Point is, you can have Syria and the Palestine coast all, and maybe Mesopotamia, but Egypt is not possible, unless you have a World War before the Renaissance or else.

What if its just the Nile Delta region and Alexandria?

No can do, unless your troops can fly and bypass the Alexandrian wall or the Mamluk defenses across the delta.

Even if its pre-Mamluk, asin Late Ayyubid? Even if the Byzantines got the Crusaders to come along? Even with the Copts and Alexandrian Christians helping out?

As I have stated earlier, your "even if" scenarios are very unlikely to come. Crusaders had their own problems, plus they're Catholic. And the Copts would not risk persecution while they can live in peace with the Muslims, plus they're a separate branch of Christianity.

Oh and taking Late Ayyubid Egypt mean that you must face Saladin outright, and your troops will be likely to destroyed. Saladin is a benevolent ruler; he allowed the Christians in Jerusalem to live in peace.

*evil grins* I'd be happy to sponsor your Muslim rebels in Mosul and Baghdad.

Also, you rooted Robert Guiscard, his descendants, and the Sicillian Kingdom, and the Kingdom of Naples while maintaining a campaign in the Middle East.

Castillia and Aragon are going to have a good time wrestling the Meditteranean from a strained Byzantine economy and army. *2nd evil grin* *PLUS ULTRA*

The Italian territories were acquired fairly recently, so it wouldn't be too difficult for Castilia and Aragon to take those. Prepare for 18th century Italian War.

Well, your gold would be spent fighting half the penninsula, and the Western Europeans got their newfound wealth from the new world so...

▪︎Merida: Capital of the Captaincy-General of the Yucatan

Government Explanation: Despotic Monarchy

Leader: King Philip V

Other Gov. Info: The United Kingdom is a despotic unitary monarchy with the King of Spain representing the Spanish State in common, and also acts as the regional representative and a symbol of unity of different regions, such as Castille, Leon, Galicia, Andalusia, and others. The Spanish state is centered primarily at the King's role as God's representative over the people, as recognized in the divine right of kings, and of the combination of religion (the Catholic Church) and state into one single entity. Judiciary is carried by local administrators and their own board of ministers, and ultimately descended from the King's powers as the head of state and government. Law enforcement is done through frequent Guardia Réal patrols, and in the overseas territories, regional administrations' soldiers.

Economic Explanation: The United Kingdom relies heavily on trade, and Spain controls about a quarter of the world's spice trade inflow and a tenth of the world's known gold supplies. Due to this crucial fact as the backbone of Spanish economy and a strong maritime tradition, the United Kingdom has one of, if not already the largest, fleet of traders and galleons in the world. The Spanish maintains their tight grip on economic production by assisting and giving autonomy to the local states governed by the United Kingdom.
Infrastructure Explanation: The United Kingdom prioritises building infrastructure across its many colonies and the mainland as a main bulwark of national development. Castillia itself is one of the most developed patchwork of territory in the entire world, the Spanish government having spent a fifth of the country's wealth income on the mainlamd's betterness. The country is a myriad of hard-paved postal roads, fortified castles and strongholds at every border, and also a general better housing and infrastructure than its neighbours, European or not. Development in the Spanish Morocco has also seen a high acceleration rate, albeit with a different angle as Morocco is excluded from the Spanish Inquisition, and local nobles retain high autonomy there. The realm had also focused their infrastructure projects on religious matters; monasteries and churches dotted the mainland landscape, standing great in nearly every village. The realm.is sometimes dubbed 'Kingdom of Heaven' because of this, and no small thanks to the beauty of the land nonetheless. The Spanish also maintained good infrastructure on its colonies also, with a myriad of fortifications and administration buildings to better estabilish Spanish presence in the colonies.
Foreign Relations: Spain maintains a tight but close relation to both its immediate neighbours, Aragón and Portugal. Dynastic ties and marriages are very common; the three Iberian states are virtually ruled by a single royal house by this moment. Spain maintained a tight grip on the free remains of Morocco, and its economic influx is controlled by the realm to the utmost. Overall, Spain developed a tight and competitive relationship to all its European colonial competitors, and also the free nations that sprung from Spanish colonial remains, that being Mexico, Venezuela, La Plata, and Chile as examples.

Military Size:
▪︎ Professional Force
    - Guardia Réal: 6,000 elite soldiers
    - Mainland Spain: 90,000 trained soldiers
    - Spanish Crown Dependencies: 30,000 trained soldiers
    - Spanish Crown Viceroyalties: 136,000 trained soldiers
▪︎ Conscript Force

Land Force Breakdown:
▪︎ Mainland Spain
    - Guardia Réal: Elite backbone of Spanish military and Royal Guards. 6,000 in total.
    - Granaderos: The Spanish Grenadiers, they form the elite bulwark of Spanish field troops. Highly trained and equipped with all forms of muskets and explosives known, the Grenadiers are a very tough enemy in the field. 14,000 in total.
    - Coraceros: Heavy cavalry specializing in plain and shock warfare. Carries cuirasses - sabres made for cutting in the field, and flintlock muskets. Equipped with heavy armor, the Spanish Cuirassiers are an excellent shock cavalry, albeit with a decent lack of mobility. 21,000 in total. (Available in Spanish colonies)
    - Dragoons: Medium to light cavalry that utilizes muskets and simple sabres as a main cavalry force. The backbone of Spanish mobility in the field. 28,000 in total. (Available in Spanish colonies)
    - Line Infantry: The main fighting force of the United Kingdom of Castille and Leon. Trained and equipped slightly more than Spain's European neighbours, mainly due to the realm being in constant vigilance of its neighbours. Over 170,000 in total. (Available in Spanish colonies)
    - Conscripts: When the nation is at war, duty calls; these units receive basic training and often comes unprepared. However, they are boosted by courage, love of the homeland, and original Spanish flintlock gun, sabre, and regal clothing. All conscripts start at this type, both cavalry, artillery, and infantry. (Available in Spanish colonies)
    - 24-pounder: The main Spanish artillery force, very useful in taking down cities and forts. (Available in Spanish colonies)

▪︎ Spanish Crown Dependencies:
    - State Guards: Forces originated from mainland Spain, placed on duty in Spanish crown dependencies. An elite force and full Catholic in the regard, this force often came in odds with local citizens, mainly because the Crown Dependencies (Morocco, Aceh, Maldives, and the Pacific and Atlantic islands) were majority Muslim. About 9,000 in total.
    - Local Conscripts: Inspired by Persian Gholams, but with mainly Muslim units instead of local Eastern Christians. A conscript force paid by the local administration to keep the King's peace overseas. About 20,000 in total.
▪︎ Spanish Crown Viceroyalties:
    - Colonial Guards: Born in the Colonies, but trained and educated at least a year in the Spanish homeland. Loyal to the Crown and acts as the Viceroyalties' elite protectors. About 12,000 in total.
    - Continentales: Colonial conscripts, mainly settlers and farmers who joined the Spanish colonial army for security and better pay. Receives basic training of a standard Line Infantry. An army combination that specializes in all terrains. About 50,000 in total.
    - Native Conscripts: As the name suggests, natives and locals that had come to accept Spanish suzerainity and government. Fluent in Spanish language and customs. Total unknown but many.
Naval Force Breakdown: same as IRL but more ships, eh

History: Same as IRL, but American Spanish colonies break up earlier and the Iberian Wedding did not happen

Also, OP, this is my completed app. Please review, thanks.

It's a good start, trying going more in depth with your explanations, even if it is pretty uniform with the times, its important to know how things and how they work in your country. Also do a full breakdown of your forces, at the very least, include each unit type and how much of it you have (i.e. how many Pikemen, how many Musketeers, how many Lancers, etc.). Other than that, Belgium has been reserved in Burgundy's reservation, I recommend taking a quick look at it so you know the exact boundaries of your nation. Keep up the good work m8.

Might be, but the Pope would already gave you a massive battle before even reaching Rome's outskirts. The Catholic world wouldn't go easy on Byzantines stepping up in Italy, not to mention you have half a penninsula full of Catholic rebels. And most importantly there is the Catholic Monarchs.. well, I'm taking that role in this RP tho

A quick overview of government institutions, things like judicial offices/branch, how laws are made or created, and how the executive branch works (i.e. how are laws enforced and such).
