Unless the old Government was Fascist, the modern world would have no intrinsic dislike for fascism. Because most the world fused together in the 20s, before the rises of the Fascist dictators.

Libertarian Socialist, Syndicalist. Basically we're the type that the old unions liked and the ones that fought for worker's rights. So yes, the old union-style socialist. We despise the M-Ls and the rest of them.
