. In due time Talinus would become the demigod chosen of Kona. In the meantime, Kona had succeeded in creating rainstorms to water the desert lands that Hyztlet had created. Soon the grasslands were restored and life flourished there once again a victory for the King of the Gods.

Prophet: (3/4)

Hyztlet

Thus the Lord of the Insects reformed himself from the dust. It was not an easy task, his particles had scattered in the winds, and mixed with the desert sands of the earth. Still, in due time he gathered every molecule of his essence, and painstakingly reformed himself into a new body. A great task that would bear fruit, he would soon emerge from his cocoon of creation ready to take on the world once more.

Laab'as

The Elve's magic was less flashy than the gods. It was one of music, that healed the sick, and objects that allowed one to see far and beyond across the currents of the world, or see beyond the illusions of reality. The Elves would recognize that Laab'as was a deity immediately and sought to learn his secrets for how he had transformed and shed his former being to become something new.

Vaxilis

The god of pestilence would've succeeded in corrupting and diseasing the tropical jungles of the equator. That is if Lord Arboreus had not created the Treefolk in the years preceding the creation of these fungi spore. These spores threatened the native plant species that inhabited the jungles. As diligent gardeners of the wood, the Treefolk would destroy any fungi that grew and threatened the rainforests, limiting their numbers severely. Thus Vaxilis's domain was not the size it could've been.

Cyrrus

Far and wide across the northern breast of the world, Cyrus traveled. Winter had arrived and the north would be showered in heavy snows, that covered the lands in a blanket of white crystals. She saw some tribesmen hunting deer in the forests nearby. They wore furs, and besides them where barking beasts, who intimidated the deer and aided the tribesmen in their hunt for sustenance.

Crexus

Crexus the Mad God would find that he had no worshippers, they where perhaps figments of his imagination as well as that entire episode. Still, he wandered the wilderness for days on end. He would come upon a man dressed in furs. He was hunting game and had not yet noticed the mad god behind him, focused on catching his fill.

Vuthar, God of Ice and Light

"Hmmmm", was Vuthar response to the humans. "Using magic is not impressive for them", He thought as he stroked his beard. They said they have seen many things in the south. He was familiar with some of the creatures and beings that lived in the south. Perhaps something else will persuade them and an idea came to mind. Vuthar had planned on making some new beings made of ice or light or a mixture of both. Maybe now is the time to create such a being in order to impress these humans. Now, what kind should he make, ice, light or a combo of both? They have seen plenty of ice-based creatures and he does not feel that a being made of both ice and light is appropriate right now. So a creature of light it is. He focused himself and started to create a bird made of light.

Action: create a bird made of light and impress the humans

Hagia
Goddess of Healing and Family

Well now she felt quite silly. Inky blotches of illness, tsk! She should have recognised mortality when she saw it. Upon further inspection she could see there was a bit of that horrible little infection in all in this settlement. She barely had time to make a quick excuse to the women in the tent before she could sense and immense suffering back in . . . the grasslands she had just come from. Two days travel for nothing.

Why, why, why did these mortals always have to be in . . . well, mortal danger? This had been so much easier when there were only a few hundred of them. Now she was like a hen whose head had been removed, darting about in increasingly insane patterns across the entire mortal plane. If it wasn't a great sickness it was an avalanche or another god or some sort of monster attack. It must be terrifying to be so easily capable of death.

This new threat seemed so much greater, seemingly causing the deaths and injuries of hundreds. She would have to leave quickly, but that would mean leaving the widows and orphans from that grasslands village behind. It was her duty to protect all women and children, but first she would perhaps make it so that she wasn't needed as much. Perhaps creating smaller versions of herself in mortal vessels to help share the workload would be wise. She had heard other gods speculating on the matter, and after seeing Bellicosus do exactly that, perhaps it wasn't such an impractical thought. Quickly gathering her twelve followers, she addressed them as one, allowing a bit of her godly aura to glow around her.

"My darling followers, I am afraid I must leave you soon. A great tragedy has once more befallen your fellow man off in the world, and so I must go where it is required of me, much faster than you will be able to travel. You will likely be safe here in such a large settlement, and I trust that you will continue to follow my path, for it is a righteous one. Defending the weak and healing the sick, providing all you can for those who rely on you. You have seen fit to worship me above all, and so I shall give you a blessing in return. I will seek to empower you with a mere whisper of my power, so that you may spread joy and light into the world. You are mortal, and your bodies are weak. I do not expect you all to be able to take on this power, but for those of you who can, I trust you will do what is right, be it staying here or venturing on the divine journey, to do all you can to help others and encourage them to do the same."

Action: Carefully her followers the power of healing and reduce their ageing, allowing them aid others in need and spread her message for as long as possible.

Arboreus
The Forest God had finished his healing of the Grasslands, and as such returned to the village. It had grown significantly in the time since he had left, becoming a small town surrounded by walls to keep the animals at bay. He also felt the Treefolk of the Southern Forests combat the domains of...someone. He did not know the name of this invader, but thankfully his creations were able to live up to their purpose.

As he landed near the edge of the town, he silently waited to be confronted by the inhabitants.

Action: Wait to be noticed.

Laab'as, The Wheel of Mortal Magic

Laab'as was a bit shocked at the initial reception they received. Perhaps dwelling too long within the realms of the Gods, where magic flowed like air and Laab'as had no control, had dulled their sense of wonderment. This feeling of control was also new. They could sense the flow of magic from each elf of the small crowd that had gathered to witness them. He could sense the spark that was the soul. All these new sensations all at once momentarily overwhelmed the God, sending his mind reeling. Had all the Gods felt this when they entered this reality? Or was it simply minor gods like themselves? Maybe Laab'as was unique in this reaction, having spent all of their time in the realm of Gods, studying the way magic weaved through the mortal world. Any matter, this feeling of control and power was new, something to be enjoyed, but - !

This internal debate distracted Laab'as from his initial goal - seek worthy followers. When he emerged from his mortal induced fugue, the elves eyed them queerly. Perhaps this God was one like the God of Fire, who sought their allegiance after scorching their lands, but less sane. As he emerge from their thoughts, all eyes were upon them. The elves had asked for knowledge - knowledge to transmute the body into other forms, perhaps into godly forms. Of the latter, Laab'as knew nothing, nor should he - for now. Who was deemed worthy of Godhood was only up to the Fates to decide, and the Gods of Atherius to accept. But the former, that - that he knew much of. A full bodily transmutation took much power though, and -

Yet again, the God withdrew into thought. The crowd, once enraptured, now cooled. The fringes had begun thinning, those folk who had better things to do than see a God appear and do nothing continued their earthly tasks. Laab'as sensed this, fewer sparks were around them. He must speak, do something - but what? Their eyes searched the crowd, but found few worthy of transmutation. Perhaps a different demonstration was needed. The God's eyes searched for something less important than a mortal and settled on a large rock. He quickly retrieved it, lifted the stone, and before the eyes of the crowd, began crafting something special he had dreamed up - a golem. A small one, nothing like the behemoths in his dreams, but still an impressive feat.

As he animated the stone, he spoke to the crowd.

"I cannot make you as Gods, as you have asked. The secret to Godhood lies not with me, but the secrets of magic in the mortal world do. As I make this stone live, I ask of you, do any of you care to expand your knowledge, beyond your traditional arts? If you take me as your foremost god, I can promise you feats equal to and greater than this."

Action: Make a small (knee-high) golem, ask the crowd for volunteers willing to learn more through worship.

Wrath of Comonos

As Comonos flew over the land at breathtaking speeds, nothing but bloodlust on his mind, he would be stunned by a sudden explosion so powerful that all of Terra shook with fury. The blast was so intense that Comonos could feel the heat radiating from it, even from such a long distance away. The source was clear: Kona himself was angry, and had struck the god of insects with a lightning bolt. Hyztlet would certainly be turned to ash, if it even survived the blast at all. Now was Comonos's time to strike- now the god of insects would be so weak that it couldn't fight back even if it tried. Comonos would eventually find Hyztlet, deep in its cocoon, attempting to reform itself from nothing but the dust. So it was still alive- not that it would be any more trouble for the Atherian. Comonos transformed into his human avatar mid-air, landing on ground with such force that it created a large crater in Terra's surface. Comonos charged at Hyztlet with inhuman speed, as it was emerging from its cocoon. With his scythe ready, Comonos struck the god of insects with the weapon, calling upon his full might as an Atherian to kill the god and banish it to Maelstrom for all eternity. Comonos would strike the god with such force that it caused another massive explosion, felt all across Terra.

Action: Call upon all of his power as an Aetherian god and kill Hyztlet, sending it to Malestrom forever.

Crexus, God of Madness

The God's crooked, masked eyes set upon the first mortal he had encountered for miles. Not a peasant farmer, but something better. An outdoorsman. A hunter wearing the furs of his latest kills, stalking his prey like a true animal in it's natural habitat. This was a fine tool to play with! One that he already had several ideas for. Force the man to make love to a deer? Have him make believe himself to be a bear? Drive him utterly insane by making him believe the trees were talking to him? All great ideas, perfect irony for a man that wastes his days outdoors.

But which one? It was a hard choice, quite a hard one. Though it was one that would be left to chance, any one of them would be a spectacle to see, maybe even useful! Or maybe nothing would happen at all, a dear disappointment. With his eyes clenching shut tight, the god's shaky hands snapped their dry fingers together, his scrambled mind casting an influence upon the hunter from the treetops themselves.

Action: Attempt to influence the hunter to do one of three things, make love to nature, think himself to be a bear, or drive him mad with tree voices. Dealer's choice if the roll passes

King Kona

Kona once again looked down from the heavens and saw how Comonos was about to kill Hytzlet and banish him to the Maelstrom. The King sighed, he thought it was obvious that Hytzlet would have another chance to learn from his mistakes, and with the healing of the grasslands all would be forgiven. Comonos had a bloodlust which was understandable but Aetherians could not just kill minor gods when it fancied them, even if they were higher on the hierarchy.

He teleported from Mount Ahterius to the scene of the fight between the newly reborn Hytzlet and Comonos. He raised one finger to stop Comonos scythe and end this fight once and for all. While the Aetherians where powerful Kona was the most powerful of them all, with the force that Comonos was unleashing would obliterate a mortal and severely injure or even kill a minor deity, this attack would mean nothing to himself.

"Enough Comonos I have already punished Hytzlet this fight is over".

He then turned to Hytzlet.

"As for you Lord of Insects, I have ruled against banishing you to the Maelstrom pray that I do not change my mind."

Action: Stop Comono's attack and continue creating demigod.

“What is this nonsense?” He asked, looking at the god. He had moved him to his domain, giving him the upper hand.

Although Ivdar was in the War God’s domain, he still had some control over illusions. He created several illusions of himself, circling them. “Do not underestimate the domain of illusion,” they all said at once. Ivdar couldn’t back down now though, so instead he decided to create an illusion. He envisioned smoke curling near them, and when it cleared, he envisioned them standing in the shadowlands, the titans ready to kill the war god, the rest of the gods killed. He hoped to weaken the god by reminding him of the Titanomachy and then catching him off guard.

Action: make an illusion that the realm is the shadowlands and the titans are all around

As it emerged it orientated himself that he was going to be struck by Comonos scythe, it did not have the time to react or even start defending as its chitin was still unhardened and its wings wet, fortunately for the newly reborn Hyztlet, Kona stepped in, and stopped the attack

It simply nodded then said "You keep misspeling my name" it then started to climb a nearby hill where its wings would dry on the sun

Kona looked at Hyztlet as if he was mad. "Misspelling? I am not spelling anything, you were almost obliterated, however." These minor gods can be insane Kona thought to himself. With that last thought, Kona teleported in a flash of light leaving the two deities to their business.

One of the perks of being a deity was that you could be in multiple places at once. A version of Ivdar, with almost no power whatsoever, and barely diverting the real Ivdar’s attention appeared in the Maelstrom, using an illusion to enter, although the Furies could obviously see right through it. He transformed back into his original form.

“Murr, what are you doing in the Maelstrom?”

Upon seeing the armies of the Titans materialise in front of him, in all their terrifying magnificence and the corpses of his fellow gods strewn at their feet, and at the head of them all: Malacar, the Titan of Destruction, and his own dread mother. The Warmaster let out a cry…of sheer joy. The Titanomachy had been the greatest time of his life, the greatest war ever fought, and he had been at the head of it! Now he could fight it again, slay every titan over and over, plunge his sword into his hideous mothers’ heart again and again!

But even a he planned to charge the Titans, to revel in their guts and drink their blood, he realised it was a fallacy…This was his own realm, he had wrested it from the Titaness and bent it to his fiery will, everything in it was his and he knew all that was in it…and to his great disappointment, there were no Titans here…just an impudent little god who believed he could beat the Titanslayer in single combat!
As his joy boiled over into rage, his baleful aura blazed and seethed around him, enveloping the Ivdar’s illusion or not, and the very plain around them boiled and cracked, reacting to its master’s fury. He pointed his Infernal Sword towards the God of Illusions, which had grown into a white-hot blaze of destructive force.

“You dare! You dare, presume that your puny tricks will work in the Realm of Destruction!” The Lord of Destruction roared, whole form ablaze. “All you have done is reminded me of better times, this wretched fight won’t even partly compare to the glory I knew then! So, I will not prolong it…prepare to meet your end.”
With that having been said he slashed his sword in the air with all his strength, creating a mighty wave of pure ruinous force aimed at Ivdar and his illusions.

Action: Dispel the illusions and deal the trickster god a terrible blow.

Averios,
God of Fire

Averios was excited since the humans were finally talking to him. He went over to talk to the village elder. He was taking forever to talk to him. Finally they walked out. Averios was surprised to see it was a woman. She started grunting at the people working, and she finally noticed Averios. "Hello, my name is Talia and I am the leader of this village, Cruzdios." "What do you want to discuss?" she asked. "I would like you to worship me, for I am Averios, god of fire, and in return, I will supply your village and help you through the ages." Averios replied.

Action: Talk to the lady about what's said above.

CYRRUS
Goddess of the Clouds

She wandered onwards through the North, the days grew shorter and the skies became clouded with the constant flurry of snow. Air so cold, like frozen barbs of ice wrapping around her skin. Even as a Goddess, she felt the piercing cold, daggers of frost. Through the rapid dance of snowflakes, the vast mountains below were barely visible to Cyrrus, trying to find signs of life. And yet no matter how far she looked, nothing but evergreen forests could be seen. In the midst of the snow cloaked trees, a brown blur began to appear in amongst the trees, weaving through. At first Cyrrus thought nothing of it. Must have been her eyes tricking her. However, she began to see another brown blur, darting through the endless maze. As she saw however, more brown figures began appearing in the trees, bigger than the first blurs of brown. Around 30 figures appeared, running in the blizzard. As she stared further, she realised they were holding spears and daggers, raised as if to attack. She wondered what sort of people would roam such a harsh landscape.

Action - Continue to watch the hunters.

Valaxis

The God of Pestilence stared down upon the Earth, rather angry at the treefolk who had attacked his domain. He was determined to strike back, and so he improved his fungus, adding a weapon to its roots allowing it to kill Treefolk en masse with a powerful neurotoxin released along with the spores, as it began to infect them. Valaxis did not want to start his war early, but here it began.

Action: Clodorthoria make neurotoxins to ward off the treefolk.

Comonos,
God of the hunt and the harvest

As the dust cleared, an expression of pure contempt came over Comonos's face as he saw Kona materialize in front of him, stopping his scythe from impacting Hyztlet and finishing the god of insects for good. This was unbelievable- Comonos was an Atherian, the ultimate authority in this realm (other than the Fates). Damn Kona and his rules, as Comonos should have had the authority to do anything he wanted with the lesser beings, especially those that directly interfere and attempt to destroy his domain. After all, would the mortals want to worship a harvest god who cannot guarantee a bountiful harvest every year, or a hunt god who cannot guarantee any animals to hunt? Kona's intervention was unacceptable, but Comonos held his tongue, knowing it was not wise to provoke the god of the heavens. Comonos backed away slowly and lowered his scythe, and for a long minute stared at both of the gods, his face stone cold with irritation. Then, without saying a single word, he turned around and began walking away, eventually disappearing over the horizon. Hopefully the god of insects had gotten the message: if he ever interfered in Comonos's domain again, even Kona wouldn't arrive fast enough to save the day a second time.

Comonos would spend days in isolation in the far northern mountains west of Mount Atherius, only taking solace in the fact that his experiment with the grass succeeded, and he had cultivated a strain of rice more fertile than other existing strains on Terra. Still, his bloodlust was not satiated, and sought out some targets for another experiment of his. There was a particular village, west of the City States of Khemet and near the southern jungles, that hardly paid respect to the god of the hunt and harvest. They had become arrogant and stuck in their ways, having faith in their new methods of agriculture. They needed to be taught a lesson: a price had to be paid for such lack of worship and sacrifice. At night, when the villagers were asleep, Comonos infiltrated the village, wearing a hood and keeping his face shrouded in darkness to be perceived as nothing but a shadow to anyone that saw him. Comonos would go from house-to-house, using his powers to easily phase through doors and walls, and would target ten young men. He would kill them instantly and silently, with a single blow to the head using his right fist.

Once all ten were killed, Comonos gathered the bodies, quietly phasing them through the walls, and arranged them in a circle outside of the village. Comonos then took out of his scythe and made a small incision in his left arm, allowing his blood to drip over all ten corpses to enhance the ritual. Comonos then summoned his full might as an Atherian to create a new race of beings from these ten dead men, a race that would haunt anyone who dared to defy his authority. Once risen from the death, these beings would multiply themselves by creating the outline of a man from the dirt, and then using their magic to animate the dirt into another of their kind. These beings would appear at night, typically in the dreams of the victim, using the victim's fears against them in their grave punishments. For example, a man afraid of drowning might find himself deep in a pool of water, unable to escape; a mother afraid of losing her children might suffer a miscarriage or stillbirth.

Action: Create the Reapers, a race of ghoulish, shadowy beings acting both as worshipers of Comonos and his personal servants. They are to punish those that do not perform the proper sacrifices and necessary worship of Comonos, using the victim's psychology and fears against them in their punishments. They will watch over men, elves, and dwarves alike.

The Elven explorers would reach the strange lands of Azarath, the dead remains of a fallen Titan. They would explore the lands seeking something what it was was a mystery even to themselves.

The Dwarven city of Hagh Thorram would be laid siege by Daemonic hordes led by Dark Lord Vataar. The Dwarves would struggle in their wars against the forces of the night.

The Cadmians would flourish building settlements along the River Mara, Kona's investment was paying off and he was gaining a steady flow of worshippers that would strengthen him.

Vuthar

Vuthar would gather his divine power. He crafted a bird from his energy, molding the wings, neck, and beak of the creature. He gave the breath of life to it and the bird would soar high above the heavens over the humans. The tribesmen were astonished they had never seen such a creature before, and Vuthar's ability to create life cast away any doubts they had for the man. It was clear Vuthar was a god how else could he give rise to life? The tribesmen bowed to him and would worship him as their god.

+33 Worshippers.

Hagia

Only one person would be worthy to be her chosen. To create a prophet was no easy task, normally it took time to bless a follower to become a prophet but luck would be on Hagia's side today, and in no time a new prophet would rise to serve the Goddess of Healing. This person would have heightened abilities compared to mere mortals and would be able to heal the sick as long as faith in their goddess held strong. The prophet kneeled in front of Hagia waiting for her command.

+1 Prophet

Arboreus

The village had certainly grown since Arboreus had last arrived. A small shrine was built to the dragon god near the great tree that stood at the heart of the settlement. It seemed that the worship of Arboreus had grown and that he would be worshipped along with a pantheon of forest deities besides himself. The people would come to praise him and ask for his blessings.

Laab'as

The Elves where unimpressed. It appeared that Laab'as had struggled in creating his stone golem. Bringing it to life was akin, to stabbing a stone with an iron blade and for the longest, the golem would lay there lifeless. After much trial and error, Laab'as would finally bring the golem to life but it seemed dull-minded. and walked about like a fool before collapsing onto the ground. Laab'as had failed in gaining any followers it would take something impressive to gain the faith of the Elves.

Comonos

The God of the Harvest would strike against the Lord of Insects. The Atherian would've crushed Hyztlet like a bug if he wasn't stopped by an immovable force of nature. Angry at Kona, for sparing Hyztlet from his wrath he would travel far from the Great Plains and be in isolation with himself brooding over the interference of the King of the Gods. He would travel to the jungle village of Meztli and prey on men who dwelled there. Screams in the night, expressions of horror on the faces of the village people. Ten innocent men were slain in cold blood. Whatever faith the people had in Comonos was gone a hatred grew within them for the evils he had committed in their eyes. Ten souls were claimed by the grey fingers of Pharnos to the Underworld Comonos would not gain his reapers.

-Ten men were slain, +30 Enemies of Meztli

Hyztlet

Spared from certain destruction the Lord of Insects crawled himself from the dust, and onto the hill. There Hyztlet drys his wings so that he may fly once again. In the rays of the sun, his wings were dried and he was able to take flight once more.

Armonk

Across the stars, Armonk traveled. Seeing wonders of outer space, stars, spinning galaxies, and beautiful gas formations the remains of primordials giving birth to even more stars to light the heavens. He would come upon the Maelstrom a blight on the cosmos, a storm spinning in the endless black of space. Entering it was difficult, even for a god, the forces of Chaos assaulted him with all their might but he managed to survive the initial trial. In the depths of hell, he saw the Furies standing off with Murr Quhalden.

Idvar

Idvar's illusions would falter, summoning such a great display was strenuous. His power waned and soon the Titans shimmered from existence leaving a confused God of War. He had but a moments time to respond to the attack that Bellicosus was about to unleash at him.

Bellicosus

Luck would be on the God of Wars side today. He dispelled the illusions of Idvar but at a cost. He raised his mighty blade and unleashed a great blast of fire at Idvar and his illusionary Titans. The Titans were dispelled like fires in the rain shimmering out of existence. Not responding in time Idvar was knocked a great distance, and weakened momentarily. The Lord of Destruction would have but a moments time to strike once more at Idvar before he could move.

Kona

King Kona would stop Comono's scythe with but one finger, absorbing its power. He felt but a sting but was otherwise unharmed. He would continue raising his Prophet Talinus to lead his worshippers. Soon Talinus would raise and become the Chosen of Kona. He held within him abilities above mortal men and could control the weather to a degree like his god Kona. This new prophet would lead to many great things for the God of the Heavens.

Crexus

Indecision and hubris was folly for the gods, he would have to make the choice for himself. Stooped in his madness the hunter carried on hunting unaffected.

Averios

Talia raised an eyebrow."We worship many gods, why should we put you above all the others?" She asked. The elder was unimpressed by Averios and words would not sway her. He would need to perform some feat or action for the tribe if he was to be worshipped and put above the other gods of the world.

Cyrrus

The tribesmen shouted commands in a northern tongue. The dogs barked and would give chase to the deer forcing it into a corner. The hunters raised their bow and arrows and unleashed it on the deer. The blood of the animal would stain the glistening white snow darkening it in a shade of crimson. The hunters would kneel above the corpse of the deer, saying words of prayer and respect to its spirit before cutting and gutting it. The hunters gathered the meat and walked into the wintery forests still unaware of the goddess watching them from the snows.

Valaxis

The Lord of Pesiltence would strike against the Treefolk creating a neurotoxin that would weaken and kill them. The Treefolk would remove the fungi only to slowly perish in the process. In due time all the Treefolk in the equator would perish leaving the jungles to be claimed by Valaxis. It would be a gradual process, but for now, Valaxis would revel in victory.

Murr Quhalden

The monsters refused to serve Murr Quhalden a terrible turn of events for Murr. Their chaotic disposition would ensure that they would leave Murr Quhalden to face the menace that was the Furies on his own. Even if he was their lord they were not obligated to obey him.

"Fool none can command the beasts of the Maelstrom, you will suffer in agony for your insolence, now die!"

The Furies seven in number raised their hell chains and struck at Murr Quhalden. He felt an agony that was indescribable and screamed in pain. The sisters would circle him like hawks striking him again and again with their terrible chains slashing and scarring him. His blood golden ichor would cascade from his wounds and he was weakened.
