The Republic of China has no sympathies with either state or their ideologies. In addition, what little information that is available appears contradictory, as the supposed imperialist power appears to be the defendant against the imperialist claims and motivations of Axadonia.

In light of this, the Republic of China will remain officially neutral in this conflict, though the conflict will ne observed and followed for further developments.

I am aware of a major conflict breaking out between Bulgaria and Axadonia, I have had emergency meetings with the Intelligence Committee and my Cabinet to gather as much information on the situation as we can before formulating a response, with this information being little and not entirely reliable. We have reached a conclusion that it would not be right to intervene or support any faction in this conflict at this present moment, however, we will remain ready for action should it be required.

We will continue to continuously monitor the situation and appeal to both sides to end this conflict with peace talks as soon as possible.

Emperor Shi Shanghen has called for both Axadonia and Yuyencia to avoid escalating the conflict to a nuclear one, while hypocritically ordering the Imperial Navy to position several ballistic missile submarines off the coast in preparation for a potential nuclear strike on Yuyencia.
