The Artynaan government has had an anti-automobile policy which has recently been repealed as part of a government initiative to improve the economy. We do not have an established automobile manufacturer in Artynaa, and so we would like to invite you to open a dealership in the city of Noar as a test. Since the automobile industry has not been present in Artynaa for almost a decade, we have very few regulations on dealerships, and you would have to be willing to accomodate changing regulations. In compensation we would be willing to provide prime real estate and pay for 20% of the cost of the dealership's construction.
