I am going to go ahead and tackle this request, any specifics more details that I should include that haven't been stated here or should I just go from what was said already. Also if should Kuomintangball be in the first scene with RoCball offering the referendum to make the comic flow better or do you just want him poping up for the two frames when he tracks the small RoCballs votes and tells it to big RoCball.

I just loosely followed the guideline of "kidnapped" and thought it would be funnier if they just dropped down on top of them, just another heavy dose of creative liberties but if you want it changed go ahead and say. Also I will try and change the flags, this might take a while

Fictional situations are also welcome, it's super easy to learn about nation's by reading a few RMB posts, or a dispatch or too.

I'll give you a hint, I'm waiting a spider Man fanfiction. That may help I guess.
