I would say typical medieval tech like, got, Dragon age, Witcher etc so standard tech plus things that can be advanced because of magic.

Certainly, Molokai (the merfolk) only technically have one PC (that'd be me). Not sure for others.

I would say elves are the least populated, particularly ones from Athela. Though fair warning they might be somewhat unpopular plenty of other factions like the Merry Men of the Vine, the Keepers of the Glass, the Enchanter's order are currently unrepresented

I'd imagine any subsequent fighting in the crater would be pretty nasty. If you want to handle the prequisite siege and collapse, I can do the Battle of the Crater stuff.
