It’s for fumigating. Comes in a can, it has a timer and it then kinda poofs, sending a cloud of bug killer throughout your entire house. Takes 24 hours to dissipate.

Apparently, during the Second Sino-Japanese War, the Japanese military used just that. Bombs filled with flies and cholera.
