We are the Skolipendra Organization.
We are a supranational secret society, an entity made of like-minded individuals dedicated to the establishment of peace and prosperity across worlds, to the further advancement of the sciences, and establishment of technocratic rule. In the furtherance of our goals, we have found it useful to establish client states, who receive various services and aid from us, to the betterment of themselves, in exchange for enacting favorable policies that further prosperity and progress. These client states exist across various planes of existence, and include various national entities. Our actions in the past, particularly during the Invasion of Ghostpoint speak true to the sheer dedication we have to the protection of our client states, the safety and well-being of their people, and the continuity of their government.
We wish to expand the number of client states that we have. We assure you, joining as a client state is completely voluntary, and comes with a number of benefits. These include, but are not limited to improvements to the sciences, standard of living of your people, healthcare, economy, national security, and more. Our mission is to bring peace and prosperity across the planes, and that mission begins with our clients. We promise to guide our client states to a new golden age.
Client states must abide by a number of rules, as detailed below:
- Client states are prohibited from declaring war on one another. We must work together in the name of peace. If multiple prospective client states have a history of unpleasant relations, we will do our best to solve the matter diplomatically.
- Client states must adopt a policy of legal immunity for all Skolipendra Organization agents. Our agents do what they must in the name of progress, and should they break the rules, we will police them ourselves.
- Client states must adopt a policy of open borders and free trade with one another. We are all comrades and allies united by our mission.
- Client states must abide by Skolipendra international environmental decrees. We must ensure that any society we create is sustainable, and does not unduly damage the environment. If a prospective client state cannot meet these decrees initially, such as a state reliant on fossil fuels, we will do what it takes to bring them to a greener, more sustainable economy, should they be accepted as a client state.
- Client states must abide by Skolipendra international healthcare decrees. We must do what we can for the health of the people. If a prospective client state cannot meet these decrees initially, such a state with a poor healthcare system, we will provide training, aid, and help develop the state's infrastructure to ensure these decrees can be met, should they be accepted as a client state.
- Client states must abide by Skolipendra international education and science decrees. We must pursue knowledge at any cost. If a prospective client state cannot meet these decrees initially, such as a state with a poor education system, we will do whatever it takes to improve the education system, such as training teachers and scientists, building schools and scientific facilities, sending books and technology, and more, should they be accepted as a client state.
- Client states must abide by Skolipendra international welfare and civil rights decrees. We must look out for our fellow sapients. If a prospective client state cannot meet welfare decrees initially, such as a state with a poor economy, we will help develop that client state's economy, should they be accepted as a client state.
- Client states must accept any future international decrees that we make. We must seek social and political progress at any cost. Client states do have the right to vote on bills before they become international decrees.
- Client states must do their best to work towards the light of the future that our beloved leader, Samko Helicos Skolipendra wishes to see.
Client states receive the following benefits for being clients:
- Client states are recognized by the Skolipendra Organization as legitimate governments and allies. As such, client states are open to diplomatic relations with us, treaties, and a number of other diplomatic ties. Additionally, we have a vested interest in maintaining the continuity of government of our client states, and an interest in returning client states to power should they become a government in exile.
- Client states receive military protection and training from us. The safety of our client states is very important to us. While our military power may not be particular great in a conventional sense, the forces we have are highly skilled and highly mobile, trained in guerilla warfare, which we will fight on behalf of our client states, and train the militaries and militias of our client states in.
- Client states reap the benefits of our extremely extensive espionage network and the intelligence and counterintelligence operations executed within it. We have access to a great deal of information that may be useful to our client states.
- We assist client states along the way in their development into stable, sustainable, egalitarian, technocratic nations. Once developed to this point, our client states will see unprecedented prosperity throughout all levels of the nation.
- Less developed client states receive assistance from us in establishing infrastructure. We care about our client states and making them the best nations they can be.
- Only our client states and ourselves have the right to vote on what new international decrees are made, to affect our client states. This is a right not given to anyone but our clients.
- Client states not well versed in magic will receive training directly from us.
- Client states without access to advanced technology will receive some directly from us as needed.
- Client states have access to free trade and open borders with one another.

Understand that not all applicants will be accepted, and that an applicant may be rejected for any reason, particularly if we feel said state does not sit well with our ideals.
