Unknown Pacific Island Bunker, January 2nd, 2019... A small crowd watched a man walk up to a stage. He smiled and did a salute that looked like the Nazi salute. Then he started speaking. "Fellow brothers and sisters. We are about to do something that shall make us a great Empire. Today we are about to launch this missile at San Francisco and start a nuclear war to distract all the world superpowers, letting us have an advantage and make us a great world order." This man looked at his watch, which had a Nazi symbol marked on it. "Hitler... Hitler was stupid. You don't fight both America and Russia together. You make them fight each other. Heil the Nazi Dominion!" The crowd replied the same.

Outside of San Fransico, January 4th, 2019...
A soldier stood on a tower, guarding a military base in California. Bored, and wished for action, he looked at the news of civil wars in Africa and wished he could be part of something that would help Africa gain peace. Oh well, he should be thankful that he at least was selected to guard an important military base. This base contained the one of the many nuclear missiles in America, and would be used if nuclear war broke out. But that most likely wouldn't happen, the soldier thought. And that's when the missiles came in. At first it was a light growl, lile a plane in the distance. Then it grew. The soldier turned around, and saw the missiles arch, and gracefully fall, and strike the distant mountains. There was a flash, 5 mushrooms, and a giant wave of energy headed straight for San Fransisco.

Washington D.C, the same day
"Mr. President! SIR!"
"Uuuugh, what do you want!"
Another typical morning for the President. Oh wait, it was afternoon, as he overslept AGAIN.
"Sir, San Fransico has been bombed!"
Of course, the typical emergencies such as civil wars, terrorist threats and political tensions, and California being nu- Wait what?
"What did you say?"
"San Fransico has been struck by a nuclear missile!

A few days later...

The world fell into chaos after that. American intellegence showed that Russia had 1 nuclear missile missing, but did not know Nazi stole them.

As a result, America fired at Russia, thinking they were the culprits. Russia, falsely accused started firing back.

North Korea, saw this as an oppurtunity, and attempted an attack on South Korea. Big mistake, and most of North Korea was a waste land as America attacked.

America started bombing any sign of Russian support, such as Cuba, China, Venuazuala, and other nations known for supporting Russia.

Terrorists groups in the Middle East stole Nuclear weapons in the mist of confusion, and used it to threaten major Middle East nations., and even Africa. The result: nuclear weapons being launched by terrorists to many parts of the world. India, thinking it this was a secret attack from a Middle East nation, started launching nuclear missiles on them.

Russia, hit by one of the terrorist missiles, and thinking it was Europe, started bombing Europe. Europe, in return fired back.

Asia, was also a target of terrorist missiles, but instead of directly damaging them, the Pacific was contaminated by radiation, making it a radiation wasteland.

This was the war that Einstein predicted. It was a nuclear world war.

Outside of San Fransico, California, after the war calmed down...
"C'mon Robert, get over here buddy"

Jack, and his dog Robert were homeless.

Now they were quite city-less.

They walked around the ruined city, searching for food. Both of them were able to survive, as they were under a sewer system when the bombing happened, but they didn't have much food. Now they were a bit hungry.

Jack saw a military base in the distance and started over there.

When they arrived, Robert barked at some other survivors. Jack started walking to them until he tripped on something. It was a helmet, with a skull, underneath what looked like a fallen tower. He dusted off the helmet, and wore it. Then he kept walking on.

The world was destroyed. It wasn't the survival of the strongest anymore. It was the survival of the survivors.

This is now a new world. A world filled with radiation, mutated monsters, new threats. But this is also a new world filled with oppurtunities for some.

Want to be nations, could now become nations. Want to be empires, could now try to dominate this new world. Old nations would try to control their land. And neutral nations would try their best to survive.

Which one will your nation be?

With many nations in the nuclear war becoming corrupted, men from all walks of life and nationalities gather and form the nation of Bluelight.

The revolutionary nationstate, easily independent due to the corruption of nations on handling the issue, has spread its borders to the borders of modern-day China. Seeking diplomacy and land, the nation builds up a small army of a few thousand, established on January 31, 2019, in order to defend the land.

(OOC: For the sake of starting up, I suggest nations make short but complex enough details on how they rebuilt their nations first.)

When nuclear war broke out,many in the U.S state of Kentucky were afraid they would die,and to be honest,many Kentuckians died as a result of the war.
But much of Kentucky's government had survived.
The surviving politicians made the arduous trek to a island,created by the hellstorms of yesteryear.
Many Remaing Kentuckians also made the arduous trek.
The Surviving politicians got in contact with what was left of Fort Knox,and managed to get the 33,000 or so personnel that survived there to make the arduous trek,and bring all the remaining equipment.
The 33,000 military personnel from Fort Knox was designated the Kentuckian Army on January The 31st,2019.

Singapore, Bluelight — 9 January 2019
The new National Head of Sciences makes the following announcement:

Currently, we plan to expand our borders to Japan and China, to the north. However, from the last nuclear war, we expect huge cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo to be heavily contained with mutated survivors of the nuclear bomb dropped there just a few days ago, due to the heavy amounts of radiation. Therefore, the expedition to the north is cancelled. The radiation is expected to reach Western Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore tomorrow. With this effect, all citizens are provided with 5 gas masks in their mailboxes. Close all windows and doors.

There has been recent reports of sightings of mutated people in Northern Bluelight, former-day Northern Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and Laos. This is due to the radiation that has already reached this areas. Because of the radiation cloud, we advise no citizens living in those areas to head outside their homes and to barricade all forms of entry, such as windows and doors to the outside.

How the New California Republic started

After the nuclear war, California was on eof the most hit places in all of the USA. Former leaders of California(representatives, major independence leaders) gathered together to make a new nation, and help the people be able to survive the post-apocalypse.

After establishing a Independence Proclamation to the USA, the New Californian Republic soon raised a militia to not only protect the new nation, but to distribute goods to people in need.

Now the New California Republic was ready to establish itself as a regional power in the US West Coast.

The first meeting of the Kentucky National Council was underway.
The first bill was a Expantion bill,slating the the nation shall expand beyond the current borders.

It started with a bang.
First,troops gathered ships and supplies.
Then,they marched,killing every thing on their way to the remnants of:Paducah.

Nanning, [China] Bluelight — 1 February, 2019
Clouds of radiation continue to fill the air, weeks after the dropping of the nuclear bomb on major Chinese cities such as Beijing and Shanghai.

The Minister of Defence of Bluelight, send in the first batch of 5,000 troops with rebuilt tanks and supplies move into the now, desolate Chinese land, hoping to give out food, water and medical supplies to those affected. As the radiation was unbearable in the first few weeks of January, the expedition to the north was canceled, but was restarted due to the slight subsiding of the radiation levels, now safe for humans to stay outside whilst wearing radiation-protection suits.

The expedition to the north is an expedition in hopes of supplying now-Lightian-owned cities bringing cities and towns to join Bluelight, thus expanding the nation.

The Californians elected a leader for their new nation. Since there was too much going on, and there were not enough people to make a congress of sorts, they decided that each surviving city of Californian Republic would elect a leader , and would make a confederation of cities. They would be called the Californian Council, and would make all decisions dealing with military, foreign problems, and lead the nation in general. The people of California would separately make their own laws and taxes, to prevent corrupt laws being passed by only a few people.

There had to be a leader to unite these cities, and deal with any problems between the cities. Also, a military controlled by a 100 so elected reprrsentatives would be hard. The people elected a man named Richard as the new Californian Chancellor.

Yes, yes, I am joyful also. But, there are still problems ahead of us. There are starving people who need food, mutated monsters on our lands. There are foreign threats and threats from radiation. There is more of California we must unite in the north. There are people we must free from oppressive dictators.

But do not be frightened. Do not let these scare you. We, the people of this new Republic, shall march forward toghether. God is with us, and I believe this Republic can stand toghether.

For God and For the California Republic!"

The crows replied," For God and For the Californian Republic! Together we stand, divided we fall!"

Richard spoke to the 123 mayors from the 123 cities of California.

"Hello! Thank you for coming. Now that we are a nation, we have some problems ahead of us.

First, many of our cities have been heavily bombed due to us being the first targets in WW3 (the nuclear war). We must deal with this first. What do you think?"

One of the mayors spoke.
"Sir, we should make a new Ministry dedicated to clearing out radiation in the cities. I mean, we have ministries dedicated to Defense, Food Distribution, Transportation, and Health. We need more ministries, and this is a good start. This ministry will just clean out radiation, and be responsible for preventing people from entering heavily radiated areas."

Another one spoke up.

"We could also create a branch in the California Militia."

Many other nodded in agreement.

Richard agreed with these.

"Alright, who voted in favor for doing this?

All 123 hands raised up in this, as most of the cities were radiated and needed cleaning.

"Okay. Now about the next problem. As you can see on this map, we only control the South and Middle parts of California. The North side is filled with mutated monsters.

(Shows pictures of radiation zombies and animals that have been mutaded.)"

"Sir! I think we should focus on defending. Those monsters are most likely going to come down here."

"No we should send an expedition. These monsters most likely are under control under another monster, which is most likely their mother/controller. If we get that, then these will all die off."

"You think anyone can get through there? They would all die!"

A mayor known for making compromises started speaking.

"Maybe we put most of our forces to defend our borders from monsters, and then we send a small part of our militia to kill that motherzombie. It's killing two birds with one stone. Or two monsters with one bullet, hehe."

That compromise, also won by a landslide.

Febuwary 2nd

As many said,the chances of finding friendly mutants were high.
Scout teams had found several frendly mutants in the ruins of Saint Louis,and so,the second expansion began,this time,to Saint Louis.
The 33,000 troops loaded up on 33 old steam ships,one of which was the Belle Of Louisville,which somehow survived the Nuclear war. They outfitted every one of the ships with Machine Guns,to assist the landings.


Under New Frankfort
Many were happy,as the New Frankfort Subway line broke ground.
It would take at least 1 year to complete.
But the first mile would be completed within days.

Dalian, [China] Unoccupied Territory — 2 February, 2019
3 aircraft carriers set sail for Japan — part of the Bluelight Expansion Quest to claim Japan. To do so, they have to support and rebuild the cities and the citizens of Japan.

3 days earlier, on 31 January, 2019, aircrafts have dropped supplies of food, water and medicine on Southern Japan major cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Yokohama. This is to supply the Japanese people with basic needs for survival, whilst the batch of aircraft carriers and their men bring in more supplies.

Singapore, [Singapore] Bluelight — 2 February, 2019
The Emergency Operations Center gives out the following message to the Lightians:

”Radiation levels have decreased substantially. It is now deemed safe to exit your homes without protection in the following states: Singapore, Malaysia, Southern Thailand.

We expect this cloud of radiation to move westward, and in the following weeks to come, more states in the north will be cleansed from the radiation.

However, due to this massive cloud of radiation, mostly originating from Northern China. Therefore, mutated and dangerous creatures may appear — should you see them, lock all doors and windows and stay calm; hide.

Nagoya, [Japan] Unoccupied Territory — 3 February, 2019

At 12:57pm GMT+9 on 3 February, 2019, the first of the first batch of aircraft carriers containing large batches of food and water arrives on the shores of Nagoya. Here will be the docking port for more ships and their supplies, bringing in more men to set a claim on the land itself, before moving south and north of Japan, expanding territory.

Kaiser Franz Ulmer stepped out of the shelter to a new day. It had been awhile since the Kyavani had emerged from their bunkers and in that time they had almost rebuilt the capital and their military. Yet to contact the other nations of the world, Kyavan was in a state of guarded isolationist bliss. As the Kaiser looked around he saw the reconstruction of the Imperial Palace, Reichstag, and Military academy. Since they had left the shelters, the small flame of Kyavani Militarism has been fanned to a roaring fire. Franz took comfort in knowing that as he stood in the city of his birth, his son Wilhelm was racing twoards the second seat of power in Kyavan with the 19th Panzer Army behind him. The Kremlin, Moscow, and the entire eastern half of the empire would be re-taken at all costs...

Sacremento, California, Operation Lunge

Militiamen were shouting all over, commanders were relyaing orders, and the roar of vehicles entered the base.

Welcome to Operation Lunge.

Sacramento was choosen for the main headquarters for the operation. From Sacremento, there would be a long line connecting cities bordering the Northern Zombielands(thats what it is called now). Plans were to build a giant trench strestching from the west to east from Sacremento, and block any incoming hordes of zombies.

Now, in the operstion meeting quarters, a group of 34 volunteer militiamen planned their mission. Their leader? Johnson Lee, a famous Californian frontiersman.

"Alright fellows, we are going to be dropped off in Susanville, which there has been reports of large amounts of zombies. This is evidence thay there may be a mother zombies there.

We go in, search this building(shows buildings eith zombies walking in a strange pattern). I want Jack to lead the riflemen and cover us. Jane and me will strom the building, plant some tnt, and detonate the whole thing up. Got it?"

Everyone nodded.

"This is very dangerous, and you fellows are very brave. If we die doing this, we will be remembered for trying. If we succeed, we will be remembered as people who freed Northern California from a giant evil zombie army. May God be with us.

For God and the Republic!"

The team cheered.

A few moments later,a message was sent to any radio or phone still working in North California.

"All citizens of Northern California. The California Republic is sending a assualt team to stop this zombie infestation. If you are near the Middle California, please evacuate to here immediately. If you are far North, hide in your houses, and supplies will be dropping every Monday. Stay alive.

For God and For the Republic!"

A peaceful forest. It somehow survived the nuclear blast, and it was a silent place for someone to rest.

Until the assualt team came in.

"Whoo hoo!"

A militiaman landed on the ground. He cut off his parachute and watched the sky as more of his comrades jumped from a plane to land.

"Hey, shut up and watch the woods, gotta becareful"

"Alright, alright."

The rest of the team dropped in, and soon they were silently walking toward the city. They didn't have that much high tech like usual special ops. They didn't have cool black suits. They wern't the best of the best.

But they had skill, teamwork, and knew what to do.

They were going to get that motherzombie.

Many more C-130 aircrafts take off for the cities of Nagoya and Tokyo in hopes of supplying the affected Japanese with humanitarian aid.

Dalian, [China] Unoccupied Territory — 2 & 3 February, 2019
Many more cargo ships and aircraft carriers depart for the cities of Nagoya and Tokyo. The last of a group of 9 ships arrive at the abandoned Tokyo cargo docks at 1718 GMT 9, and the last of a group of 5 ships arrive at the abandoned Nagoya cargo docks at 1543 GMT 9. With more soldiers distributing the aid, and volunteers, like normal citizens, hundreds of citizens in both cities are well taken care of, in the lowering radiation levels.

In an attempt to expand the nation of Bluelight, a group of a few thousand troops march from Nagoya to Tokyo, visiting cities along the way to supply aid. Thus making it possible within legal laws for Bluelight to claim cities, knowing they have some sort of dealing with the people.

The City of Vyatsloe, 19th Panzer Army forward HQ

Archduke Wilhelm Ulmer sat down at the war map next to Marshal Volkov Makarovich, a man hailing from these lands and someone with experience in dealing with the Mutants that occupied old Russia. Wilhelm got to work organizing three different Schwerpunkts for his army centered around the old cities Moscow, Petrograd, and Orel. He turned to Volkov with a question sparkling in his eyes and began to speak

"I am told by the politicians in Jadotgrad that these Mutants are nothing but savages, and that they will be an easy conquest. I am dubious of their reports as of late, you have faced these "savages" on the field, I want to know the truth." he said,

Marshal Makarovich looked up at Wilhelm with a murderous glint in his eye before answering the Archduke's question.

"Those mutants in the eastern Kaiserriech are more than just "savages" as the politicians put it. These... things are capable of using complex weaponry and vehicles. VT intelligence soldiers have identified the tattered uniforms of old Russian soldiers before the union. They posses little heavy armor or anti-armor weaponry so our Panzer assault is projected to be quite successful." he said,

Wilhelm leaned back in his chair and stared at the map for a moment before turning to the Marshal. He smiled at Makarovich and lit a cigar. offering one to the Marshal who declined, he repeated a mantra that had been repeated by thousands of soldiers, civilians, and officials since the union of the German and Russian remnants

The militiamen blasted in, and saw an armynof zombies stare at them.

"Oh. Well, what a shame"

Then the zombies started dropping as the riflemen from behind started sniping all of them.

Johnson Lee and his fellow soldiers charged.

A few hours later, Sacremento

The mission was a success. Johnson and his troops were able to kill the motherzombie that was controlling the smaller ones, and now most zombies in Northern California were paralyzed. People were saved, and now the California Republic now had their original land back.

What was next? The East.

ENB-01 | Just outside of Awatto | Gate 2-01 | February 7, 2019

The Massive blast doors are covered in a months worth of radioactive material, some think that they wouldn't be able to open when it was time. Today they find out.


The PA System Blares to life "All Armed forces members who are not on patrol report to gate 1-01. Gate opening in T-minus one minute."

A convoy of Two Slammer EM2a1 Tanks, One IFV -7 Marshal, and a HEMTT loaded with soldiers, are starting their engines right inside the almost meter thick blast door that leads to the exit tunnel. An enteres officer with a Leftenant Colonel rank insignia on their uniform stands on top of one of the tanks and yells "Open door 2-01, all convoy vehicles prepare to enter exit tunnel." The door slowly opens, the massive gears scraping against the racks as they slowly move the blast door. When the doors have finally pulled themselves open the convoy begins to drive, they turn the corner designed so that if the main door is left open blasts will not enter and will keep on going down the tunnel that extends to another gate that was welded shut because of a broken locking bolt. The convoy drives for a couple of hundred meters until they reach the main gate, one meter thick and made of two swinging doors that have bolts that lock onto a center column with holes in it, except the right door is open, the inside part of the column almost completely missing and the bolts of the gates still extended while it sits in its open position. The convoy exits through the blown open door, exiting the tunnel and entering another world, a few hundred meters down the road they pass a sign,

They keep on driving, eventually, they start to see larger buildings, some of them burnt or missing sections, They stop in front of the half remaining ruins of the Enteres Parliament buildings and radio back to the bunker that they made it, and that they are continuing on.

ENB-01 drydock 1 | Just outside of Awatto | ECVN - 235 | February 7, 2019

Admiral Nines walks onto the bridge of the carrier sitting in the underground drydock, his nuclear arsenal already fired from when he ordered a nuclear strike on Russia, on his flight deck aircraft, are being tied down or are being moved belowdecks. In less than ten minutes the drydock will be filled with water from the ocean nearby and the warship along with two frigates will enter the world again, Contacting the Allies of Enteres and attempting to bring back the world.

Half an hour later

The massive drydock blast doors open slowly, tiny bits of garbage and floating objects enter the drydock when the door is open the carrier exits, firing off five Red Flares to get the attention of any nearby vessels, and launching its aircraft to patrol the area around the ship.

The admiral received orders from the bunker to sail south and investigate a large island that shows signs of civilization on the long-range radar of the bunker.

Enteres Parliment Buildings | EAF convoy

A large group of what seems to be people is seen in the distance, when a soldier yells to them one of them runs at the convoy, attempting to grab at soldiers in the back of the HEMTT, the soldier responds by shooting them in the head with their pistol. The convoy stops and prepares for the rest of the group to attack, soldiers, take cover behind destroyed cars or pieces of rubble on the road, then the group begins to move towards the convoy, some of them seen holding crude weapons like pipes or pieces of metal, the group then starts to run at full speed holding their weapons up ready to attack, the soldiers open fire, bodies fall left and right, a small group slips around the soldiers and a squad leader yells to his soldiers "Behind us! Squad Fix Bayonets!" The squad turns around and fixes bayonets to their rifles, they then charge the people with their bayonets killing them all. with the people killed the convoy continues on.

With Saint Louis under control,the military gained 9,000 more troops,mostly Survivors,but a few Friendly Super Mutants had also joined.
Around 100 at that.
The 42,000 troops began the march to Kansas City,but would stop in O'Bannon along the way.

"Ensign, begin broadcasting a message on all channels." The captain picks up the mouthpiece of the radio and looks out the large bulletproof glass windows of his bridge. "This is the Two Tree Fife of the Enteres Navy, any NATO Forces please respond, we currently are on a course for the large island formed in the middle of the US and will be arriving in a few hours. I repeat, Any and all NATO Forces please respond, this is the ECVN Two Tree Fife, escorted by two Enteres Class Frigates, I will not tolerate any Hostile action on my vessels and will use any and all remaining Ballistic Missiles on this vessel, though they are not nuclear, they can still make a crater so big I can fit all of your bodies into it." He puts the mouthpiece down. "ill be in the Officers mess, notify me if anything shows up. I heard they are serving salmon tonight.
