As I have stated earlier, your "even if" scenarios are very unlikely to come. Crusaders had their own problems, plus they're Catholic. And the Copts would not risk persecution while they can live in peace with the Muslims, plus they're a separate branch of Christianity.

Oh and taking Late Ayyubid Egypt mean that you must face Saladin outright, and your troops will be likely to destroyed. Saladin is a benevolent ruler; he allowed the Christians in Jerusalem to live in peace.

It's a good start, trying going more in depth with your explanations, even if it is pretty uniform with the times, its important to know how things and how they work in your country. Also do a full breakdown of your forces, at the very least, include each unit type and how much of it you have (i.e. how many Pikemen, how many Musketeers, how many Lancers, etc.).
